Welcoming, friendly, lots of smiles from the staff. The room is great. It;s clean and everything works. At breakfast - Barb is great. We are retired and travel a great deal. We try to stop at Hampton Inns because they are consistently good. This property sets the standard for all Hampton Inns - and for all mid range family motels. Great job!

The room, the reservation, the housekeeping, the location, the parking, check in/check out all were fine. I was ready to give it a top rating until Sunday breakfast. The downgrade in rating is all about the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet, which was execrable. Hotel buffet scrambled eggs are always made from powder, but these had the mouth feel of powder and no egg taste. The English muffin also had no taste. The quality of the sausage was very poor. The cranberry juice and the coffee were extremely weak and watery (even the coffee maker setting was on strong). All the usual items were on offer but the quality across the board was the worst I have experienced in all my 80 years.

All staff was very kind and friendly. We loved the hotel facilities. Clean rooms !! Definitely we will come back!

All things considered. This Hotel is great for just about any occasion. the Hotel does a fantastic job on the cleaning department. They seem to follow COVID regulations well, they offer room service only upon request, not a huge deal but wish they had it daily without having to place a request. Tv could use some updating, it lags when switching channels, will not respond to the remote as well as it should, and will kick you out of apps unexpectedly. All in all, still worthy of My business, I enjoy coming here for its consistency and more than ideal location. The service has always been great. There are two computers in the lobby with printers readily available. This came in handy during my business trip as I put it to good use. They have a decent breakfast, and plenty of parking.

the maintenance here is poor at best. They get annoyed if you bring these to their attention. Curtains don't close or are non- existant. plumbing falling out of sink, broken stained furniture, vacuuming of room, is based on, if they see it on the floor , none of the entire area is ever vacuumed. I find pet kibble and food on the floors. Nothing is cleaned after the previous guest, microwave, fridge. Laundry is always a mess. Washing machines never cleaned or sanitized. Not sure the ice machine is ever cleaned. I like most of the staff, but nothing is ever addressed properly. The price is right through an app, and I can have my pet, but i clean up after my pet, no one else does. House keeping use shortcuts for everything. and the maintenance guy is a hack.

Stayed here for a night with my family as we were looking for a night away from home at a place with a pool. The room was small but appeared to be clean until my 2 year old discovered a pair of mens underwear (NOT my husbands) in the bathroom. I informed the front desk, not trying to make a big deal out of it, but more for their information. She made a note of it but didn’t even offer an apology. The pool area is very nice and was the main reason why we booked. We were looking forward relaxing in there after dinner but much to our surprise, it turned into a sort of a night club at night. It was actually a pretty cool concept - DJ, bubble machine, fog, and 100% kid friendly, just not what we were expecting during COVID. Apparently it’s also open to the public at a cover change so it was pretty busy! Breakfast in the morning was ok - cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee. I guess it’s usually better but with COVID they have to limit the options. Overall, not sure if we’d stay again, but it wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed.

We love coming here! Everything is comfortable and nice large bathrooms! Conveniently located to restaurants and airport!

The room was large and quiet.

We went to Manchester to celebrate my Granddaughters birthday. We did some shopping, swimming and Chuck E Cheese of course. Hotel was perfectly located to all those things. Yet quiet at night. Restaurants are not quiet as close as website indicates however. Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good and hot.

Fast and easy services. Very efficient shuttle to the airport. I booked this hotel last minute and the staff were very helpful. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything I needed. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when I’m back in town. Nice bar too!

Myself, my wife and our two friends came to NH for my wife’s 40th birthday. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Upon arriving we were greeted by Gabriella and Michelle. Both were absolutely amazing and made the check in process easy and quick. I met Pilr from housekeeping the next day after needing a hair dryer and toothbrush. She was very accommodating and helpful and had the items quickly sent to our room. During breakfast we had Margaret as our waitress. She was very attentive and helpful. We were looking for places to go and she rattled off a list of places and gave us so many good ideas. We really appreciated her help. She was amazing! Overall our stay was incredible. Thank you to the entire staff for maintaining a great experience during still difficult times.

The motel is fairly clean, surrounded by 7 11, on the side of the road, still a bit noisy at night, suitable for self-driving friends, around 10 minutes drive to a large shopping mall, COSTCO.

Very nice ocean side hotel with bar/ restaurant on site. Kevin, our bartender, was awesome. He made us comfortable from the moment we sat down. The rooms were clean and even the ”side view” was unobstructed ocean view. We will return when we head back to New England.

This is a quint place, with a unique feel. Do not expect all shiney new. But it is clean, happy with a local feel, and the beds are amazing. Our room was small but nice. The only decorating complaint would be the patchy wall paper. But I know that the school had to house kids there during Covid, so I get it. The bar/restuarnt looks nice, though we were out to our friends at night and did not try it, maybe next time. Nice patio area. We liked the local but euorpean feel, and will be back!

Booked two nights here based on the reviews and the rate. We felt the rate was very good considering the area. The property is close to the highway, but not too close to create noise. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Every staff person we encountered was pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was a full breakfast, which many of the Choice properties are not offering lately. At first it was because of covid, now it feels like it’s to cut costs. The breakfast area was immaculate. I really can’t say enough good things about this property.

Pros: Beautiful new(ish) hotel with a beautiful pool area. There was a DJ by the pool who played a decent variety of music. The bar cart is available for drinks and food orders. The attendants/bartenders were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The shops were very nice (mostly known storefronts). I found some great deals at the J. Crew outlet! Both the cafe and Italian restaurant were very good. Cons: We had to battle to get lounge chairs at the pool. There seemed to be chairs with used towels for hours, without an appearance from those who left them there. Perhaps staff should be collecting them, assuming the chairs are unattended. When we checked in, I was asked if we wanted cookies. I thought how nice! The cookies never came. Then we wanted to shower, there were only 2 towels for the 3 of us. We were told there were no more, and that they didn't know when we would be able to get them. One of us ended up running down to the pool and grabbed some there. My Elite Platinum status was not recognized, although when I told the front desk about the perks, she did hand me 2-$10 vouchers towards breakfast. I was not offered an upgrade. Being a hotel and food snob, I must say this is definitely one of the better hotels I've been to. I can forgive the mishaps. Perhaps they are still working out the kinks. If not for the blunders, I would have given them a 5 star rating.

We have stayed here before and this time we stayed 7 nights. The bed was super comfortable, the place was clean, there was plenty of food at the complimentary breakfast, and it's convenient to everywhere we needed to be. The main thing is that the General Manager, Lisa Reeser, provided excellent service. She was particularly helpful on several occasions and was friendly throughout our stay.

We were passing through this part of NH. I would not make this hotel a destination, because there are no redeeming features. In other words, I would not care to stay there for a full week. But for our purposes, the hotel worked well for our one night stay. After a long drive, we didn’t want to get into the car again for dinner. Because of its convenient location, we were able to have a nice walk to a local restaurant. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and when I requested an iron, it was brought up in no time, with a smile. Many thanks!

This is where parents go to drink and play on their phones while not watching their kids in the pool. It’s truly a dumpster fire. There is no staff there to ensure the safety of kids. Want to hear non-stop screaming? This is the place. This is not a place for a romantic stay, quiet, or peace. Highly do not recommend for couples! It’s non-stop slamming doors, noise, and chaos. The hotel restaurant was also closed, which really stinks as there are not enough breakfast places in town. We love North Conway, but this place is a zoo.

With the terrible late-season snow storm, our condo had no heat and electric for 4 days. We stayed at the North Conway Mountain Inn for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had heat that worked, a bed, and a shower -- we were happy! The good: - The views are stunning. - Bed was comfortable with the added perk: Waking up to that view right from the bed! - Private balconies overlooking the mountains were great (but too cold to use in April) - Staff was welcoming and helpful. For this alone, I moved the rating from a 3 to 4 star. - Room was clean and all things were in working order (TV, lights, heat, etc) Areas of improvement: - The facility itself is a tad dated with thin walls/ceiling. I was woken up several times during the night by thumping above us and I am usually a sound sleeper. - Updates to the decor and bedding would definitely perk things up. - No breakfast.

I very rarely write reviews, but I felt this was important. I read the reviews for this motel AFTER my husband had already booked the room. I was not happy…..I was quite nervous, but the room was booked, there we no available hotel rooms under $250.00 for one night and we were 2 hours away from home, so we didn’t really have a choice. We got to the hotel very late that night. There was nobody there to check us in, but our room keys and instructions were waiting for us at the door. Awesome! We get to our room, open the door and to our surprise the room was beautiful! All updated and new! The colors in the room were grey, white and brown and had red accents which made for a pretty cool pop of color! Our 2 double beds were so comfy! The sheets and comforter were so soft that we didn’t want to get out of bed the next morning! Pros-the bathroom is gorgeous, modern and brand spankin’ new! There is a dispenser filled with shampoo and body wash hanging in the shower. There is also a permanent nightlight in the bathroom. I liked that. The beds are very comfy and so is the bedding. There is a little coffee pot, fridge, a big screen tv, small round table and a chair in the room. The air conditioning/heating unit is brand new. We set the temperature to our liking with no issues. Cons- These are not necessarily bad things, but if you are used to regular hotel rooms with amenities, then you might want to read this to prepare. There is no tub, so you can’t give your baby a bath. There is no closet, no ironing board, no hooks and no hangers anywhere in the room. If you’re going to a wedding and planning on staying at this hotel just know that you can’t hang your dress or suit anywhere. There is however a bureau and shelving for your stuff. We had to fold our winter jackets and put them on the shelves. I didn’t like that. When it rains or snows and your jackets are wet you’ll have to lay them on the bed or chair, I suppose. There is no microwave. There is no hair dryer. There is a sliding pocket door to the bathroom, but no handle to open the door from the inside. Would I stay at this hotel again? OH ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend it to people looking for a hotel to stay at?? OH ABSOLUTELY! If I was the owner/s of this hotel I would look into installing hooks of some kind for guests to hang jackets etc., because there is no closet. I’d also install a handle to get out of the bathroom. That being said, they are doing a wonderful job renovating the rooms. It’s a work in progress. Things take time, but all of their hard work will pay off in the end. I am definitely looking forward to another visit at the Yankee Clipper!

The Inn at Thorn Hill is truly a special place nearly surrounded by one of the USA’s magnificent national forests. We came for the fall foliage and left a week later feeling connected to the inn, staff, and village of Jackson. The Inn is all about serenity and comfort. The staff is courteous and considerate and genuinely seem to enjoy caring for their guests for a brief period before sending them home with an appreciation of New Hampshire’s hearty spirit and natural beauty. We hope to return to the Inn at Thorn Hill during the summertime and again in the Fall to see Diana’s Baths and to sightsee along the Kancamagus Highway.

The Inn itself is lovely. It's located in a part of New Hampshire that is very quaint and picturesque. Nestled in between a ski mountain and cross country ski center, the Inn has small, comfortable rooms that look up towards the ski lifts. The rooms are modestly furnished but clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant is staffed by friendly employees who take the time to ask about your day and interests. For the money I paid to stay at this location, I'd recommend it for any couple on a journey to the White Mountains and aiming to keep within a budget as well.
