A thoughtful and convenient transit hotel.
Staying at the Qiu Guo Hotel Beijing New China International Exhibition Center Capital Airport branch was an absolutely fantastic experience! The room features a German Lonsberg mattress paired with various pillow options, ensuring excellent sleep. The lighting and curtains are fully smart-controlled, and there are plenty of outlets for working and charging. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and even a foot bath stone with settings for both adults and children—the attention to detail is truly impressive.
The public facilities also perfectly met my needs. The 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle is incredibly convenient. The self-service laundry room and robot delivery service are efficient and hygienic. Plus, there's a warm congee and vitamin drinks available late at night. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover!

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with the check-in process. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money – I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! ✌️

I highly recommend this B&B! The interior facilities and environment are truly superb, exactly like the sample photos provided by the host. Plus, the furniture and amenities inside are incredibly smart and convenient to use – very user-friendly. There's a full-length mirror, and the magnifying mirror and hairdryer in the bathroom are also excellent. When I arrived, Beijing was very cold, but the heating system in the room worked perfectly, keeping it very warm. The pillows were also incredibly comfortable; they seemed to be a special kind of sleeping pillow. My sleep quality was excellent during my two-day stay here. The B&B also offers shuttle service, and you can rent wizard robes, wands, and other props here. They even provide makeup and photography services, which is super convenient. The owner is also very nice and thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend it!

Choosing the right hotel for a business trip is so important! This place perfectly meets the needs of business travelers: the room is very quiet, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The desk is spacious, and there are more charging ports than I could ever use by the bed and on the desk, so no more fighting for outlets. Breakfast starts as early as 6:30 AM, with a wide variety of options, and you can even pack it to go, ensuring I get a full meal even with an early flight. Ella at the front desk even helped me print documents quickly. Her service was professional and efficient. I've already saved this as my go-to hotel.

Fantastic environment, the small courtyard is very quiet, and the floor heating is comfortable. The bathroom facilities are also complete. There's even a direct shuttle bus to Universal Studios, highly recommended! The little cat is adorable, and the owner is very nice. The Xiangchuan Dumpling restaurant next door is also delicious. If you're planning to go to Universal Studios the next day, staying here is an excellent choice!
I honestly haven't been to a hotel with better service. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, and the breakfast spread was exceptionally generous. All the hotel's amenities were of very high quality, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The ambiance was also wonderful. We loved winding down our evenings at the hotel bar before heading straight back to our room to relax. I could definitely get used to this kind of life!
I was very tired after the flight and arrived at an inconvenient time for the usual hotel check-in. I wrote to the owner, and he agreed to check me in from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. so I could rest well before my next flight. The hotel owner picked me up from the airport and drove me back very quickly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay during a long layover.

The entire hotel, designed by Kengo Kuma, is truly a masterpiece, brimming with thoughtful details. The lobby space offers a naturally relaxing atmosphere. The bamboo grove design adds a touch of greenery and softness to this northern city. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with windows offering a rare, unobstructed view. Lower-floor rooms are slightly less desirable; however, even their rooftop views are meticulously designed with lawns and artfully arranged rocks – a clever touch. A few rooms, unfortunately, face exposed glass rooftops, and when the sun is strong, the reflection into the room can be quite uncomfortable.

Very close to all major city sites. You can practically walk to Tiananmen, Wangfujing street, Beihai lake etc. Just 2 minutes walk down the street, there are 2 large supermarkets and lots of small eateries.
Staff are helpful and you communicate with them through WeChat. They may take some time to get back to you. Despite it being a relatively new hotel, there was quite a bit of rust and dirt in the bathroom. Also being a service apartment, the rooms are basically cleared of rubbish and there is a change and replacement of towels. However, the rooms are not cleaned. As the tables etc still had stains on them. But for the price it’s value for money.
The gym is very small with a small selection of free weights and just treadmills.
The room is large and has a washing machine (with liquid detergent) and a large fridge if you are planning on cooking. A value for money hotel if you just need a fuss free stay in Beijing.

This was my first time staying in a Hutong hotel, and the environment was really nice. The only downside was that the water was a bit yellow when I showered at night, for some reason. It cleared up after running for a while. The toilet flush also felt a bit weak. However, the service was quite good, and the location is convenient, not far from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. You can even ride shared bikes there.

MM303531****This hotel is great for a weekend getaway with kids. Juyongguan Great Wall and Shuiguan Great Wall are nearby, with Shuiguan Great Wall being closer and less crowded, though a bit challenging to climb. The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering a pleasant environment with individual villas dotted up the hillside. Our room was quite far, so we needed to drive to the lobby and restaurant.
The hotel also offers many family-friendly activities. On our second morning, we participated in a valley hike, which was essentially a mountain climb – it requires some stamina.
There were also quite a few downsides. Given how spread out the rooms are and how far they are from the lobby, one would expect butler service, but there was none. Moreover, it was very difficult to get through to the front desk from the room phone. For a self-proclaimed 'family-friendly hotel,' there weren't even children's slippers in the room. After finally getting through on the phone, it took an hour for them to be delivered. Why weren't they provided directly at check-in when they saw we had a child?
The room itself was fairly large, but the bathroom lacked air conditioning/heating, and the shower was open-concept. This design might be fine in Sanya, but in Yanqing, showering at night was absolutely freezing. There was also water pooling, and when staff came to check, they said it was because the floor drain was too high, and nothing could be done, which was a bit frustrating.
We had two meals at the hotel restaurant; the food was good, albeit a bit pricey. We also ate at a farmhouse restaurant down the mountain where the iron pot stewed fish was delicious – I forgot its name, but it had “Tell Old Mo I want to eat fish” written on the wall.
Despite the downsides, it's still a good place for a weekend with kids. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a children's splash pool, which were closed due to the cold weather. We'll definitely bring the kids back in the summer.

MManaSuisseThe hotel is right across the entrance of the chairlift, and therefore the arrival of the toboggan slide. And 5 minutes from the cable car. Location is perfect but that also makes the place very crowded and noisy as there are thousands of visitors everyday. Breakfast buffet is from 7.30 to 9 am so pretty early but that allows you to go up the Great Wall before 8.30 which is when the crowd starts to arrive. Our room was big and the ground heater was working very well :)
There's a lot of stairs in the hotel so not very good if you have any issues walking. If you ask they will help you with the luggages. If you go there by car you have to give the hotel the plate number in order for them to inform the security guard so they can let your car enter the Great Wall area.

AAnonymous UserIt’s such a cute little place to stay at with awesome views. The owners are so sweet! We checked in late because of a missed train and they helped us despite the late hour! Excellent food and cool animals on site. 10/10 would return the next time I’m in Beijing! 🤩

BBekzod SobirjonovExcellent stay! The hotel’s location is perfect – close to the airport/city center with easy access to transport. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Facilities (like the gym/pool/breakfast) were great too. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

GGuest UserThe apartment was overall very good! I didn't expect it to be good tbh. If you don't know any chinese, it is recommended to download wechat in advance to communicate better. The owner was so kind and nice. They answered all of my questions despite the time. The location is good, too. There's a convenience store near the lobby. I think less than a 100-meter walk there's like a small supermarket. If you like to walk, around 700 meters there's like a luxury shopping lot. Around 600 meters, there's a train station. It may be an apartment, but there's no utensils or anything to cook on. You gotta bring your own or buy. I dont know if you can ask the owner because we brought our own. The guards at the lobby are also nice. I love it. Will definitely come again when I have the chance.

11591584****I was on a business trip to Beijing by myself, and staying in this apartment felt a bit wasteful, haha. It could easily accommodate four or five people. First off, there's a security guard on the first floor, and food deliveries aren't allowed upstairs, which makes it feel very safe. It's also just a four-to-five-minute walk from the subway station and a large shopping mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe apartment is located in a great area. 3 km to skyscrapers with huge shopping centers, various restaurants and entertainment. Nearby is the 7th metro line, which goes to Universal Park and Happy Valley

__WeChat290002****Undoubtedly a divine hotel! The location is quiet yet central, with all amenities nearby without being noisy. The room decor is incredibly cozy, feeling like a temporary home. The hygiene is meticulously maintained; even the washbasin had no water stains. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, making you never want to get up once you lie down. I slept soundly until dawn without any disturbance. The staff were all smiles throughout, making check-in and check-out quick with no waiting, and they even offered to help with luggage. Excellent value for money. It's already on my list of regular stays and highly recommended to anyone visiting this city!
