Impressed with the service in every position. Got to recharge myself with both food and spa. Thai massage was very good. There were many activities to do such as water biking, paddle boarding, and soaking in the onsen.
Various healthy food. It seems like a small amount but very filling.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The premises were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although they couldn't provide us with connecting rooms, they kindly upgraded us to a two-bedded room at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated.
Special thanks to Sararat, Tio, Jam, and Tai for making my trip so enjoyable. Your excellent service truly stood out.
The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

A perfect beautiful hotel to stay, once you reach hotel lobby, staff welcome with great smile, hotel luagage were perfectly sent to room, while waitting we will be served with welcome drink. Breakfast buffet good. I m happy as i love pat thong go. Drinks selection is less. If the hotel served thai milk tea, it will be more grateful.

The hotel is good. A little old, but the facilities are ok, the view is good, the food is delicious. The only disadvantage. The bed in the room was quite dusty. Dust in the mattress, blankets, and pillows made my throat very irritated when I slept because of the dust.

Pillows soooooo flat if need extra MUST PAY FOR IT 100-THB EACH !!!! It's a part of HOTEL POLICIES.
As many said the breakfast is so delicious and superb, that's a kinda big propaganda 👎👎👎👎👎.
300-THB security deposit is for key card which been given only 1 card.
This place looks like more a serviced apartment.
Overall was ok.

Extremely comfortable bed and easy access to attractions via ferry to the town centre. The ferry stops at 7pm, however there are a few restaurants a street market and a convenience store within 5 mins walking of the hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and a clean room make this a perfect hotel for a few days visit to Ayutthana.

Love the room and hotel! We didn’t expect a lot for the breakfast but the food was great (we had blue crab omelette, moo ping and their congee).
The rooms were well maintained and beddings were comfortable. Would definitely recommend to visit!

NNanaInChinaMost important thing is the customer service! They are so lovely and helpful. I arrived early in the morning and they let me keep my stuff on a table and use the restrooms/terrace. Same when I had a late train when I left, they even told me to keep the towel in case I wanted to shower during the day.
The hotel is very nice, like an old school wooden house. It's sooo close to the station and to the boat service to cross the river. They also have a beautiful kitty.
Just let them know if you have a problem with steep stairs so they can give you a room on the first floor because going upstairs can be a little slippery and steep. Also let them know in advance (the day before) if you need to get your laundry done.
I got a room with a fan and shared bathroom and it was always clean and also not too hot in the room.
Bring a blindfold if you can't sleep easily with light because the curtains don't cover much the light, but hey! You're in a beautiful place, waking up early is okay 🤣😁 I would totally recommend this hotel and will go back if I pass through Ayutthaya again. Oh, and don't miss out on their sunset boat tour!

AAnonymous UserTo put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.

PpurplepolarbearHotel is close to the train station (10min by tuktuk) and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The Tolasap Night Market is only ten minutes' walk away. It's a great place to start your visit to Ayutthaya's temples. The hotel offers lots of activities and there's a breakfast for 120B. Rooms are clean and there's hot water with good water pressure. Lovely garden with swings!

GGuest UserStaying at Baan Canalee was a fantastic choice. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite arriving later than expected, they were willing to provide recommendations for dinner and even helped us call a tuk-tuk. The house itself was spacious and clean, and having a smart TV with access to YouTube was definitely a plus. Additionally, the common area by the riverside was a lovely place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.
If I have the chance to visit Ayutthaya again, I would definitely choose to stay at Baan Canalee once more. Overall, it provided a comfortable and welcoming environment with excellent customer service and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable.

GGuest UserThough the front desk is staffed with young people bored with doing nothing and annoyed by customer’s inquiries, I just ignored all the unpleasantness and got more than satisfactory results: on hair dryer in the bathroom not working, I got a portable one in a bag for replacement, and on WiFi not working, got a technician brought in a in-room modem/router. Even better still, cleaning staff jumped at requests after I tipped them for no apparent reason: they brought front desk staff to my room with a form for laundry — a service which was not made apparent to guests. As a result, I extended my stay : )

PPongsakorn PhFor anyone who comes to Ayutthaya and wants accommodation at a very low price. This is another place suitable to choose from. Plus, next to the river, the food is delicious, the providers are friendly, take good care and the accommodation is also close to the tourist spots in the city, easy to go back and forth.

AallanWhat an amazing stay, I think the rating speaks for itself.
The people here are so warm and welcoming, they really try to connect with you, they will give you advices on your trip, and they always leave some food for you no matter the hour of the day.
Ayutthaya isn’t a big city so even if this hostel seems a bit far in reality it is very close from the center, you can reach it in 10 mins by walking or rent a bike at the hostel for 50bath/day and you’ll reach the best spots in 5 mins.
Everything is clean, conviennent and spacious.
It’s a 5/5 on every points, thank you again for your kindness, I hope to see you soon ! 😁

GGuest UserI like accommodations near the water. But if you look at the view from the top, you'll see a lot of the roof below. You have to come down to see the water view at the bottom. It's better. In the room, the WIFI signal didn't arrive, but the hotel said they were going to move the box. The next one should be better. Everything is good in the room. The big bed was comfortable.
