"The room was clean and spacious. Its location is convenient, very close to Horseshoe Bend.
However, the soundproofing is really poor. On the night I stayed, I'm not sure where, but a party was going on, and I could clearly hear people singing and loud noises. It went on until past 1 AM, which severely affected my rest.
There's a free breakfast, but the variety isn't much: bread, waffles, eggs (but they were cold 😅), standard milk and coffee, yogurt, etc. I recommend toasting the waffles before eating them; they taste much better that way.
The main issue is the bad soundproofing; everything else was pretty good."

"I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon. Before checking into hotels later in Page and Kingman, I was a bit critical of this lodge. However, after experiencing the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Page at Lake Powell and the Hampton Inn & Suites Kingman, I truly appreciated how good this lodge was. If you're interested, you can check out my reviews for those two hotels.
While Red Feather Lodge isn't huge, its facilities and amenities are very comprehensive. I recommend booking a room in the main hotel building, as the motel section seems to lack elevators. Ice machines, water dispensers, a laundry room, and coffee by the entrance are all readily available. Cynthia at the front desk was exceptionally good – her service was warm and she answered every question. My only complaints are the noise from the air conditioning and the housekeeping. They didn't greet us, which felt quite impolite in the US where people usually say 'hi,' especially to guests. What's more, they took clothing I had thrown in the trash, pulled it out of the bin, and placed it on my desk! What kind of operation is that? When I returned to the hotel and saw yesterday's discarded clothes on my desk, I was confused and felt offended!"

"The room was spacious. Although the facilities weren't brand new, it was clean and hygienic. It was already a bit chilly when we visited in early November, but the heating worked wonderfully. It's very well-suited for families who want to cook, as there's a full set of kitchen utensils available. The space is very generous, and the towels were soft and clean, meeting Hilton's brand standards. If I ever come back to Sedona, I'd choose to stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed at Kohls Ranch in March. It is quaint with historical photos throughout the Ranch. It is not a Doubletree or Hyatt. If you stay here, you stay here for the beauty and simplicity. You stay here to appreciate the kind and friendly personnel and the history of the Ranch. The room was clean with a full kitchen. Wifi was a bit spotty, but good enough. Staying at Kohls Ranch is fantastic, if you want to get away and enjoy the beauty of the area. Hiking area across the road. We will be make additional reservations here soon."

"Great location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didn’t buy it."

"Second time coming here. It was during winter this time. It was much noisier and hard to rest. The aircon was way too noisy all night, but we needed it. Quite a bit of inconvenience as we needed a good night of rest before continuing a long day of driving. Moreover, we could hear the guests from next door. They spoke very loudly at 5 AM. Breakfast was ok, not much variety but not too bad either. All in all, at this price point we would stay again for a night or two."

The environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.

Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the ******s. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

Great stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!

MAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again.
Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away.
Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable.
Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead.
Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that.
Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge.
Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item.
Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

The staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much

My tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund
