The room we received for the price of 170 euro was the most expensive AND smallest room on our trip. It included a leaning roof right over your bed, perfect to bang your head in. The room was extremely basic equipped. The breakfast in the morning was served at the price of 20 euro per person. No thanks. Having arrived back home we found out that our card hade been charged with 40 euro, despite not having had breakfast. We had a bad experience some years ago and thought we would give it a second chance New again, The worst place we have experienced.

This is top class, rooms, food, service, cleaning, staff, surroundings yes everything is just perfect. Good beds, functional hotel. No shampoo or any of such in the bathroom (take your own). The breakfast was below expectations, but pricy. The first morning we had our breakfast at 9 am, that was obviously too late, since there was no vegetables at all anymore. Also many other things were gone. The second morning we had the breakfast at 7.45 am, but it did not get much better. I would have expected jus d'orange (both mornings not at all), fried eggs or soft boiled eggs (both mornings not at all), and a bit more choice in bread. The hotel has their own parking lot, which is a plus if you have a car with you.

This hotel is an excellent choice, located very close to the railway station with easy access to lower Saxony and the the Hartz mountains, close to the historic town, walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with a modern en suite, with Wi-fi available, restaurant on site as well. Lovely receptionist, very accommodating. Car parking available

We booked this hotel because we were in the evening at an event in front of the body. The room 116 is out on the main street and it is very loud at open window. In the night, the outer lighting is also on and there would be no darkness plan in the room. There is also a standing ventilator in the room. The mattresses are very soft and the bed quiet. The bathroom is small,but convenient. All in all is okay. But we were somewhat disappointed with breakfast buffet. There is enough choice ....of all ETWAS ....if what is there. The lady was nice, but over-charged. There were already 4 tables occupied when we came to breakfast 8:45Uhr. She asked us what form of egg we liked and brought it to us too. But then it was hectic ....3-4 families came and there was no place for everyone. Wurst & cheese plates were now almost completely empty, vegetables and yoghurt for a long time and the lady didn't know what to do first. Cleaning,refining,filling plates or bringing egg food and drink to guests. We wouldn't have expected to experience this in this high-level restaurant/hotel. And it is very bad because breakfast is for us A and O at a hotel stay.

Very nice welcome. we didn’t have the green environment card for our car, and the staff organised one for us within one hour. Nice and clean room, between the old town and the big city forest. 15 minutes walk to the old town and 5 minutes walk to the forest. We had a very nice stay.

The train station and Oldenburg city centre are a few minutes walk, the Cinemaxx is also just around the corner. Since the house offers meeting rooms, the 28 hotel parking spaces are also quickly located over the day. A nearby parking house offers possibilities of avoidance. In Hermes Hotel, every*r has a smile on his lips, from reception to cleaning forces. My lightning clean single room with Queensize bed is convenient and modern furnished. Instead of minibar, there are two well-filled refrigerators with soft drinks and beer on the floor. The safe has room for very short stays. The desk is sufficiently dimensioned and equipped with 3 packs. The TV offers a good channel selection in best image quality, but no radio channels. The house is apparently in a Vodafone / O2-Funkloch, but the home-with WiFi is stable and allowed streaming. The bathroom offers sufficient landscape and is convinced with WalkIn rain shower. Guests with hairdress should, as so often, bring their own furnace. Breakfast buffet is rich and worthy. Butter is presented in small single glasses, there are coffee specialities from the full-automated. The complete absence of music beries is a good and delaying thing.
