This location is around the corner from the walk of fame, which I loved. Easy check in. Simple room with free WiFi. The only down side is the neighbors around the hotel are SUPER loud. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.
Margaritaville Resort Palm Springs

4 of us rented two rooms with two queen beds for three nights. Unfortunately the rooms have not been updated or maintained so you're dealing with rattling windows that don't close all the way, caulk coming off of the tub, poor ventilation in the bathroom, only one drawer to try and share, worn carpet, and one small nightstand to share. There is also significant air in the pipes so when you turn on the water at the one small sink the air causes the water to shoot all over the very small countertop. For a room with two queen beds the bathroom is very small and there is no storage. Also; the sink didn't drain well. The main pool area is crowded because they don't have the bar open at the other pool that's available. Also, the hot tub is filled with children 95% of the time which doesn't allow adults to enjoy it. On Friday evening we dropped in at the lobby bar to have a nightcap. The bar was short staffed and the bartender was in an exasperated state so was quite rude. The only bright spot for our stay was the food quality from the JWB restaurant. The prices are ridiculous but at least the food was delicious. With fees and taxes we spent over $500 per night. I've stayed at much better maintained hotels for half that price. Will definitely stay elsewhere the next time we're in Palm Springs.

Motel 6 Anaheim Hills, CA

Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills. The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on. The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty. The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room. None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care. Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands. Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!! The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!! How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!? Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!! Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup. Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. . I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower. I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.

My brother had paid a week in advance but he had an issue and had to leave the room before his week was over. I went in the office to see if they could refund him 2 days he had left or to see what could be done. I'm visiting from Arizona for a month and I was considering switching to this hotel. I went in today and spoke with Diana (the assistant manager) and was so surprised with her unprofessional and disrespectful attitude and tone she spoke to me with. Her unprofessionalism is not acceptable. Thanks to that I'm taking my business elsewhere. Beware of her if you decide to stay here.

I rarely write reviews but I have to tell you that I had a terrible service during check in. The guy who was working at the front desk said that he could not find my reservation and then he said it was canceled. I got panicked and told him that it could never happen cause I have never cancelled the reservation and it is still on my Trip.com app, so it must be your fault (I meant hotel) if it was ever canceled. But he bluntly said that he didn't cancel it and told me to figure it out as if it was my fault. I asked him to talk to someone or check again cause it looked like a system error or something to me, but he told me to go somewhere else cause he needs to greet other customer. I was so scared because it was already after 9PM and I had nowhere else to stay. So I called Trip.com customer center, and the agent was nice and prompt to tackle the issue. In the end, she explained that Trip.com used a vendor to make a booking for the hotel, and the hotel did not know that so they could not pull up my reservation until they got another code. But I think it was partially Trip.com's fault by only sending the reservation code that did not work properly.

My wife and I enjoyed an amazing few days at the Hotel Triton. We were greeted by a helpful and friendly staff. As an added bonus, we arrived during Happy Hours so started our Staycation with complimentary beer and wine! Great location near Dragon’s Gate to China Town and a short walk to Union Square. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. If planning a stay in San Francisco Hotel Triton is hard to beat! While it was our first stay here, it definitely won’t be our last.
