"The capsule hotel is well-located and, generally, the facilities are adequate. The capsules are spacious, well-lit, and the environment is usually quiet, plus there are generous common areas.
Something they should mention is that the dormitory is on the second floor with no elevator, which is important for those with mobility issues. The staff, however, were always friendly.
The worst part of my experience was not having hot water throughout my entire stay, which prevented me from fully enjoying the accommodation. It's a shame because it could have been a much better experience."

"Beautiful hotel with great views. The gym is large and new. The only downside is that the rooms feel a bit dated, and the amenities can't compare to newer five-star hotels. For example, the showers still use curtains, which doesn't quite feel five-star. However, the service is excellent and very friendly, and they speak English."

Conveniently located at the city center inside Varso Place (Tower) with easy access to Warsawa Centralna Train Center & public transport i.e tram, buses and metro. There is a huge shopping center within 5 mins distance from the hotel. Old Town is 15mins away by bus from the hotel.
Hotel room 1419 is spacious and I especially like the design of the bathroom. Everything is nicely and appropriately provided in the room, also loving the toiletries they have provided (scent of Rosemary & Ginger) with detachable hair dryer! ✨
Front desk staffs are welcoming & you may opt to pay additional 150zloty for early check-in (which I didn't as I used them to explore the old town 😬). The rooftop bar however is closed when I was there, so another option is pay for Warsaw Highline to see 360 deg Warsaw city."

"I booked the hotel, cause I had previously stayed in it overnight to go to the airport. Was given two single beds and fell off one whilst sleeping. So i specifically booked for a king size bed on this trip, only to arrive and be told they had single beds made into a double bed. I ended up settling for the room that smelt better and bed seemed more sturdy, Intial floor I was on smelled like sewage, same with the room. Previously stayed in the other golden tulip, so I kept comparing experiences. Breakfast was just there, hot meals options were limited in some days and others you had to order off a small list of options. Because of language barrier, I engaged mostly on need led basis, but still all the times I walked passed the reception I Just kept getting akwards stares from the receptionist, no hello, just long awkward stares, I get that from random people on the street, but I didn’t expect that in a place where I am paying to stay. The only good encounters were from the housekeepers."

It is an excellent spot for further travel thanks to its convenient location, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the center of Warsaw, on entry routes from southern Poland. Hotel offers 116 rooms, including Suite and superior rooms, 6 training rooms with access to daylight, Fitness room, car park and underground garage. The excellent cuisine in the hotel restaurant completes the picture.
"The front desk service was excellent, and they offered complimentary fruit. There's a Vietnamese restaurant about 50 meters away, and an Asian snack street just 100 meters from the hotel. Plus, there's an Audi supermarket nearby, which is great for shopping. It's a really convenient and good place; I'll definitely stay here again next time I need to catch a flight."

"They offer free transfers which is great - a little off to navigate and perhaps they need to update this on their website or message they send. Essentially you call the number, it then texts a driver and you go to where you are meant to wait. Unfortunately many people are waiting and for me, not every driver was able to explain to me what I had to do, the first driver and second driver read out names it seemed and then took them, the secon driver could see my confusion and then actually had a space so took me but he advised that I just would wait for the next van each time. Would be good to have a little more clarity. Everything was smooth after that - transfers both way, breakfast was a nice touch, rooms pretty clean and functional. They give you ear plugs for the planes overhead and that was great as I slept very well. Later checkout meant I could go straight to the airport for my flight after this. 24/7 small bar if you’d like a drink before bed."

Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to Warsaw Central Station, which offers direct train connections throughout Poland and Europe, as well as direct trains to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Right across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping super easy. Plus, the Palace of Culture and Science is just a block away. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, a great experience.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, room very nice. Cleaning service brilliant and around all day if you’re in the room in the afternoon they’ll come back. Only thing they’re missing is bits like shower caps / travel toothbrushes in the room and small items like cotton buds or cotton pads like is available in most other hotels. Better if they had these items in the room rather than having to ask. Very attentive, nice hotel, wouldn’t facilitate early check in though unfortunately until 30 mins before 2pm, so beware if coming on an early flight

PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

Only quirk was I went to get a carafe of water from near the elevator, and the blind would raise when I took out the key card. As it was near bedtime I wanted the blind to stay down, not sure if this was only for my room, or all rooms in general. Laundromat is nearby, see attached map.

AAkrasoThe location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, especially if you are taking a coach. Please note that check-in is located at the next hotel, just a 1-minute walk away. The staff are nice and helpful, and the place is very quiet. The only small downside (not the hotel’s fault) is that the roads around the area are very bumpy due to construction. Overall a lovely place to stay!
