Food options are very limited. Di pa masarap yung buffet nila for lunch and dinner. The rooms are seemingly old, we got 3 king rooms, the other one had issue sa lock, other one naman didn't have bidet walang provided na bucket and dipper until we requested. Internet only worked day 1. Rest of the days we stayed (3 days 2 nights) wala na. We paid for 3 adults each room yet when we requested for replenishments ng toiletries and bottled water, they insisted na 2 lang kasama per room and may additional na fee if we request another 1 set. There's also a bed on the window side alloted if more than 2 pax will stay in the room, but it didnt even have any pillows or blanket. Need mo pa irequest. The cottages lack bulb installations so during the night agawan sa cottage na may ilaw. What's so hard to put a 3 watts bulb to make use of all the cottages. There was also 1 time we were at the bar for some drinks (this was around 9:45-10pm) I had to use the restroom and as I was heading in side the ladiew room, this lady hotel staff told she's already cleaned the ladies room hence I can just use the men's room anyway there's no one there and its not cleaned yet. I didnt want to argue so i called my husband instead to watch the door for me as i use the men's room. Not a very good customer service. Overall stay was manageable but definitely noy superb.

The room is good for short trips or business trips. They provided the basic things you need although I had to request for face towels and a foot towel as this was not found in the room initially. Providing a pitcher for water and having water dispensers in every floor is a more practical way of offering drinking water instead of pet bottles. They had housekeeping clean the room on a daily basis. The coffee shop found on the ground floor was not that big but we managed to get a seat when we had a quick breakfast before checking out. The people were all friendly and very accommodating. Though the hotel is behind the FORA mall, it was a bit heartbreaking that the mall did not have much stores (restos and retail) to offer but has a drug store, convenient store and grocery which is what is important.

Tagaytay has always been a popular destination for a quick getaway, offering breathtaking views of Taal Volcano and a refreshing escape from the city heat. Recently, I had the opportunity to experience a staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo, and I'm happy to share my thoughts. The Accommodation: I stayed at the Wind Residences, a towering high-rise condo with a cozy and classy lobby. The staff and security guards were polite, and the elevators worked smoothly. The unit itself was basic but comfortable, with a wooden wall separating the living room from the bedroom. It had a TV, Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa set, a refrigerator, chairs and tables, and a double-decker bed. While the air conditioning wasn't centralized, the natural cool air of Tagaytay was sufficient. The bathroom had a hot and cold shower. Amenities and Facilities: The Wind Residences has a fantastic clubhouse with three swimming pools, two outdoor and one indoor. While there's a fee of ₱150 per person for using the pool, it's worth it for the experience. The clubhouse also has a gym, function rooms, billiard tables, darts, basketball, badminton and lawn tennis courts, and a kiddie playground. The jogging path is huge, and there's a vacant lot in the middle where guests can fly drones. There are also a few shops on the first floor of the buildings, including Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Ace Hardware, BDO, and a 7/11. What I Loved: - The scenic garden and open field - The clubhouse and other amenities - The location - The security Areas for Improvement: - The parking is expensive. - The Wi-Fi is limited. - The sky deck is unfinished. - The restrooms are unfinished. - A heated pool or small jacuzzi would be a great addition. Overall: My staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo was hassle-free and enjoyable. The host was responsive, and the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and affordable staycation in Tagaytay.

This is a fantastic hotel. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean room. The location is good along the highway. Pool is clean and breakfast buffet is so tasty. Will be coming back as price is so affordable.

Our go-to place whenever we want to have a quick escape. The breakfast buffet is very giving! There are many selections of foods. Friendly staff, fun game room, 3 pools, and a little play area for kids. I haven't tried the gym and other areas. Will surely go back!

We had an amazing time at Timberland Highlands Resort! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and every moment was memorable. The s'mores night and movie under the stars were such delightful experiences, creating warm and cozy memories. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to relax. We had a great stay here in lake hotel tagaytay. It's also our first time to travel around tagaytay. And they also grant my anniversary complimentary for my parents. One thing that I dissapointed is that our room is not spacious and there's no view at all. I was just shocked during the check-in that the room i booked is standard but i know by myself i booked a superior room. I also pick a double size bed and request to set up an extra bed if not possible for 5 pax . But there's no set up. Thanks for Ms. Camille for helping us to check in and check out however she is not friendly 😁 I can't feel that we're welcome because when she speaks she makes her face poker that's all . And Good service for Niño if I'm not mistaken for his name.he helped us during checkin and checkout and he is also doing mabuhay greetings every time he sees you around and he also offer to take us a picture 😍 good job niño for your good in service you deserve this good review lastly The view is great however it lacks cleanliness for the swimming pool area and the restaurant is boring. Would be returned again if by chance ❤️thank you!!

The breakfast is not so nice and they do not replenish the breakfast at the extension area after 9am considering that the breakfast is up until 10:30 am and they have placed a lot of guest in the extension area due to full capacity of the restaurant where the buffet should be. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the size of the room. The hotel was right beside Sky ranch and has a lot of places to eat nearby. The room, Deluxe Twin, can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.

My family and I enjoyed all of the hotel's attractions, including the 360-photo booth, Fun Foam in the pool, and, most importantly, the food. Every member of staff is kind and accommodating.

Estancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

The location was lovely. There was a nearby Korean store and also a burger shop which is walking distance. A lil bit further and you are able to visit fruit stalls or other food options as well. I was lucky to have been given a free upgrade with a better view which I am very thankful for! Also note, should you bring more than 2 pax, you will need to pay extra at the desk. I believe it was 500pesos per person. It was still a good deal. Parking is available however limited as you are parking into a sort of housing parking spot. Nevertheless, enjoyed the stay here with my family and def would be back again should I visit the city.

The room is big and staffs are very accomodating and friendly.only downside was the water pressure but all good. Definitely recommended for church wedding/venue. As the church is less than a minute shuttle ride. I love the view and food.will definitely be back

Good customer service however for a 5 star hotel, it needs to improve facilities. The room has very dim light. I thought that's just the design but the lighting to the other room I also booked is different! The room is quite old too.

The place was incredible! The food was amazing, and there were so many fun things to do. Just a heads up, there aren’t any private bathrooms, but the one they have is huge and clean.

Amazing food, great staff! Great hideaway from the hustle and bustle of metro manila! All staff were very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed their vegan breakfast spread and using their pools. Having the spa package is a must try! so nice to wake up and just have a nice walk around too. Will definitely come back for more R&R in the future. :))

The room is clean, there are disposable supplies, the room has a bit of a damp smell, but the rest is okay. Breakfast has few choices, but is filling. The best thing is that there is a free shuttle service from nearby parks. If you need to go to any nearby company, a car will be there at any time. There are supermarkets and outlet stores just a few minutes away, making shopping convenient.

Convenient to get to my working place, the hotel breakfast is delicious.

My third time in aquaria but first time staying overnight and it did not disappoint. Casobe just keeps on improving everytime we go back and its services never fail. We loved the cocoons, its good for stayinf overnight you wont really need a big room coz your out to play in aquaria and beach, but they made the cocoons so cozy and complete with towels, kettle , toiletries and coffee. Level up glamping i guess 😅 the shower and toilet is a common access but we didnt have any hassle at all it was clean! We'll definitely come back!

I was in CaSoBe with my family in February 2024. It has been a great holiday! The sea view from our cabin, the beach sunsets and the big swimming pools were a hit. The personnel of the resort were really friendly and always ready to answer our needs and questions. In particular, I would like to mention Mr. Alexis, who accompanied us in some trips around the area. He has been so kind and friendly with us and our kids and showed us all the best spots to visit, allowing us to experience the real Filipino life and tastes. A special thanks also to Marcus, from the resort management, who contributed to make our holiday memorable. We highly recommend Calatagan South Beach resort for any visitor who likes to find a clean, friendly and relaxing environment for his holiday. We hope to be able to go back sometime! Chiara

Decent hotel. No lift. Have climb using the stairs. No water provided in room. Theres water dispenser on every floor. Found few roaches in bathroom and desk. Other than these, bed is ok. Location is grear,however, if you are driving, you may face difficulty. For this price, you cant argue much. This place is a lot better than some other town's hotel.
