Pet Friendly Hotels in Xinjiang, China

Very satisfied with this stay. All the staff are very polite, including the doorman at the reception, especially Dilisar and Kud at the front desk. Check-in was very smooth, and free breakfast for four people was given. The room was also very clean, and the view was first-class. You can see the lake and snow-capped mountains from the room. There are many newly built hotels nearby, but I will probably choose here next time I come.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jiangyun, our room was comfortable, clean, big and nicely decorated. The hotel is in a beautiful traditional building, and within walking distance or a very cheap DIDI ride to all attractions. The best part about our stay was the kindness and friendliness of Yan and Rukia, they went out of their way to provide information for us and help organise onward travel to Kyrgyzstan. Yan speaks good English and with his adept use of a translator app we were able to communicate on all topics. When we couldn’t find a cooking course in Kashgar Yan organised a neighbourhood chef to come and teach us how to make steamed buns, in the guesthouse kitchen, it was great fun! The hotel is ideal if you are visiting the Expo as is Walking distance. The hotel as such is nice, it was very crowded when we visited due to the Expo next door, however met our expectations. Anna the hotel manager is a star! 🙏 Also the hotel has the beer garden which was an easy way to spent our nights! Need a didi to visit sightseeing areas and the hotel arranged for as a taxi to visit the Tianchi lake!

The room is spacious and bright, with complete supplies, bottled water, and filtered water in the aisle. The service is good and polite, and the mattress is soft and comfortable. Free parking at the door is very convenient. The carpet should be replaced

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

I'm not a shill!! Very satisfied. The staff is very enthusiastic. The special car picks up at the ski resort (many skiers can't get a taxi at night. As soon as we go out, we see the hotel's special car waiting for us at the entrance of the ski resort lobby. Who knows this feeling? Hahaha) The breakfast is delicious. I feel very comfortable after staying for a week and don't want to leave. Hahaha. See you next year's snow season. We will come again👍👍👍

This is a super hotel. They upgraded our room for free. It was really amazing to lie in bed and watch the stars. I have to especially praise Mire and Xiao Zhou. They took the trouble to take us to see several room types. They are really nice and kind. The children also loved the souvenirs they gave us. It is worth recommending.

The room is very clean, the staff in the store are very nice, the service is very good, and I think the scenery behind is not worse than the scenic spot. I think those bad reviews are nitpicking. In short, this is a homestay that I am quite satisfied with. I will go there again if I have the chance. Anyway, I think this is worth recommending. Since the scenic spot is self-driving, it is not far from the scenic spot by car.

I felt at home. Such a beautiful place. The design, the room, the furnishings... everything is lovingly done. The owner welcomed me very warmly, and it was my first time staying in a dorm. It was fantastic. I slept very well and enjoyed lounging on the terrace. It's very hot right now, so you can enjoy life outside the hostel around 6 p.m. 😃 You meet lots of other travelers from all over the world. So it's not only a great place to relax, but also a great place to exchange information and experiences! I'm so glad I found this place ❤️ And for animal lovers: There are a few cats and a cute dog to cuddle with 🥰

We arrived at the hotel quite late, and the owner was very welcoming. I was amazed at the first sight of the B&B. It is really worth the money. The ancient city and Xiangfei Garden are not far away. It was a very good stay.
