The breakfast environment is perfect, the room is comfortable, the check-in experience is good, and luggage can be stored

The hotel didn’t even have a regular refrigerator or slippers. The room was small for two people, the sheets on the bed were dirty, and there were no extra sheets in the room. There was also no heating system. However, its location was excellent for visiting Florence's historical and natural attractions.

Right next to the highway exit, the hotel has an internal parking lot. It is recommended for those who need to stay at THE MALL to take a rest. The Italian bed is too small, so I put the mattress on the ground for fear of falling under the bed. The restaurant environment is very good, but there is nothing to eat, coffee, milk, bread and the like

We didn’t realise that this place is only having driveway to get there. At night, we carried two 23kg big suitcases and walked there. That was a terrible experience. Other than that, the AC inside the room seemed to have some problem, we felt so hot and hard to breath during our stay. But tbh, I didn’t expect much with the price (£94 per night)

The location is excellent, and the rooftop terrace provides a view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was good; although it offered only a partial view of the tower, the bathroom had a bathtub. The breakfast was decent, featuring typical Italian cuisine. It was a bit unfortunate that there was no fax service, and the laundry room indicated on the hotel's website was not actually present. I forgot to check out on time, but thanks to the helpful staff, I was allowed a late check-out and the luggage storage service was great.

The service is excellent and the staff are super friendly and patient. They help us to print boarding pass and call taxi to the airport. However, the room is small, which doesn’t fit the standard of a 4-star hotel. It takes a 20mins walk to pisa tower which is okay.

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that. The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower. I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. I will share about this hotel on my blog about Pisa.

The room is good, very close to the attractions, and the hygiene is good. I forgot to take pictures. This price is good, mainly convenient, 4 minutes walk from the Central Market, 4 minutes from the train station, and 8 minutes from Notre Dame de Fiore. The front desk service is also good, I recommend Chinese friends to stay there.

THe hotel is dated - it would be nice to look old on the outside and up to date on the inside. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the AC - glad it worked though. Location is good, but the problem is parking - you cannot park on the street - had to park about 10-12 minute away, in a public parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with several options to choose from. The extra bed was flimsy, with the wood springs falling twice. Not a lot of space in the room - but, in a way, expected in Europe (especially coming from US). It would be good for the people upfront to share all the options and restrictions when it comes to parking. The lady in the morning included my car in the system, because you can get a ticket even by entering the restricted area.
