The hotel is clean and close to airport. They provide shuttle to airport every 30 min. For the bed, they should change it with the new one. Because the bed is too soft and for me can not sleep with soft bed. Maybe its time for the management to change the bed. The staff all are friendly and helpfull

The front desk receptionist are very friendly and helpful. They provide excellent information and help us in getting our attraction booking done, as we don’t have local number👍👍They do managed our luggage well and assist us to bring it down to the exit upon check out👏👏 Excellent room with modern look design, clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a family of 6. Functional fridge and washing machine is a bonus to us, we can do our laundry for our 3 nights stay here. Location is strategic, just 1@2mins walk to metro station. Shop, restaurant and convenient stores just nearby. Definitely will be back again once we have chance 😊😊💯💯

Check out and rent a stroller, and the driver sent it to the Toy Story Hotel for free because I wanted a half-day ticket. The driver was enthusiastic and polite, with stable skills, and helped with the luggage. So many good places.

The rooms are also pretty arranged for kids and family. The personal is very friendly. They offer transfer service for dinner or shopping near Disney land without charge. There are a few things needs be mentioned: the swimming pool is slippery, also the entry over a glass wall is not easy and could be dangerous for kids. The step way and balcony in house is also not safe for kids. The breakfast could be improved as well. No free coffee, tee, Jogurt and butter are offered.

One thing I will say for sure is THIS PLACE DOESNT LOOK LIKE THE WAY YOU SEE IT ON PICTURES The service is really good and friendly and helpful as well. The place is so far away from anything so if you want something quiet and peaceful this is it but if you’re into the city life then this isn’t the place for you. Breakfast I won’t lie is strictly Chinese and I don’t even think the Chinese love it themselves. The swimming pool was dirty even though it’s nice but I guess I will let it slide because of the typhoon that hit the whole Shanghai. I really liked the place but until it’s also foreigner friendly and clean I don’t think I will go back again.
