I always enjoy staying at this hotel, primarily for its unbeatable location near the port—perfect for travelers seeking convenience. The breakfast buffet is consistently satisfying, offering a great variety to start the day. While my overall experience was positive, I did notice that bottled water was not provided in the room during this stay, which was a slight inconvenience. That said, the hotel’s strengths (like its prime location and dining options) still make it a top choice for me. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing easy access to the port, and I’m confident the team would address minor oversights like the water if mentioned. A reliable pick for both business and leisure!

I always stay in Zuri whenever I visited Iloilo. The staffs are friendly, respectful and very accommodating. The price is reasonable. The breakfast buffet is superb as it is delicious and lots of choices. Maybe a Netflix channel in a room will be a perfect addition.

This accommodation did its purpose, that is, for me to stay closer to the airport. I had a very early flight and decided to be near the airport instead of travelling from the city center because I do not know the traffic situation in Iloilo. The bed was good and comfy, the room was cool because of efficient a/c, linens though need some improvement. Water pressure too was a little weak but it too did its purpose. Toilet needs a little cleaning since mildew build up in the corners of the sink is a little obvious. The staff did its duty of waking me up on my requested time so as to catch my early morning flight.

Wonderful place, perfect to relax and calm down. Friendly stuff and quick responding and flexible management. If you look for a private beach cottages with reasonable prices also for in-house food and drinks - this is your place. The sea is not Beverly accessible on low tide but the pool is perfect. We closed the simple cottage, small but beautiful with the view to the sea. You can walk to the next beach with some restaurants and guests houses and also can paddle along the coast line. For others you have to cross the mountain

Kk.itoThis is my third time to Boracay. 2 nights from January 9th to 11th, 2024, Superior DX room, 1st floor poolside Good point: Right in front of White Beach. D Mall (restaurants, souvenir shops) is also nearby. There is also a pool bar where smoking is allowed, so it is convenient for smokers to stay in a poolside room on the 1st floor. The beach was crowded, but the pool was empty and comfortable. The room had two double beds, but it was comfortable enough. Cons: I requested a shuttle service via Trip.com, but the person in charge kept telling me that they couldn't get in touch with the hotel, and as the time was getting close, I requested a shuttle service directly from the hotel website. I sent an email but got no reply. In the end, we arrived at the airport without being able to confirm a hotel transfer from Caticlan Airport. As expected, there was no pick-up. Since this is not my first time, I will be provided with a pick-up service at the airport. Arrive at the hotel you were looking for. In the end, there was no contact from Trip.com's representatives (about 3 people) and they were left alone. When I called Trip.com at the airport, they said they would call the hotel right away, but they sent me an email saying they couldn't connect to the hotel. I couldn't wait, so I looked for a shuttle service at the airport myself. Well, it's a common problem overseas, so I took care of it myself, but the airport transfer service fee was added to the bill when checking out of the hotel. I was astonished at what had happened. Of course, I didn't negotiate and pay. I requested the return transportation service from the hotel front desk the day before check-out, and it was comfortable and no problem. 650 pesos per adult. Transfer services can be booked online, and transportation to the port and airport, boat tickets, etc. can be booked online. When considering purchasing, we recommend the shuttle service. The shower room and drainage in the room are poor and overflows. The only towels I received were bath towels.I asked for additional towels, but there was no additional charge. Meals are average for breakfast and dinner. There is no safety box in the room, and the door lock does not close properly. I was unable to communicate with the hotel via email, and considering the price and location other than the shuttle service, even a methodical Japanese person could barely pass the exam. 3.5 stars I cannot recommend it to those who want a neat hotel. Boracay's beaches are really beautiful, more beautiful than Cebu, Hawaii, and Guam, yet Japanese travel companies offer tours. It's strange that it's not assembled.

GGuest UserI chose the hotel based on location and I was not mistaken. This part of the island is much cleaner, well-maintained and beautiful. I liked the hotel more than I expected. At first I stayed for 2 nights to decide in the process whether I would stay for the remaining 10 days. After two nights I stayed in this hotel. I would like to note the good work of all the hotel staff. Very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The only thing that needs to be improved is the lost and found service. I forgot my headphones in the restaurant, came back the next day, and none of the staff in the entire hotel knew that the waitress girl found them and put them in a box under the cash register. Even the lost and found service did not know about it. I found the headphones only through the Locator program on my phone.

MMarvinCrisBelmont Hotel Review Belmont Hotel stands out with its excellent amenities, making it a comfortable choice for travelers. The rooms are well-appointed, the gym and pool are modern and clean, and the staff provide friendly and efficient service. One small area for improvement, however, is the availability of water dispensers. Some parts of the hotel lack this convenience, which, while minor, could enhance the overall guest experience by making hydration more accessible. Overall, Belmont Hotel provides a great stay, and addressing these small details could make the experience even better for guests.

GGuest UserOur stay at Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the excellent service and warm hospitality made us feel welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. One of the best parts of our stay was how much our kids enjoyed the experience. The resort offers a family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of activities, making it a great choice for those traveling with children. It was definitely worth the money, as we created wonderful memories together. The food at Saffron Café was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was satisfying and well-prepared. Overall, Crimson Boracay exceeded our expectations with its stunning location, top-notch service, and relaxing ambiance. We highly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Boracay!

CCupOfJoeThis is my 2nd night stay and I loved it! I experienced one of the best services in the hospitality industry in Movenpick. As a solo traveler, I feel very at home here. I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me. Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made. Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been ”made with love” as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes. The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort. The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey. I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze. The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate. All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

KKrista McInnisMy husband and I stayed at The Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa for 6 nights. We understood the hotel to be in the midst of a soft opening and expected some services to not be up and running which was fine by us as Station 2 has every amenity needed. Below are the pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The staff: They are the main strength of the hotel. Everybody we encountered seemed to be a part of a working team and were so helpful and thoughtful. The room: It was spacious and comfortable. Little treats were left on the table each evening. Water was replenished as frequently as you would like. There was a lot of storage space, and details like flip flops and umbrellas were in the room. A retractable clothesline in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging daily beachwear. Location: If you like to be in the middle of it all, this is the place for you. Everything you could think of needing was a few seconds away. Breakfast food: This was by far, the best breakfast buffet I’ve had! For 6 days there were no repeats! Egg station, soup station, and carving stations in addition to regular breakfast foods and so much more. Someone serving water, tea, and coffee would help alleviate the long waits for the drinks. Cons: The noise level outside: This hotel has music playing all day at the pool/pool restaurant/check-in waiting area. Sometimes it is coming from the pool speakers, sometimes from a DJ, sometimes from a performer, but it is constant and loud and at times two different songs playing at the same time. Along with the music, there are also drums being played each time a new van load of guests arrive. It is important to note that the layout of the hotel with rooms surrounding the pool creates a kind of echo, so music, drums, whistles, and voices are amplified. There is no sanctuary in the hotel. Boracay, in general, is loud, so I was hoping to come home from the bars or restaurants or beach to read a book or relax by the pool but this was not possible. Looking around, it seemed loud at other hotels too, so maybe it’s just me that was hoping for a relaxing space and I should not have been in Station 2. I did not realize that it was loud INSIDE the hotels and resorts in Station 2. The noise level inside: Our room was near the stairs and elevator area that carried noise and echo. When the service began early in the morning, trolleys and voices offer an early wake-up call. The layout: The hotel is 5 or 6 stories high surrounding the pool. Many rooms look from the balcony over the pool and directly into the other rooms. It seems they tried to squish as many rooms as they could onto the land and did not make room for a pool deck. There are about 20 chairs only for the entire resort. If you book a ground floor, direct pool access room, know that people will be swimming on your outside space, so don’t forget to close your curtains! Beach: There are 20 chairs only for Mandarin Bay guests but they hand out beach mats for people who did not score a chair. Unfortunately, between the months of January and May Boracay has its Lumot season and there was an abundance of green algae. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who love the resort style of stays, but know in advance that it is not a calm, quiet spot.

Excellent
马丽We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.

AAlicePFairways is a well established resort and run well. For the affordable price, you can only imagine that it is very busy and that there are a lot of people. Pros: The room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The resort has a few different restaurants to choose from and lots of different amenities such as a gym, swimming pools, pickle ball etc. The reception and all staff is very friendly! Cons: Upon checking in, we waited an hour to get checked in and after a long day of travel that can be disappointing. The lady at reception was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room but overall the check in process should be smoother for such a big resort. There was also a lot of noise on the floor that we stayed at so if you want a relaxing stay without loud people, maybe consider a different place or choose more expensive room to be further from other people. Another “bad” point is that the resort is very big and although they have shuttle busses to take you around in the resort, most of the time you have to wait for them and they can be crowded. Overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the amenities!

马丽The hotel where we stayed with our family exceeded all expectations! We were accommodated in spacious and comfortable rooms, which were perfect for a family vacation. The service was outstanding — the staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any requests. The hotel’s facilities were excellent: a pool with a children’s area, a playground, and various activities for kids, which allowed us to relax knowing our children were safe and entertained. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, offering a great selection of dishes for both adults and kids. The hotel’s location was also ideal: close to the beach and main attractions, making our stay even more convenient. We were able to fully unwind and enjoy our time without worrying about small details. We will definitely return here again!
