"The hotel's cleanliness is excellent. I was hoping for an upgrade at check-in, as I had booked two rooms for a three-day stay, but I wasn't even asked and was given a corner room. That was disappointing. The room itself was very clean and nice. However, there were no toothbrushes available, which isn't ideal for a 5-star hotel to have guests scrambling for a toothbrush. The pool and spa facilities are great, and breakfast is good. Overall, it's a nice hotel."

"Located for us very successfully: 2 km from the airport walked easily, the area is beautiful, through the university. To the bus station from where we left further, too, the same. To the center far away, we walked 40 minutes. At the same time, a good area in terms of institutions, through two houses supermarket A101, a lot of kebab.
The apartment type number, there is a teapot, a refrigerator, a sink, but there are no dishes at all. Cleaning too, though they lived 4 days. Check the refrigerator, we have the cleaner turned it off, it was freezing and when he came to the room, found a huge pot, had to call the same cleaner all this wash.
Good room cabinets. On the first day, tea, coffee, then no more, but the same tea, coffee and water can be taken for breakfast.
Breakfast with 8, good: sausage, potatoes, cooked eggs, cut cucumbers, tomatoes, sausages, cheese, there is a fragrance. Olives, oil, butter, varena. On a week if you really need to eat in advance, we came to 7.50 and the food already has. On Sunday the cook was not, the cleaner covered, unfortunately, she was wearing food to 8.30, had to wait.

"Great place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey.
The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while.
Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage.

"Stayed at this hotel with my family, we had one room for four people. Overall, it was good, especially the location. It's convenient for both going into the city and getting directly onto the road to Rize. They have their own parking, although it was full, but there are places nearby (houses) where you can park your car. The only downside is that there's carpet everywhere, and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. In general, it felt a bit untidy, and the bathroom also. But despite that, the hotel is decent, and I'd recommend it!"

I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul

MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

TTalushaThe hotel is very conveniently located: opposite the bus station, where we arrived in the evening from Erzurum, so all we had to do was cross the street. When we passed by this hotel at the beginning of our trip, we saw heavy traffic and were worried about the noise in the rooms, but they put us on the 4th floor, and it was quiet there, and I sleep with earplugs. On departure day, we walked about 40 minutes to the airport.
The city center is about 40 minutes' walk away, uphill in some places. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away.
The room is spacious and brand new, and we were very pleased with it. There's a kettle with tea and coffee, and water. The room wasn't cleaned for three days, but I think they would have cleaned it if they had asked. Breakfast starts at 7:30, and here's where the hotel's downside became apparent: since the hotel is opposite the bus station, where many buses from Batumi arrive, Georgian groups of people are present at breakfast. They behave very noisily, even shouting and singing, and it's extremely disruptive. However, they've disappeared on weekdays; apparently, if they do come, it's on weekends.
On our last day, we arrived for breakfast on time, but found no food or staff. We were about to leave when a kitchen worker, who had overslept, came running, apologizing and promising that everything would be right away. Thankfully, we had time to wait for her.
The reception was very friendly.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, there was blatant exploitation of our need for accommodation. We were denied access to the unit we booked under the pretext that we had two adult sons, and therefore had to switch to a two-bedroom apartment that wasn't beachfront. We were forced to pay an additional $450, bringing the total for a 9-night stay to $2100. This was an exorbitant amount, indicative of clear exploitation. To this day, the hotel management refuses to provide us with an invoice for the amounts paid, and we don't know why. We hope you will consider our review and investigate what happened, otherwise, we will regrettably be forced to escalate this matter to the General Authority for Tourism in the Kingdom for clarification, especially since you acted as the intermediary and agent for booking the accommodation. You are responsible for your customer's satisfaction.

I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.

The apartment has all the equipment from washing machines and microwave refrigerator and potassium, and also daily cooking and hygiene tools.
And also, the treatment is high-end and quick to respond.

LLazankaI had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months.
Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person.
The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather.
Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!
