"Staying at the Licheng Donggu Longta Hotel for my business trip was an absolute find! The free parking lot is spacious and easy to use. The smart room control is incredibly convenient; I could open the curtains and adjust the lights just by voice command. The bedding was super soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could pull all-nighters working on my proposals without any disturbances. The 24-hour front desk was always available, and the breakfast was plentiful. The value for money is truly outstanding!"

"The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around everywhere. The room offers an unobstructed river view. It's very convenient for first-time visitors to stay here. Although the hotel is old, it has been renovated, and the walls, floors, and bathroom are quite new, with great water pressure in the shower. The hardware is exceptionally well-maintained. The hygiene is excellent, and the housekeeping service is very detailed. The front desk staff are attractive, and Rena was particularly great! I'll definitely stay here again when I revisit Harbin."

Overall, even though it was an upgraded room type, the biggest difference between room types is just the size, but the price difference isn't huge. I'm definitely willing to pay a bit more for a better stay.

The room itself was thoughtfully arranged, quiet, and comfortable. The concierge service was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. They even have robots that deliver takeout! The location is super convenient, and the facilities are comprehensive. Overall, my stay was wonderful, definitely a top rating.

But the room gave me the impression that the owner only wants to make money in winter – is this really what you get for 300 RMB? The hardware is top-notch, and the bedding is super comfortable. You can tell there are thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, like the bathtub door that opens and closes to suit different guests, and you can even watch TV while soaking. The small courtyard is also lovely with a little pond, which I imagine would be fun for a dip in the summer. The slippers were comfy too. DDDD_niniStayed here with a friend. The hotel has a lot of character and the bathtub is spacious – you can really stretch out in it. The breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the freshly made dumplings and Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely delicious. The fruit quality was also excellent. The pool water was clean. The only minor downside was that the TV in our room couldn't cast, but it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff, Luna, was very responsive and provided excellent service. 👍

GGuest UserCame to Harbin with my child and mom for a trip, decided to stay at a nice hotel, and chose The Ritz-Carlton. I've only stayed at the Chengdu Ritz before, and personally, I feel this one is even better.
**Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are new and all from high-end brands.
**Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy.
**Environment:** The lobby is on the 54th floor, requiring an elevator transfer. It has all the public area environments you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
**Service:** I'd like to specifically commend the service. From the greeter downstairs to the front desk, and even the restaurant staff and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. I hope they continue to maintain this high standard.

QQiqipengpengThe room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

GGuest UserStaying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!

XXiangrixiaokuikuilaExtremely satisfied with my stay. The location is great, about a 30-minute drive from both the high-speed train station and the airport.
**Ambiance:** The lobby, like other Mandarin Oriental hotels, is very grand and impressive.
**Facilities:** The facilities are well-maintained, but it doesn't have smart home features throughout the room.
**Cleanliness:** Overall, it was clean and tidy.
**Service:** The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. Today was 'Lidong' (Beginning of Winter), and they even specially served dumplings for breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch.

GGuest UserSister Dong and her husband are both incredibly warm and welcoming. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station and even upgraded our room. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a direct view of the Sunshine Ski Resort from the window. They were also super helpful in resolving any issues we encountered during our ski trip. Our Yabuli ski adventure was truly enjoyable!

GGuest UserThe view outside the window is beautiful. The location is a bit out of the way, far from the subway. Although it looks close to the Songhua River, there's no direct access, so getting to the riverside is quite a walk. For meals, you have to go about one or two kilometers to a residential area, which has tons of great restaurants. Taxis are super convenient; they pick you up instantly, and it's usually under ten yuan. The room was clean, but the soundproofing was just okay – I could hear kids jumping around next door and their mom scolding them. Breakfast was average, not much variety. Out of the three 5-star hotels I stayed at in Harbin, the Marriott had the least to offer for breakfast. The doormen and the cleaning staff were excellent. Giving a good review out of habit.

TTongyifeiyangOur family of three traveled to Harbin during the Dragon Boat Festival. Since our daughter wanted to visit the Siberian Tiger Park, we booked this five-star hotel nearby. Although it's a bit far from the city center in Songbei, the hotel generally exceeded our expectations. First, the doorman was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. The room was clean and tidy. What surprised us most was the incredible water pressure in the shower, even on the seventeenth floor; showering was incredibly comfortable. We've stayed in a few five-star hotels these past few days, and this one had the best shower experience by far. Also, the soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any outside noise. The view from the window was also lovely, as the hotel is right next to the Songhua River.
