朱朱晨曦Great experience! The two ladies of the staff have been extremely nice. They helped us in every way they could. The hostel has amazing shared spaces, plenty of sunlight and plants (+ three cute birds!). The room has what you need, simple and neat.

GGuest UserGirls, you HAVE to book this hotel! I've stayed in all kinds of hotels around the world, and this one is absolutely incredible value for money. If you can, go straight for a villa! I recommend checking in a bit early and spending more time at the hotel, because the experience there is truly amazing, surrounded by Danxia landforms. Even for someone like me who only cares about the experience, I took so many pictures here – you can tell how photogenic it is. The butler was super, super attentive, and as someone from Hunan, I can confirm the hotel breakfast was great. I'm so glad I stopped for a night at this hotel on the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. The last picture shows how much I didn't want to leave my room 🥲🥲 Finally, a big heart for my butler sis ❤️

Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best
We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean
Breakfast provided for every day too.

GGuest UserThe room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient.
We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back.

CClaudia PiastraPerfect location. Clean. Water and toilette paper every day. There is the most important night market here. The family is very nice, they let me use their fridge to keep some food.
Close to here there is a very nice coffee shop with very nice people, as italian, I can say that I tasted the best coffee ever.

GGuest UserThe location is super close to Chaka Salt Lake. The young lady was very welcoming; I asked her to show us the rooms first, and she patiently guided us. I saw the rooms were really nice and clean, so we decided to stay.
The price was excellent, and I was so happy with the environment – clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, and every staff member was enthusiastic. They refilled the breakfast promptly; it was delicious and very convenient. If you're visiting Chaka Salt Lake, definitely stay here – the price is just right. It was also a very comfortable stay, and the food was good too.
I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the environment is exactly as they advertised.

CConwayI drove my car there, and the parking was awesome. The hotel’s location is right near the water, and has a very beautiful view (they gave me a free upgrade to a lake view). The staff treated me so kindly, and I don’t think they have many foreign guests there, especially coming by car and alone ! One of the staff there could even speak English!!! I was so surprised. Highly recommend this hotel, and also, I highly recommend paying the extra money for a Lake view….it is worth it !

QQiangqiangsanrenxingAfter seeing this hotel in Heimahe Town, I immediately canceled my original reservation! Overall, this one is much better! Parking is convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities, while a bit dated, are quite complete. I had a great rest! There are many dining options around the hotel, and the view from the window is a joy! Breakfast isn't included, but I don't understand why the rating on Ctrip is so low. Perhaps there are issues we didn't encounter! The hotel's service is excellent! During peak tourist season, it feels just fine in the Heimahe area of Qinghai Lake! Highly recommended! I hope the hotel improves its overall service level and builds a good reputation, so that it can attract more guests and continue to make a fortune! Keep it up!

AAnonymous UserThe B&B environment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The backyard parking lot was huge, the location was excellent, very close to the lake. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and their responses were prompt. Overall, a perfect experience! It offers fantastic value for money, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!
