Guest UserI and my husband had to stay there for some business. The room was clean and fully equipped. What I loved the most was the heated pool—it was amazing. The price was impressive. I will definitely go back again.

I always use this place for exhibitions; it's very convenient, close to the venue, and the facilities are quite good. The hygiene is acceptable, but I don't think the bathtub is really necessary.

I am torn with this one so I'll list both the pros and the cons, starting with the bad parts to get that out of the way:
1) The pool was closed due to a part missing, and we only found out at check-in. I work in property management, so I know how hard it can be to keep a property fully operational 365 days per year. I still have a hard time understanding how a resort can find itself with a missing pool part in the middle of the season! And not give a heads up to guests before they arrive!
2) For that inconvenience, all we were offered were two (2) $10 vouchers to the spa... which was already closed for the day and was not going to reopen for 4 days! What kind of hotel calls itself a resort if the spa is closed 3 days per week?! And even if that's how you normally operate, wouldn't you think to change the schedule when the pool breaks down in the middle of the summer and you decide that spa vouchers are the way to compensate guests for the inconvenience??
For the good parts:
1) Parking was free.
2) Drinks were cheap at the casino.
3) Room was clean (we had a bad view but not much can be done about that I guess).
Two (2) final comments I'll call ”neutral”: 1) the mattress was a bit too firm and the pillows too thin for me. But I'm not counting that as a bad thing since that's more of a personal preference.
2) I'm not a huge gambler but I thought the sportsbook was small. I understand it's not meant to be Vegas but again, if you're going to advertise yourself as a casino resort, I just expected bigger. This part wasn't an inconvenience on my trip but I might as well mention it.

I was able to check in smoothly. The surroundings are very good. The interior of the room is simple and urbanized. It was a very nice hotel.

Anonymous UserThe hotel doesn’t have much to offer except a place to sleep but the location you’re surrounded by a subway at McDonald’s, a Cracker Barrel, a Taco Bell and like five or six gas stations so even if you did want snacks they’re well within reach interstate access right next to it and the service sometimes it’s great sometimes less than to be desired but all in all it’s a good deal for

Guest UserThis hotel is very strange, I booked twice, the bill price, the actual deduction and the same as Ctrip sent to me, two days ago the deduction is inconsistent, Ctrip attitude is not bad for me to handle, now this bill is not The same, the scheduled time is 127.33 US dollars, check out the bill is 139.23 US dollars (this is added state tax, I can understand), but my bank card actual deduction is 174.23 US dollars, the difference is too big. The last day of 2018 actually made me worry about this matter. This should be given a bad review.

e05867020A hotel like home-like conditions, with breakfast, the simpler kind. Opposite the hotel is a home-style restaurant, meals are OK, and the rules are quite good. A few minutes drive from the famous University of Notre Dame, the scenery is good, the architecture is unique, the white middle and upper class children learn the medical law of the Holy Land, the campus atmosphere is slightly different from other American universities, the South Bend city itself.

This is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot.
Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart.
Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor.
My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

The overall environment and service are good. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to South Bend University Stadium, which is very convenient. There are also many places to eat nearby, with different tastes to choose from. There is a traditional American bar, where you can order beer and experience different lifestyles and culture.
