Great location, 2 minutes walk from the historical center . Tram stops in from of the hotel with connection to the main train station Friendly staff , smooth check in and check out. Fabulous breakfast, however you have plenty of cafes, coffee shops and supermarkets around. Highly reccomend .

Passing by Offenburg, I chose this hotel. I have to say that their service is first-class. Every staff at the front desk greets guests with a smile, which is both friendly and warm, making people feel at home. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is enough. The waiter in the breakfast room also smiles and actively communicates with the guests. It is great to have such a Holiday Inn in such a transit town👍

Location is great at the quiet neighbourhood. However, front desk folks are always not at their station during check in period. Whenever we are out or back to hotel, the lobby is always empty. When you need to enquiry something, you need to ring them. Their housekeeping is not checking when their guests will be checking out. They are opening each room to check.
