"The front desk staff's attitude changed at lightning speed, like something out of a textbook. They were quick to change their tune because we didn't book through their recommended travel agency. They completely flipped on us. When we initially asked to change rooms, the front desk moved us to two different incredibly noisy environments, completely disregarding our needs and giving us the worst rooms possible.
The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear roosters crowing on the street at 3 AM, and at 5 AM, you can hear a neighbor's alarm that won't turn off. Even before we changed rooms, we could hear everyone walking by in the hallway and their loud music. After we switched rooms once, it was still incredibly noisy. If you enjoy lively places and don't need rest, then this is definitely the hotel for you.
However, the resort itself is beautiful and quite large, with a lovely lawn and garden, as well as a beautiful big swimming pool. The hotel's flora and fauna are also very rich. The restaurant, in particular, deserves praise; there's a beautiful waitress whose attitude is very friendly and gentle. I felt she provided the best service, with a truly genuine smile. The food in the restaurant was good, and the rooms were relatively clean."

"We enjoyed our stay in Unwnd. It is just a few meters from the white island station. You can even see the island at while sitting the sundeck.
We also did not have any problem finding places to eat. There is a bbq near the are selling grilled fresh tuna at very affordable price. There is another resto where there is a live singer. But, you could also eat at Unwnd, their resto Mamser serves good food and has a very nice beach ambiance. i like the fish decor and the logo saying ”the art of being chill”. The place is really a good spot to chill. We did swim at the pool, though small, water was warm and refreshing at the same time. We also enjoyed watching the sunset by the breakwaters.
We had our room on the second floor with a balcony. The room is clean and comfy. I love the art works displayed all over the place. The foosball and the chess set is an plus. The staff were accommodating and friendly.
The only thing I wish that they have is a beach I can walk on."

Guest UserVery clean rooms; filling breakfast; very thoughful message during breakfast. I only had a problem with parking space; they can house 6 cars but if you park last, you may be called to move in order for others to move their car. Otherwise, I recommend 10/10!

Staying at Kokomo made our trip to Camiguin so much better! Irene the owner and her partner David are wonderful hosts. They made our stay smooth by assisting with scooter hiring, booking tours, giving tips about what to do in the island and much much more.
The room size is very good, shower is hot, aircon was working perfectly (the room was cool after 5 minutes) and the bed mattress is very comfortable! We also had hangers outside to dry our dive gear and wet clothes.
The pool area and gardens are very beautiful and well maintained, the staff were always tidying up the place and cleaning.
The dive shop at the resort is super good with clean and new looking equipment. The dive guides we had were super attentive and friendly, we had a lot of fun! The reef in front of the hotel is very good for snorkeling.
The resort has a very peaceful vibe, Irene and David made us feel like we were home! We stayed for seven nights and at the end I didn’t want to leave haha
I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

Anonymous UserHotel is old. It has bed bugs as well. Aircon is too cold and there is no option to lower the temp since the control is not woking. Hubby and i got sick due to molds. I ask if we could change room but since it is fully book daw. They cannot do about it. Location and price is superb. However, it is really regret on my end.

You can access the hotel by local taxi, but it takes a little time.
Each room is independent, so privacy is guaranteed.
The pool attached to the room offers a beautiful night view, and the atmosphere is great, combined with the lava decorations unique to volcanic islands.
The toilets and showers can be used normally, and there is hot water.
The service of the staff was impeccable, and they were always polite when called.
(You could order drinks even outside restaurant hours)
A recommended hotel.

HulyaMariaThe condotel itself is nice, and the location is very convenient. It’s in a busy area with lots of food options and establishments nearby, so there’s no shortage of places to eat.
However, there are a few downsides. The hotel is right beside the highway, so it can be really noisy, especially at night. We woke up several times because of the loud motorcycles passing by. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider.
For the breakfast, I had read in a prior booking review that they only provide breakfast from Jollibee, which is why we didn’t get a breakfast inclusion when we booked. I also asked the reception directly during our stay if they offer breakfast, and they confirmed that they do not have their own breakfast service and that breakfast is sourced from Jollibee.
The housekeeping staff was also not very friendly. Whenever we asked for something, they seemed annoyed, and they didn’t really smile or show much warmth when interacting with guests. This was one area where we felt the service could definitely be improved.
On the other hand, the reception staff and manager were accommodating. They were willing to help whenever we asked for suggestions, especially regarding transportation and places to visit.
Overall, the condotel itself and the location are good, but the road noise and our experience with some of the housekeeping staff affected our stay. With better soundproofing and more welcoming housekeeping service, the overall experience could be much better.

The hotel itself as a lot of potential. Right on the beach, with a nice terrace and in a quiet location not far from a few restaurants. However, it is very old and would need a full renovation. The rooms are spacious but the amenities are old. The headboard of our bed was full of termites and we could hear them behind us while we were sleeping. Therefore, the whole room was also full of flying termites. It was overall not that clean either. We stayed there for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room, not even the bathroom’s bin. On the last day, the bathroom started smelling like mold. The smell was very strong and we couldn’t do anything to change that. Also, on our last day, we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to go take our 4:30am ferry, the reception having organized a pick-up for us. However, we were woken up by the reception at 2:15am saying our pick-up was already here. The pick-up told us when we were telling him that we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to take the ferry at 4:30 that this ferry didn’t exist and we had to leave now, which we ended up doing. At the pier, when we saw that the 4:30am ferry actually existed, we texted the guy from the pick-up and this time he said that the hotel’s reception had told him to come pick us up at 2:15am. Anyways, I don’t know where was the problem and misunderstanding, but it was not the best way to start our day… To sum up, very mixed feelings about this hotel.
