Our stay was basically a night, we arrived well received, the children were c hungry and the buffet was only hot and it worked until 21hs ... a pq pen had not a handful time, but they were c faces of good appetite. But we don't get bad no... rrsds, attached to the hotel has a wonderful mass house. Do not lose the opportunity to meet. The very pleasant, clean, and good spaces( rare thing). Breakfast, well served and pleasant.

Se você quer ser bem tratado, é o lugar. Funcionários muito atenciosos, principalmente no restaurante. Comida boa e preço bom. O elevador estava em manutenção. Quanto à recepção, achei um pouco demais não deixarem passar uma hora do horário do check out. Queriam cobrar late check out para sair às 13h. A localização é ótima. Quanto à central de reservas, para ser ruim, tem que melhorar. Mal educados, não assumem erro e jogam a culpa nos outros. Alteraram minha reserva sem minha autorização, deu no show e nem desculpas pediram. Ainda são mal educados no telefone e escrevem em caixa alta, como se estivessem xingando. Deem uma olhada nas mensagens: “Quem realizou a reserva foi você, se não estava na data que você solicitou na plataforma DECOLAR, você deve encontrar em contato com eles. INFELIZMENTE NÃO PODEMOS LHE AJUDAR. LIGUE PARA A DECOLAR. SENHOR, VOCÊ REALIZOU A RESERVA COM A DECOLAR, SE HOUVER QUALQUER PROBLEMA VOCÊ DEVE ENTRAR EM CONTATO COM ELES, POIS A RESERVA FOI REALIZADA POR LÁ, COMPREENDE?” Acontece que na mesma semana eu liguei pro hotel, quatro dias antes da viagem, e eles confirmaram a reserva no dia certo. Chegando no hotel, a reserva tinha sido alterada, mesmo apresentando o voucher correto. Achei muito desorganizado e foram incapazes de pedir desculpas.

Excelente hotel,com muito conforto e segurança. Ótimo café da manhã. A moça que faz tapioca muito prestativa. o restaurante tem um carpadio muito bom. Sem contar que o hotel disponibiliza bicicletas para você da um passeio na ciclovia que ficaram frente ao hotel.
