First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.

I’ve seen Honey Paradise Blue and White Island reviewed here and I always said I would treat myself. Too cold for Sapphire Beach, I selected L301, with a lovely view—bathtub & all of my pre-requisites. What I didn’t expect was just how much more care and excellence would be a part of my experience. Yummy Chinese breakfast, tea time with fruit, and pear tea before bed. I slept so soundly. Outside food delivery can come straight to your door as well. Clear and proactive WeChat communicated explanations will keep you relaxed and pampered. JC did an excellent job with my photos. Xiaoli helped with bags, translations, check in & check out. Xiaotang fixed wifi and serves with kind attentiveness. Fantastic Staff. Five star staff and accommodations. Every desire is considered and prepared for luxuriously. Hey Spa and Hey Zen down the street made this a fantastic night and day.

The 202 room was so beautiful and we loved the most was the bath tub, looked so amazing. Besides, the view and the design of the room were so lovely, such as the in room music and movie projector which made our experience more romantic! What’s more, the services was so great that lighten up our journey! It was my wife’s birthday day and the house keepers would make B day decor to surprise my wife. Although the location of the hotel was far, the house keepers would make plans and contact taxi for us that’s really considerable of them! Friends gathering + family with kids living together, surprisingly no pressure! The homestay is divided very reasonably, adults watch football games on TV, and children play board games next to them, without disturbing each other ~ The hygiene is quite clean, the children roll around on the ground and play, they don’t want to leave hahaha, the front desk butler service is amazing, even help carry the luggage upstairs! The kitchen is fully equipped, and it’s no problem to cook by yourself, highly recommended!

The stay at Miyet Moneva Xia was perfect, a warm B&B. The location is very superior, the surrounding attractions include the Observatory, Dapeng So City, Orange Fishing Sand, Yangmei Pit and so on. There is also a beauty shooting service photographer jc shot very well, the hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the butlers are enthusiastic and cheerful young people very energetic and polite, any demand can be quickly responded. Giving us back food recommendations and tour guides is really courteous, giving people a comfortable sense of home. The design around the bed and breakfast is very praiseworthy, the rooms are clean and textured, the sea view is very good to see the sunset, the facilities in the house have a projection, mini, toiletries are very good soft and comfortable beds, make a good night's sleep. Sanitary facilities are all available, and are very well maintained, in short, the experience is full, highly recommended ~

The hotel has a friendly waiter. It is convenient to check in to the room, open the door with a password, everything is simple and easy. Arranged in the middle and high floors, no smell, the city view from the terrace is open. The place is large, with two bathrooms, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, a water kettle and basic tableware. There are also clotheslines, hangers and laundry detergent on the landing. All other general hotel facilities are available here. The shower head has sufficient water pressure and stable hot water. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the poor hygiene. During the few days I stayed here, I saw 1~2 cockroaches every day. Although they were baby size, it was still too many. The bed in the room was very soft and uncomfortable because it had no support 😓 And I saw a big yellow stain on one of the extra pillows, which was disgusting! !

It was such a pleasant stay at Miyue Tianlu. We picked room201 which gives you access to an outdoor bathtub, tanning area with amazing sea and forest view. You also get to see the cable cars going up and down the mountains. Our butler Ah Wai also tended to all our requests and went above and beyond to make sure our birthday celebrations was perfect. The room also had projector which provided free entertainment. We would 100% come back to visit and big shoutout to Ah Wai for making our stay unforgettable!

This hotel is very close to a subway station, which is very convenient when moving. I really enjoyed jogging in the morning as there is a park near the hotel. There was a slight mistake they made at night but they provided me with a bunch of fruit to show how much they felt sorry about it. I would like to stay here one day when I visit Shenzhen again! Oh, I can't help but point out how enjoyable the swimming pool here at night 😀

The room is very clean. The bathroom and toilet are separated, so you don't have to worry about getting the toilet very wet after taking a shower. There is plenty of hot water and good ventilation. You can see the beautiful sea view from the window. Although the weather was bad this time and we didn't get to see the sunset, it was very comfortable and relaxing to stay in the private hot spring and take a bath. The B&B thoughtfully prepared bath balls and bath salts for us. The projector in the room was clear and large enough, with good sound quality, and was very easy to operate. At night, I could just project my phone's screen and watch TV series in bed! The service here is really good! All the staff are very polite. The ladies always have sweet smiles on their faces. They are also very proactive in assisting us and serving us enthusiastically. They have arranged for us to have the water turned on before we check in, so that we can enjoy the private hot spring after arrival. They will also share information about nearby food after check in. There is a supermarket next to the homestay, which is very convenient. The package includes breakfast, and the lady will also help prepare it and deliver it to the room. We will definitely come back next time!

The service was Excellent! We are a family of 4 traveled as first time to Conghua. The hotel's facilities are all superb. Mr.Victor Liang who is a hotel manager support us since booking and during our stay 2 days 1 night there. The room is clean. My kids love to spend their times there as there are lot of different types of hot springs. They want to go back there after we just reached home! This hotel is a truly 5 stars hotel!

Not a bad hostel for a good price. The entrance behind the building entrance 175, to get inside you have to call 999 ok. 9th floor, from the elevator to the left and to the left again. Environment is kinda good, there is a place to eat food, laundry, the rooms look pretty enough for comfortable staying. The location is great, the subway is really close. By the price is one the best option in Guangzhou.

This is my second stay. It is a really good hotel in Panyu. The exterior looks like a casino. The room is also very big. It should be a bit old, but the price-performance ratio is great! I booked the room late this time, and the lady was very considerate to change it to a larger twin bed. Thank you very much.

The staff is sweet, especially the receptionist girl so cute and nice! Very professional! I liked the whole stay! They are so kind and helped me with my kuaidi as well! Clean! Location is nice they have lanzhou ramen downstairs which is good as well! I didn’t like the first day on the first flood the guy asked my passport and asked me where the passport was from? I said Mongolia. He said Mongolia belongs to China and I could use ID to register. Trust me, if any inner mongolian was traveling they would be smart enough to use their ID because they are traveling domestically. I presented my passport because I am aware i am a foreigner. There was no use of insulting me and my country saying it belongs to China! He needs to study geography if he is working for a hotel and not to insult clients countries and their whole identity! He needs to learn to normalize insulting others countries is bad! Apparently he is not a person who decides what country belongs to where!

This is not the four seasons or affiliated with it, but with that being said this place was so so. Depends what you are looking for. I think if they renovate the rooms and clean them up a bit. It could be a lot better. I didn’t necessarily like my room, and I have stayed in better for same price. The staff was friendly and communication was good. Once you got in touch with them. But finding the place could be difficult. Location is great and it is very central and near a lot of thing in guangzhou. Amenities are nice. They have fridge, washer and more. Items are just old. But room just needs to be renovated in my opinion. The most comfortable thing in room was bed. Very comfortable.

Pros: nice camp side with lots of different rooms design and tents and there’s more area to open up next year Breakfast was slightly average with good views Able to drive in or park at the reception area and a buggy will bring you in. Nearby there’s a tourist attractions very good for adults and children and suggest to spend one day there In house bbq at the campsite was great wjth Hotel also gave us 2 x free tickets for the attractions. Cons: lack of shaver Too many inserts hidden behind the curtains in the living room( I guess it’s depends on room type) but fewer in the bedroom, called for housekeeper they came immediately to help clear up but still there are some hidden and crawl out during the night. Hotel staff Lucy was a very beautiful and nice lady, she apologise and provide us 2 more free attractions tickets upon check out and also show us the attractions and facilites inside the resort. Overall, I will still give 5 stars for this resort as it is but eat Remarks: suggest hotel to check for bug regularly and place insect repellent inside the house

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

The location of the hotel is great, there are many places to eat downstairs, and there is a Changgang subway station nearby. The hotel staff are very polite and don't give people an arrogant feeling. When checking in, the staff also helped to upgrade the room type!

We booked a villa to celebrate our child's birthday. We told Xiaoqiu in advance. She helped us decorate the villa and prepared birthday hats and glasses. The children were very happy. The arcade in the villa was loved by both adults and children. The courtyard was spacious enough and the facilities were basically clean and usable. At first, the water heater tripped and we didn't notice it. Xiaoqiu came to help us solve it quickly. She also helped us light a fire and barbecue. What an all-round housekeeper! The villa was in good sanitary condition. There were mosquitoes but not too many.

Booked a room for a friend. The hotel environment is very nice, quiet and comfortable. The front desk clerk is also very enthusiastic. I booked a movie room and can watch movies. There is also a lounge area on the 2nd floor, which is quite convenient for receiving friends. I used the room. The room space is good. The bed is very soft and comfortable. The room is clean and the items are complete. The hotel also provides breakfast. I had breakfast with my friends the next day. The restaurant is on the 5th floor. The variety is very rich and varied. The taste is not bad. The location of the hotel is easy to find. It is located on Wenhua North Road. It is very convenient to travel. Parking is also quite convenient. I enjoyed my stay here, the location was very convenient considering it’s very close to the subway and also close to Guangzhou south train station. The staff was super friendly they turn into all of my needs and gave me some courtesy fruit. The room was bloody clean, and I’m definitely gonna come back and stay at this hotel in my next visit of the city.

The environment is very good, no noise, and the stay is very comfortable. I am very satisfied and will come to try other room types next time. It was late when I checked in. The front desk service Xiao Jiang is also good, very patient and has a good attitude. The supplies are also disposable, and the shampoo will not dry, which is good.

The room is a little yellow duck theme room, very cute, bedding and toiletries are all little yellow duck ~ The scenery outside the terrace is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and the lake nearby. The room has a bathtub, and the terrace also has a balcony table and chairs. The service staff and cleaning staff are very polite. For dinner, just eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Shunde tastes good, and you can use vouchers during the Qingming Festival. Breakfast options are all OK, and you can eat quite full. It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

A B&B that you definitely have to visit twice! I am so impressed with this one at Shunde Fisherman's Wharf!!! 1️⃣ The location is amazing! Downstairs is Fisherman's Wharf. Take a walk along the river at night and watch the beautiful lights! 711, the dessert shop, and the pickled food shop are just a few steps away. 2️⃣ The room is even better than the photo! The room we booked has a large bay window. The sun shines in and the whole room is warm! The mattress is just the right hardness. I, who love my bed, slept until dawn! I especially praise the projector. I bought a bag of fish skin to watch TV series at night! 3️⃣ Detail control is ecstatic! The bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet seat (you don't have to freeze your butt in winter), and the hair dryer is a Dyson! The kitchen even has soy sauce for steamed fish. This Cantonese person is so moved that I cried...   4️⃣ The landlord is so considerate! I sent you a ”Guide to Eating and Shopping to Avoid Crowds” in advance. The recommended porridge hotpot really doesn't require queuing! When we left, they gave us a box of sand, saying that it was bought from a shop that only locals know.
