Always travelling around. 2nd time here. 1. Room lighting is very problematic. The washroom doors are light penetrable. Which is very disturbing for early gym users like myself travelling with kids. Very bad (one and only bad point) 2. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very good. 3. Gym is excellent 4. Bought this package via trip.com with breakfast and dinner. The dinner grill was spectacular, tomahawk steak and grilled whole chicken. Good. 5. Pool was really small, quite disappointing. 6. Kids bakery class was very good. Met with nice staff.

The room is big and clean, with two double beds. The mirror in the bathroom is bright enough to allow ladies to put on makeup. However the rubbish bin has no plastic bag in it. This creates hygiene problems because not all rubbish is dry, and the stain will be left in the bin for the next guest. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner quality is below 5-star hotel standard.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Guangzhou and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. I would especially like to commend Mr. 柯志毅 and Mr. 李嘉凯 for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail, proactive assistance, and thoughtful gestures truly stood out. They not only ensured that all my needs were met, but also added a personal touch that made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around the city. New, Spacious and clean twin bedroom. Japanese muji feel. Have a lounge area for rest and chit chat. Hair dryer is ready in room too, no need to special request from the front desk. Washroom is spacious enough with fully equipped. Water pressure is big and comfortable. Bottled water will be refill everyday or you also can get your refill at the lift waiting area. Location is just right at Huaqiangbei area, access by 2 subway line, there is a Mcd right infront the hotel

We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb. They arranged a car to bring us back to the border. Overal a very nice stay with special thanks to staff and SunnykI

Hotel Review: Good Stay with Great Location • Location: Excellent for shopping, especially handbags and leather goods. Markets are within walking distance. • Accessibility: Main attractions are just 10-15 minutes away. Close to the railway station and local bus station. • Breakfast: Decent but limited. Fewer vegetarian options, mainly meat dishes. • Food Alternatives: Plenty of good restaurants nearby for dining out. • Immigration Check: After check-in, police immigration will visit your room for a quick formality (takes about 5 minutes). They will check your visa, last entry stamp, take a photo, and ask for your Chinese number. Likely a security measure due to Guangzhou’s high volume of foreign visitors. • Overall Stay: Comfortable and convenient for travelers looking to explore the city easily.

The hotel is super nice, with good service. The room is clean, there are three swimming pools and we went to two. The outdoor one has foam pool while the indoor one has jacuzzi. Breakfast is normal Hilton style with lots of choices . The location is nice as well, walkable distances to various shopping malls and the coast promenade.

Excellent service and facilities. Very nice room. Staff are extraordinarily helpful, polite and cheerful. Particular praise to Ms Lyn Lin, who gave us a big welcome in receiving us and bid us farewell with complimentary drinks. Hightly recommended. Will surely visit again.

Great location directly opposite Sunac Shopping Centre and Bonski indoor skiing. Walking distance to Sunac amusement park. Lots of food options nearby. Most importantly, room is well kept and very clean, bed is comfy and roomy. Well priced and great value for money 👍👍👍
