Exceptional customer service! Never fail to disappoint Millennium Hotel Group, The in house Chinese Restaurant was exquisite and authentic food. Loved the goose and the oysters egg. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean. We were especially impressed by friendly Stella and Gary for their excellent and meticulous recommendations of sightseeing and food etc. Always ready to take their time to explain in details every queries we had. Saved us a whole lot of research and headaches, we overall had an enjoyable and unforgettable stay in Xiamen! Kudos to your service staff! Hotel is at a great location right next to Zhong Shan Rd Pedestrian Shopping street… lots of great restaurants and shopping very pleasant safe experience with lots of security guards around. Just eat at places with price menu and shop at places with fixed prices, you will go no wrong!

Check in time supposed to be 3pm and I requested the room not to be near the lift or the last room. But by 3pm, the room is not ready although I had register the check in at 1pm. By 3.20pm, the got me a room that is right beside the lift (ignore my request which I had reminded them twice). Order for room service and told the front desk to clear it out around 6pm when I went out. But the dirty plates and leftover food is still there when I return to the room around 11pm Staff at the front desk is not attentive and the staff said will get the manager to contact me regarding the missing food for the room service but there’s no one contact me since 30 October Location wise is good, room is clean but service wise nah

非常非常好的经验！衷心感谢！ Staying in this hotel made our visit to the World Heritage Site of Wuyishan so much more fulfilling. 1. The room was very clean, well-designed and well-equipped. There was an array of snacks, fruits and Dahongpao tea. A hearty breakfast was also provided. 2. The service was impeccable. The pleasant, young and energetic household manager provided service as guests have a personal butler. 3. From the roof top, guests get a panoramic view of the Wuyishan mountains. 4. The must-watch Impression Dahongpao is just a short walk away. This hotel is ideally located for visitors who come to Wuyishan to see the show. (In my humble opinion, it would be such a great waste if one visits Wuyishan without watching Impression Dahongpao.) The hotel management team got us the best seats available for the section we selected and at a better price than those offered online. 5. The bus stop where we took the bus to the entrance of the Wuyishan Scenic Area is within walking distance. If one prefers to hail a ride (Didi) there, it costs about 6 yuan. In the opposite direction from the hotel, the tea streets are about the same distance away. If one does not want to go to town to eat, there are also a variety of restaurants and food stalls in the vicinity of Impression Dahongpao. 6. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and we think we did well in our planning. We wanted to experience the scenic tram ride from Nanping High Speed Rail Station to Wuyishan and by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was in the afternoon. We went up the rooftop to appreciate the view and prep ourselves for the visit to the huge park. Early the next morning, we went to the park after breakfast. We wanted to do the bamboo rafting and visit the 6 ancient Dahongpao trees/shrubs on the first day. Viewing the trees made it more meaningful when we watched Impression Dahongpao on the second evening. On the third day we climbed up to the peak of Wuyishan. Without the pressure of time, the climb was done more safely. The views along the path up and from the top were spectacular. In the late afternoon/evening, we visited the town and walked the tea streets. 7. We got a pleasant gift upon check-out on the fourth day.

We stayed on the 3rd floor in a family suit with 5 people - two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, spacious. Excellent location to explore Yunshuiyao and visit both Hakka houses Huaiyuanlou and Heguilou along the river within walking distance. Excellent service - free afternoon tea and fruits in the evening. Restaurant also is very good. Reception helped us with the car for to visit Tianluokeng cluster.

The environment of the homestay is very comfortable. The reception auntie was very good (we didn't bring a power bank, so the auntie directly brought one to our room and replaced it at any time if it ran out of power). The breakfast was also very rich and you could take it to the yard to eat. It was very comfortable. The auntie was also very enthusiastic and would accompany us to buy local specialties. Another unique aspect of the Mercure Hotel is the innovative use of robots to deliver food orders from ** (Meituan) directly to your room. This modern touch added a fun and convenient element to my experience, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving my room. Lastly, the hotel features a designated space for pick-ups and drop-offs, which was incredibly convenient for my travel arrangements. It made coming and going a breeze, allowing me to focus on my activities without any stress. there are mall nearby within 2KM and it’s so cheap and convenient to just didi anywhere from here. FYI during winter most hotels in china does not have air conditioning, here offer both air conditioning and heater, which is a must for me. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, practical gym, innovative delivery service, and excellent amenities like free laundry makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Only 1 elevator is available and it was very crowded during certain hours. Avoid lobby level toilet ( which is located behind a building door and probably not maintained by the hotel. at all costs. Free WIFI is available but you will need a China-registered mobile number but staff will assist using their own numbers. Taxis and Didi will drop and pick you at a narrow back entrance which can be packed if a bigger vehicle is around. Easy access to pedestrian street via an escalator which is a big plus. Most (or all?) rooms have windows facing a void rather than outside. It will be nearly impossible to get rooms on the same floor for a group.

A very unique Tulou B&B. Small but refined. The design of the room is very particular. The lower floor is the bathroom and bathroom, and the upper floor is the bedroom. Several rooms are connected to form a suite. The rooms are all made of wood, and the walls are also covered with wooden boards, making it very spacious and generous. There is also a entrance hall that separates the corridors of each suite of rooms. There are only 10 rooms in one earth building, and the population density is very pleasant. The butler's service attitude was good. The receptionist helped with luggage, recommended tourist attractions, and provided an important message: Guangzhou tourists are free of charge, haha😆. There are also books introducing Tulou in the room. With a book in hand, you don’t need a tour guide. It’s great! Good reviews
