"Hello, I was totally 5 days in the facility, one night in the pre-site rooms. The rooms in the main building are well equipped and the service is good. The rooms are spacious. The rooms in front of the front are a lesser category for us. Breakfast is very good and varied. Unfortunately, the staff does not understand English, a translation program on mobile phone should have. Negstiv I found that no one had logged on my email because I forgot something in the accommodation. Otherwise I can recommend the accommodation in the rooms in the main house at any time"

"It's a shame that a hotel with such a wonderful location is in disrepair, like the Mar Hotel 😒 very nice and helpful staff. The hotel itself is cozy and pleasant, but it has no maintenance whatsoever: the pool deck is ugly and worn out, the toilet flush is faulty, sometimes it fills up, sometimes it doesn't, the walls in the hallways and rooms are falling apart, the plants at the hotel entrance are dying and poorly maintained, the lamps in the rooms have their chandeliers ripped off, the toilet paper is made of single sheets. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had no change of towels. The coffee was delicious but very weak, there were almost no options. There was only ONE lounge chair at the pool and it was still broken and it pinched your buttocks when you sat on it. There was also only one table in the pool area that guests had to fight over. However, the pool is very nice and the area is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the beach, very nice for sunbathing and chatting in the late afternoon. The lobby chair looks disposable and is of very poor quality, and it even knocked me over because I was leaning on the backrest and it seemed to be made of paper I fell and hurt myself. Anyway, as I said at the beginning, the hotel has everything to be excellent, it just isn't because its owner or administrator doesn't want it to be. But with all that, I was happy with my stay, because I enjoyed the best I could find there. 🥰"

"Well, we have stayed at this hotel before. It's a great place for those going with children... they have recreation, a great breakfast and cleanliness and satisfactory service. However, when we were checking in, the girl at the reception informed us that we only made the reservation for a couple and that children were not included... I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or with TRIP as it still avoids embarrassment as the reservation was made with the correct number of guests. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired... it almost doesn't work! Ah, the toilet in the room (65) is terrible! To carry out our needs, we sat without support, because I don't know what kind of engineering it was, we sat and stood on our toes! Very high and extremely low sink… but overall it was good and I would go back…"

"Great stay, excellent service. We live in this world and perfection is only in heaven. The only things that could have bothered us were the air conditioning not cooling down on the second day of our stay and the bath towels provided were actually face towels. Anonymous UserThe location and significance of this hotel is unknown. I thought it was a hotel by the sea, but it was not by the sea. It is not very safe to walk to the sea or to the surrounding restaurants (the security guard said). The hotel's swimming pool is small and average. Breakfast was mediocre. The location is an hour away from the city. Although the service attitude is very good, it is difficult to give high marks.

Pros:
* spacious clean room
* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Gut geführtes Hotel.
Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern”
Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt.
W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

Lorne M.Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer.
We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

I loved it. The location is excellent as well as the service, structure and cleaning.
I will leave two comments, but they will not decrease the experience that was spectacular. It can always improve.
But they could change the school's round. Bao was going to run. It was very narrow and unstable. It could even cause an accident.
The other point is the noise with the staff talks in time early as by ex, before 07:00 a.m. hear in the rooms. Only this direction to avoid high conversations up to a certain time.They were laughing and so.I think if you tocaram.Com I'll not be sure I'll stay back at the hotel.My review is 9 because of this noise detail near the Fourth.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento.
Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vale Verde Praia Hotel. It is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, and our rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was also extensive considering what we paid, we felt the stay was brilliant value for money. The best part of the stay was the fantastic reception staff who made additional effort to converse in English with us and who checked every day that our stay was okay. Would recommend!
