BOOK THIS HOTEL!! Wow. I don’t think I have stayed at a better hotel in terms of price for quality and helpfulness of the staff members. The room was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. Lots of free water, and they even brought me juice on arrival. Breakfast is a couple minute walk down the street- and the even walked me there and back to make sure I got to the right place. Then the most amazing part… I was late getting back to the hotel to pick up my bags and head to the airport. Lots of traffic. I called the hotel, and they sent a motorcycle with my bags to meet me exactly where I was stuck in the traffic jam. Then the motorcycle dropped me off at the airport, and I made the flight. Without their extra efforts, I would have been stranded for the night. It could have been in their best interest to have me be stuck and book another night, but instead they did whatever they could to get me to the airport. THANK YOU!!

I was upset at beginning with so many complains but they were very quick to resolve everything. I am impressed with their quick response. Kudos to the team. I had written a long review of all problems I had faced but their team was very quick on fixing everything and calling to apologize for the experience. I am happy to see such a turnover and making it a wonderful stay for their guest

Non esiste un motivo per cui scegliere di venire in questo albergo it is a two-star hotel therefore expectations could not be too high as regards the furnishings of the hotel and the rooms which are in fact very shabby. Never has a breakfast been so miserable and sad; even if we had wanted to integrate it by paying we could not have ordered even an industrial fruit juice because it was not available. however what struck us the most was the rudeness of the staff; never in a month spent in so ***y different regions of this country have we experienced such rudeness and lack of respect towards the customer, so far from the typical concept of Indian hospitality. Our tour operator mistakenly booked one night instead of two, so we found ourselves kicked out of the room on the morning of our last day, the very day of departure. without the slightest trace of panic, I thought of a misunderstanding with our operator and sought the solution with him in the most peaceful way possible, that is, integrating the payment for a second night. the owner, with an absolute lack of savoir faire just yelled like a ****** from the very first moment for no reason and instead of telling us a simple and acceptable ”I'm sorry, unfortunately we have no other rooms available”, he continued to yell and seemed amused. A free rudeness experience. There is no reason to choose to come to this hotel

Della Resorts

Resort was very well maintained and clean. Few nutty gritties could have been handled to make it a 5 star rating from our side. Like handheld showers hose pipe was leaking, bed had some loose metal strings on edges, etc. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Cost wise, it felt little costly, but service was good. Adventure activities could have been sold seperately. We are supposed to purchase package of activities which includes half of th activities which we won't do.

What a lovely stay. We only had 1 night in Bombay before jetting of to Kerala and this was perfect. We stayed in a private room, it was huge, with a big bathroom and everything was super clean. The hostel staff were very friendly and the rooftop area was a lovely place to drink chai and have to internet time. It's located in Vile Parle which is a really cool area with great fruit markets. We met some family in west Bandra and it was very easy to get an Ola from the hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

Location is very near to main temple shrine and you can just walk for two mins to reach north gate of temple. Food is also of satisfactory quality and was available till 11pm for us. Rooms are bit small in size but they are still manageable. It had a additional facility of cloth dryer hanger outside which helped us alot in drying our rain drenched clothes. All in all the hotel is good option at decent price.

Our recent stay at Redstone Resort was a perfect place to rejuvenate and pure bliss. The staff's warm hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The luxurious accommodations and scenic natural views were really beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing by the playing housie games, took a dip in pool, had karaoke singing sessions and explored in and around the property. The culinary offerings were exceptional with good tasty food to refresh our taste buds. Overall, Redstone Resort provided the perfect escape. Thanks to the courteous staff for their outstanding service and arrangements. Shweta Trivedi Thyssenkrupp
