"The duvet was so thin it got really cold at night. But the main issue was the noise – it was incredibly loud from 10 PM to 3 AM, just deafening music, making it impossible to sleep. "This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the gambling******. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent."

"The hotel is quite nice, very luxurious, and the location is excellent. The room is spacious enough, and the view from the window is top-notch. However, there's no complimentary bottled water, and everything comes with an extra charge, making it particularly expensive. Overall, the hotel is acceptable. "The hotel is located on a main avenue and features its own flamingo park, which is a unique touch. There are many rooms, and you can self-check-in. Despite the lively location, the room rates are quite affordable, placing it in the category of a mid-tier hotel. Consequently, don't expect grand shows, though there is a small 'X' show. "To everyone booking through Trip.com, when you arrive at the hotel, don't use the self-service check-in kiosks. It's a waste of time because you'll still have to pay the remaining balance. It's quicker to just queue up at the front desk for check-in. The guy who checked us in at the front desk had really cool braids, and he was super nice! His voice was surprisingly gentle, a stark contrast to his appearance – I could barely hear him, haha. He was very soft-spoken. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to the Flamingo Hotel (the side entrance near the Linq leads directly to a zoo with real flamingos). Between the Linq and Flamingo hotels, there's a pedestrian street with tons of food options, including sushi and In-N-Out Burger, plus a Ferris wheel. Across the street from the hotel is Caesar's Palace, and I think their shopping area is the most beautiful in Vegas. A less than ten-minute walk further gets you to the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas. If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel, you'll reach The Venetian and a decent-sized supermarket. It truly feels like a prime location on the Strip, surrounded by food, drinks, and entertainment everywhere you look. The hotel has a casino, dining options, and a supermarket inside, and the rooms are clean and spacious."

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis is the hotel I choose every time I go to Las Vegas. Although it is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and Fantasy Tower is relatively new. I will stay there again.

LLohMKThru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning.
It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel?
It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in.
The next letter to us was weird!!?
It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies.
So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat.
These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line.
Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge.
As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed.

GGuest UserI booked a room with a view of the Sphere, located on the 28th floor of the North Tower. The room was spacious and very clean.
From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you get an up-close view of the Sphere, which is even more stunning at night. You can also step out of the hotel and stroll along the Vegas Strip.
There's no coffee maker in the room, but if you need coffee, you can find it at the coffee shops or restaurants on the first or second floors. There's also a Starbucks in the concourse area of the lobby on the first floor.
The first and second floors boast many restaurants. For instance, Noodle Asia on the first floor is a 25-year-old Cantonese Chinese restaurant, serving both breakfast and regular meals. The food is incredibly authentic, and the staff all speak Chinese.
The indoor shopping arcade on the second floor is typically Venetian in style, featuring numerous brand-name stores and restaurants. The ceiling is designed to mimic an outdoor sky with blue skies and white clouds, and there are gondolas traversing the winding canals and small bridges, with gondoliers occasionally breaking into Italian opera.
The hotel also hosts shows, and you can book tickets in advance.

GGuest UserI was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around.
There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage.
Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey casino was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking.
We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell.
Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping.
Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms.
We didn’t watch any television but there is one.
Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars.
The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there.
They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it.
What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time).
There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.

CCHENAnd its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.

It seems rare for guests to get it right on the first try. Also, we requested for daily housekeeping, but no one ever came.

Environment: Located at the northern end of the Strip, it's very quiet, unlike the bustling Bellagio or Caesars Palace. The monorail station is right downstairs, and I didn't see any homeless people around.
