The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. But the environment around the neighborhood is not particularly good. The service includes free pick-up and drop-off from the airport, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate.

I stayed at the hotel bit of Grazia Apar**ents. I had a very nice room with a fridge, microwave, a terrace with a view, and a great bathroom. The staff could not have been more helpful, I use a cane, and the breakfast buffet was me pointing out what I wanted and the staff putting it on a plate for me. They helped me with the luggage, etc. There is also a pool with a cafe which makes for a great common area for meetings. Besides the good service, the place is also very clean. Taxi drivers know where it is. I stayed from 20/1/2023 to 24/1/2023.

Anthurium residential hotel is an outstanding place to stay, excellent restaurant service, nice rooms , a balcony with a panoramic view of Kigali. This place amazed me by it's quite environment Staff are very friendly especially Pacifique the General manager always seeking to help us on our stay. Definitely I recommend this hotel to any one who want a nice and quite place to stay a little bit away from the car noise. Thank you so much for your hospitality,I will make sure that I come back again.
