This time it was a good experience staying in v7 chennai. They have improved a lot and this time room service and other facilities were good as compared to my last two visits they are in the process of improving.

**Review for Hotel Carnation, Ooty** I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Carnation in Ooty from Tuesday to today, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! I had booked two **Standard Rooms** for my family — one for my wife and kids and the other for my parents. Both rooms were impeccably maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities, including clean bedding, comfortable mattresses, blankets, pillows, wardrobes, soap, shampoo, a TV with cable channels, hot water for bathing, drinking water, and sufficient charging points. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality of Mr. Maridass, the hotel owner. He was not only extremely friendly and approachable but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He and his team were prompt in arranging cabs for sightseeing at very reasonable rates and also helped us with food orders from nearby restaurants whenever we needed. One incident that truly touched our hearts was when my father suffered a minor injury. Mr. Maridass immediately came to our aid, providing aftershave lotion to stop the bleeding and a band-aid to treat the wound. His promptness and care made all the difference and showed his genuine concern for his guests. Overall, Hotel Carnation offers not just a comfortable stay but also a memorable experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mr. Maridass and his team. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ooty and looking for a warm, family-friendly place to stay. This is hospitality at its finest!

The room overall was average and could have been better. Dust could have been cleaned well. It was a non ac room with one window located on the third floor next to the hotels laundry area. Privacy wise we dint have much trouble. Heater facility is not available. Only one charging port so if you are three people sharing the room then you have to take turns to charge. Breakfast was complimentary but will not be provided before 8. 30am for which you can order only after 7am. We chose to check out without breakfast because of such constraints. Otherwise as per other reviews they did provide dental kits, soap n towels

Good budget hotel. Rooms were clean and well kept. Restaurant is quite simple. Location is an advantage as quite near to Govt bus stand . Shriram temple is 7 km from this place and can be easily accessed through OLA and Uber. Overall it’s a good hotel , value for money. But if you have booked through App are checking in early before 3-4 hour. Extra charges have to be paid which I thing , they should not of rooms are vacant.

Room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist behave good and polite manner and friendly. Restaurant was very good and delivered on before time.

K resort is a property located on the outskirts of Pondicherry, the distance makes it a calm location for chilling and relaxing. I went with my family for a staycation there with a clean mind of positive thoughts that the stay might be rejuvenating enough to come back with all smiles. The food in terms of taste & quality was good but the complementary breakfast spread was highly limited...eg-no gravy for paratha was kept. The property is wide spread & hence maintenance is not efficient, mosquitoes and flies everywhere. Kids area was highly disappointing, the other games were mostly distorted except for snooker & TT. Rest assured by the help desk staffs regarding the buggy rides requested by me again & again to explore the property & during our check out as well & them being extremely ignorant about that. They're highly busy in d morning with a group of guests and our check out was a really bad experience for that. So being a local from Pondicherry I will not repeat the resort for sure.
