The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Resort itself is great, however there is not much to see or do in the area. Brilliant for a quite get away where you lay by the pool and beach. Service was great, all areas were clean and staff were friendly

Averaged scores..the development building was located too far from down town Mui Ne. The building is very high from ground..to be at lobby..it will need to take elevation at least 15 mins and too steep..very dangerous for old people and kids. Bed is too low from base..did not feel comfortable.. suggested to give better bed , more pillows and bed support be suffer will be perfect. Shower and toilet are clean..looked good except the toilet spray tube is too short…must change to be longer. Others are good and very safe place to stay long times. I choose to stay due to the pol and view from top are very beautiful. Tks

Don't book this hotel, you will definitely be disappointed! Let's talk about the room first. We booked from the first to the fourth day of the Chinese New Year, a total of 4 days and 3 nights. It's okay that it doubled during the Spring Festival. At the beginning, I saw that the hotel opened in 2024 was newer and the rooms were fashionable. The actual stay was seriously inconsistent with the pictures. The decoration of domestic hotels is two or three hundred. The kitchen sewer is leaking. There are cockroaches. The mattress is hard. There are leftover seasonings in the cupboard. It feels like we are renting someone else's long-term rental house. The water in the hotel swimming pool is very cold, and it is far to the beach. You have to take several escalators and then walk down the road to the beach. The hotel is located on a high ground and the wind is very strong in the morning and evening. You can't hang clothes on the balcony or they will be blown away. The wind is strong and the water is cold. It's a waste to book a room with a swimming pool. There are not many choices except a few convenience stores downstairs. If you want to go to Mui Ne Fishing Village and Phan Thiet, it will take 20-30 minutes away. It costs 200k-300k Vietnamese dong each way. It depends on the conscience of the driver. When you come to Mui Ne, try to choose a hotel close to the downtown and the sea. There is nothing special to play.

The hotel is very new, apartment-style, on a small hill. There are electric cars available for you to ride, or you can take the elevator to level 6. Go down and cross the road to the hotel's beach, which is suitable for people who lie down. It is in the middle of the red and white sand dunes. It is not very convenient for people like me who like to go out and play, so I can only rent a motorcycle to travel. There are only one or two restaurants below the hotel, the taste is very average, and the price is expensive. But the environment is really good

Hotel facilities: small elevator, no air conditioning in the corridor, open the window, the shampoo and hand soap in the room are not good, there is no soap. The bath water is very small. The bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach. Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties. Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low. This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

We couldn't communicate in the same language. They just said to wait for ten minutes! The apartment management is chaotic. The worst thing is that you have to turn on the hot water to take a shower yourself. As a result, the hot water in our room was broken and it was not repaired overnight. We had to boil water to wash our hair ourselves! It was really the first time on vacation! The next day, we asked to change rooms, and they said they had repaired it. 🤬By the way, they also said they wanted to collect our passports! Our stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials. APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. I just finished a vacation with my parents at Movenpick, I have to admit that the hotel scored n*** points from the architecture to the service here, although I had to check in a bit late at 3pm, the main lobby was spacious and comfortable, the staff was polite and cheerful. The rooms are very new, everything is ancient like being on a real pirate ship. The hotel pays great attention to the environment, all the utensils are made of natural materials, in the afternoon there is also a lovely chocolate party for families with children. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes, if I have the opportunity to come back, I will still choose to stay here.

My family went with 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, there was a welcome drink, a greeting letter and fruit in the room. The space has many trees and lakes, so it feels relaxing and cool. There are 4 swimming pools including 2 small children's pools, 1 oval pool with a jacuzzi and 1 infinity pool by the sea, very beautiful. The room is beautifully designed, spacious, with lots of light. The bed is wide, the blankets and mattresses are clean. Before booking, I read reviews on gg and saw a low score due to poor staff attitude, but when I arrived, I was satisfied with the service and reception. The minus point is that the regular room without a swimming pool will share a wall with the room next door, so the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people talking clearly. There is only 1 resort in Ke Ga Bay area, there are no other activities around, suitable for relaxation.

The resort is very large, with a large area in the middle of the vegetable plot and some poultry, chickens, ducks, geese, sheep and rabbits, no plans. From the villa to the restaurant by car or bike, each villa provides two bicycles, the road is dark at night. The beach is okay, sometimes the waves are big and not allowed to go to the sea, the swimming pool is large, there is a 1.2 deep and a small children swimming pool. The villa bathroom is large and beautiful. The house is like a sun room. The house is also very hot during the day when the sun is large, and the air conditioner is fine. The only downside is that there are so many flies in the restaurant that it doesn't feel very good. There will be no plates or water cups for a while. The food is not very rich, mainly Vietnamese cuisine. There is a karaoke, you can sing, the environment is good, many Chinese songs. More suitable for family trips.

Base on the price this resort is very low quality, very very old. I booked a suite of 2 bedroom swimming pool view to stayed 2 nights. The room is very old, rusty bathroom , not clean , the tea cup old and rusty too 😰! The only good thing is the staffs is very helpful specialy the one serve at restaurant on breakfast. Food not really good but OK. The beach is quiet. The way to the beach not nice need some TLC & clean up for nicer view.

The resort is located near the beach, very quiet, suitable for relaxation. The resort is not new but it is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. If I have a chance next time, I will stop by to rest here.

這裡的地理位置算是不錯，每間都可以看到海邊，隔音效果我覺得很好了，而且房間裡都是香香的味道，讓人會想再過來居住
