AAnonymous UserWhen I continued to make extension at the hotel at seven in the morning, the front desk said that there was no problem. As a result, at 12 noon, we were told that we needed to change rooms urgently, so we hastily put the trunk lid on, and the front desk told us that they would send all the details to the new room completely. I also specially told the front desk that maybe we missed some small items in the room. Because they gave us too much time, please help us check the missing items. They readily agreed. After returning home from the trip, we opened the luggage rack, and all the souvenirs I bought at Sagrada Familia Cathedral disappeared, which was really very sad.The service of the hotel makes people feel very confused, and every staff has no idea about the process.
GGuest UserEntering the hotel lobby is like walking into an old castle. The rooms are simple and clean. It is in the business district, and it is very convenient for transportation, dining, and attractions. It is highly recommended for tourist accommodation.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location. From the metro, just look for the 'little pink sausage' in Picture 1, and you'll find it right in the building next to Torre Glòries. It's incredibly convenient, being no more than three metro stops away from popular attractions like Plaça de Catalunya and the various 'casas' along Diagonal Avenue. Getting here from the airport is also easy: take the L9 to Torrasa, then transfer to the L1 and get off at Glòries station.
Personally, I highly recommend the route from the hotel to Poblenou Cemetery, and then from the cemetery to Bogatell Beach. It's less crowded, and the scenery is beautiful. If you don't feel like walking back, you can catch the V23 bus. Barcelona's 'third spaces' are everywhere – not just on Diagonal and Passeig de Gràcia. You can enjoy urban strolls in many neighborhoods; when you get tired, just sit on a street bench for some 'photosynthesis,' or head back to the hotel for a relaxing cup of tea.
Overall, if you're traveling as a couple and not focused on 'military-style' sightseeing and photo ops, this place offers great value for money.
GGuest UserThis hotel feels a bit stingy. Communication with the front desk was difficult; I suspect it's Italian-run. It offers very poor value for money. The breakfast is expensive with very few options. The location is quite remote, and public transportation is scarce. For those driving, the parking fees are excessively high.
GGuest UserGreat location, downside is limited rooftop beds so arrive early if you plan to take advantage of the sun! The hotel porter was really helpful and advised that a local taxi would be quicker and cheaper than an UBER however it ended up being double the price, so I would recommend double checking before departure.
WWalshPatRoom serviced every day by really friendly staff.
Breakfast was great and again wonderful staff!!
Receptionist was so helpful with transportation to Barcelona after our stay.
Location was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
AAlexander_ChernikovThe hotel is wonderful! The food is varied and incredibly tasty. The staff are beyond excellent, always going the extra mile to help with any requests. The location is absolutely superb; everything you need for a perfect vacation is within walking distance. But the best part is the price – it's rare to find such low rates for this level of quality.
SSHENGWENThe location is convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, fruit and vegetable stores, self-service laundromats, etc. nearby. It is a relatively safe area.
The only drawback was that there was a problem with the door lock when I checked in. It did not lock automatically when I closed the door, but the counter staff thought that the tenant did not know how to use it. The next day, it still could not be locked successfully. After several communications, they were willing to assist in reporting the problem.
MMerchanThis is the second time we have been here. As always, we have served 10 people. Despite the Covid19 problem, the accommodation was super enjoyable, with perfect facilities, cleaning service for 10 people and the accommodation was great. There are no two without three, so we will have the opportunity to return as soon as possible.
