The island is really expensive! And this price is on the first floor. There is a public toilet and bathroom that also needs to be stitched. It is indeed a bit inconvenient, but most of the island seems to be like this. If you mind, you can look for it again.
The location is close to Shamanyan, a minute walk, convenient to watch the sunset, but there may be not many street lights when you come back at night.
There is a public refrigerator. Under the window of our room is the place where cattle eat grass. It is good to see a little view of the pointed roof in the village.

The room was relatively clean, but small. It was easy to find by taxi, and there's a delicious Russian restaurant next door (Figure 2). It's close to attractions and the city center, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's best to ask for a ground-floor room when checking in, as there will be a lot of pedestrian traffic.
The hotel can provide proof of residency.

Good day!
This is a beautiful hotel, starting with a resepchen and a breakfast finish. Not to mention the room is only 16 sq m, it turned out to be quite free, with a good big bed and a bathroom.
Everything is clean. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. The hotel level is pulled to 5 stars. It is necessary to stop here again if necessary!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with both buses and marshrutkas stopping right in front. There's no need to call a taxi; you can simply take the #80 bus to the airport. After shopping at the Central Market, I found it very helpful to catch the #425 marshrutka, which also stops directly outside the hotel. From Kirov Square, near the hotel, you can even take a tram that goes all the way to the 130 Kvartal area.
Kirov Square also features a charming log cabin that serves as a tourist information center.
Right next door to the hotel, to the north, there's a 24-hour supermarket, which was perfect for picking up souvenirs.

I stayed in an executive room, initially for two days and then extended for another five, for a total of seven days.
Overall, the stay was good.
I'll focus on the downsides for the five days; I'll share the positives for the two days later.
1. The front desk staff's English was very poor.
2. The food was also terrible. Luckily, I didn't book a room with breakfast included; buying breakfast separately for 1250 RUB is a huge rip-off, even for someone used to Western food. Turn left after exiting the hotel, then turn left again, and walk 200 meters. There's a More Coffee there; the coffee and baked goods are excellent, making it more suitable for breakfast, provided you're used to Western-style breakfasts.

Guest UserThe location is excellent, with a direct shuttle from the airport. The environment is clean, with a kitchen and hot water.
The only problem is there's no front desk staff; it's all self-service, which might be difficult for those who don't speak Russian.
Yesterday afternoon, I arrived but couldn't get in. The phone number left at the door didn't work, and no one answered the doorbell. It was freezing cold, and I asked two strangers, but neither of them understood English. A third person finally helped me call the hotel and explain that I needed a password to open the door. Even connecting to the Wi-Fi was extremely difficult; I couldn't understand a word of Russian.
Later that evening, a front desk staff member came to register my information. He spoke English and finally got the Wi-Fi working. After that, he left. When I checked out at 10 am the next day, no one was there.

Guest UserI really loved this hotel! Aside from being a bit pricey and the room being a bit small, everything else was fantastic. It was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. The bathroom had a bathtub, though we just used the shower. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse – that was the biggest surprise! They even had a Chinese menu, and a few staff members could speak Chinese, though not many. They offered a wide variety of teas with teapots, and in addition to sugar packets, they had sugar cubes. Even the boiled eggs came with egg holders! We also had dinner here, and it was perfectly to our taste.

We stayed in a room with two single beds, and the room and bathroom were very small! Our friends all booked rooms with two single beds, but their rooms and bathrooms were larger than ours – it seems to depend on luck when rooms are assigned! Looking at the hotel's room assignment map, rooms 1 and 2 are the larger rooms. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, but there was a hot and cold water dispenser at the front desk and on each floor. The dispensers always had cold water, but the one on my floor didn't have hot water! Regarding the hotel's free Wi-Fi, the first method is to rely on the front desk staff to help you connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, but this only works on the front desk floor! The second method also relies on the front desk staff, but you need a local Russian mobile phone number to receive the hotel Wi-Fi authentication SMS, which allows you to use the hotel Wi-Fi in your room! There's no elevator, and we stayed on the third and fourth floors, making it difficult to move our luggage! There was an electric kettle in the room, a wall-mounted radiator, and another electric heater that you could plug in yourself. The bathroom didn't have heating or a heated towel rack, but the hot water and water pressure were sufficient. Breakfast is a buffet and quite good, with hot water, coffee, and tea also provided. The hotel is located near the Central Market, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day; they are helpful and can assist with booking taxis via an app. Even if there is a language barrier, they can use the app for translation.

Facilities: Public restrooms, prices similar to those in the city center. Bicycles are available for 300 baht per hour, or 1000 baht for unlimited use.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, with a pleasant fragrance upon entering.
Environment: The interior is nice, but the exterior is all dirt roads. The location is rather remote, far from the main road and restaurants.
Service: The owner, Mike, provides excellent service. He and his family prepare the meals, and English is fluent.
