"The location is excellent, about a ten-minute walk to the old town, passing a large supermarket along the way. Yet, the price is half that of hotels in the old town, making it incredibly good value. The hotel is very new and clean, and the surrounding area is quiet. There's also a bus stop right outside. The only minor downsides were a slight drain smell in the room, and the air conditioning (or perhaps a ventilation fan?) couldn't be completely turned off. The vent blew a gentle breeze directly onto the bed, so I ended up sleeping with my head at the foot of the bed. The room comes with a full set of kitchenware and cutlery, though I didn't use them during my two-day stay. Oh, and for some reason, there were no bedside tables, but that wasn't a big issue. Hand soap and shower gel were provided, but remember to bring your own other disposable toiletries."

"The location is super convenient, close to the train station and a cat café (score!), with bus stops and great little shops nearby. It's also easy to get to the historic center. The design really impressed me – I'm not even a Star Wars fan, but this is genuinely cool and stylish. The view from the window was pleasant (see photo). The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed. The key code system was excellent. What I didn't like: The street seemed small, but it was surprisingly noisy. You could hear cars very clearly even with the window closed (sad face emoji). It's an old Polish building with no elevator, and the stairs are incredibly steep; the 2nd floor felt like a 3rd or 4th in other places. Hauling a heavy suitcase up there was a nightmare. The wonderful design, unfortunately, showed its age; everything was quite worn, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and it felt stuffy overall. The latches in the showers were barely holding on, and in one, the water drained very slowly. What was truly disappointing was that it wasn't clear what kind of bed you were getting when booking. The idea of beds with curtains, like a private pod, is great, but in my room, for example, only two out of four beds had this, while the other two were behind a single curtain, meaning you effectively shared with a roommate. When booking, you choose a room and bed number, but I didn't know that 5/1 and 5/2 were a shared configuration, whereas 5/3 and 5/4 were separate. It was manageable, but I ended up with a guy right next to me the whole time (smiley face emoji). However, this setup would be perfect for two friends."

"Super super good location, direct in the most important street of old town, 1 min by foot to the Neptune’s fountain, other sightseeing places we can also go to there by foot. Very clean and super big room. Very friendly stuff. Just one thing, there is no swimming pool, no sauna. Spa includes only massage."

"Unfortunately, our experience at Radisson Suites Gdańsk was disappointing. The staff felt quite unfriendly and even rude at times. Any request or small issue we asked for was met with zero willingness to help or find a solution. It honestly felt like there was no sense of hospitality at all, which was surprising for Poland, where people are usually much warmer. The hotel itself is very standard, nothing special for a Radisson property. Since our room didn’t have a water view either, there was really nothing memorable or enjoyable about the stay. Overall, not a place I would choose again"

"The conditions of my stay were good. Everything was as described. Towels and bed linen were changed every other day. Check-in might be difficult for those with limited computer experience (there was no reception staff when we arrived). Telephone communication is also problematic, as the staff only speaks English. I don't speak it and couldn't report the problem. This occurred when I arrived home and discovered my keys were missing, as I'd left them in a drawer in room 145 at Noli Riverside Gdańsk on Siechnicka Street. I called +48 798 886 854 several times, and the answering machine kept saying English. Are we in Poland? Luckily, my wife had the keys, and we got into the apartment, but the next day I had to change the locks. The inability to contact the hotel increased my trip by 350 PLN due to the purchase of locks."

"The room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it."

"Das Hotel Grano in der Altstadt von Danzig präsentiert sich als solides und verlässliches 4-Sterne-Haus – genau das, was man sich von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Inmitten der charmanten Altstadt gelegen, sind Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hotels erfüllt alle gängigen Standards: Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt – komfortable Betten, Klimaanlage, WLAN, ein funktionales Bad sowie ein kleiner Schreibtisch. Das Interieur ist geschmackvoll, ohne übermäßig luxuriös zu wirken. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Vom Empfang bis zum Service im Frühstücksbereich wurden wir stets zuvorkommend und professionell behandelt. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch kleinere Anliegen wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Ein Pluspunkt ist der hoteleigene Pool, der nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen eine angenehme Möglichkeit zur Entspannung bietet. Auch ein kleiner Wellnessbereich ist vorhanden, wobei dieser eher zweckmäßig als besonders beeindruckend ist."

"Very close to WWII museum. Walkable distance from main tourist sites. While services were good, the facilities and environment were not impressive. A good and clean hotel to stay overnight."

"This is my second time staying here. It's a good hotel with attentive staff, and it's clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all the plumbing works. The location is super convenient, close to the Old Town, Biedronka, milk bars, and Forum Shopping Center. It's a 20-minute walk from the train station. It's the perfect option for a few days' stay to explore and get around."

"The hotel's location in the Old Town is fantastic, right next to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, making it super convenient for exploring the Old Town. On the flip side, it's a bit of a distance from the train station, which could be tough if you're lugging suitcases, especially in heavy snow. The breakfast selection was decent and quite tasty. We were given a connecting room, and I specifically mentioned my concern about potential noise. Luckily, our neighbors were quiet, and we didn't hear a peep at night. The room itself was quite spacious, but I felt the chaise lounge took up valuable space. It would have been perfect if it were replaced with a small round table and two chairs. There's a kettle in the room, but no complimentary water. I couldn't find a water dispenser on the second floor, and the one in the gym wasn't working. Other than that, everything else was great!"
