Excellent location. Just next to Duomo. Opposite building rooftop has the good restaurants/bars and you can shop italian wines. Good hotel with design but the shower needs to be rearranged.

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

Not a bad mid-level hotel. The rooms are small but clean. The mattress is comfortable. We had two rooms. One of the windows overlooked the road, so it was quite noisy. The hotel provides earplugs to compensate for noise. There was one significant drawback - one of the rooms was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioning system only operates on heat. Therefore, it was not comfortable to sleep. Opposite the hotel there is a tram stop that goes to the center in 30 minutes. We liked the restaurant near Ristorante Dal Re. 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, if it weren't for the poor sleep due to the stuffiness, the hotel would have deserved an excellent rating.

Check in was easy and seamless. You get your personal code to access the room. I was in an 8-bed mixed dorm. Great vibes all round. Everyone was very friendly. Oh and a complimentary welcome drink too. There's a 24hour supermarket right next door which wsas very handy to have for late arrivals. Bathroom was clean and easy. plenty of space for storage despite being in a 8-bed room. highly recommended.

Trams M2 and M4 are just opposite the hotel, which greatly facilitates quick access to most major attractions without the need to transfer. The rooms are not new and some facilities are not well maintained (for example, the air conditioner in the room still starts automatically after being turned off, and the front desk has to be asked to turn it off manually remotely), but Holiday Inns in various countries are unlikely to have obvious flaws. After all, the hotel chain group has unified service and facility standards. The public parking lot next door does not belong to the hotel, but there is an area exclusive to the hotel. The most worrying safety issue during vehicle storage did not occur, which can be used as a plus point
