"Recommend if you are looking for a short trip, location is convenient, can go many places for food hunting. Best part is free complimentary tickets for Lost world Hot Spring and Night Park. We enjoyed ourselves with the petting zoo, hot springs and fire shows. The animals inside are very cute… Room is clean and staffs are friendly there. Feel warm as insect repellent lotion is provided. 👍"

"Location is great as near to town. Only inconvenience is when you need to go to town, you need to drive further down to make a U-turn. The floor inside the unit is dusty. I really don't feel comfortable walking on it. Should put up notes in the unit that housekeeping is not available for those staying 2 nights or more unless we make special request. So that we can ask for drinking water or toilet rolls on our way back to the unit.
The swimming pool, guard should enforce stricter rules that only swimming suits are allowed in the pool. T-shirts (even for parents) should not be allowed at all in the pool."

"On the day I checked in, I left my things in the room and I went shopping. I did leave a Do Not Disturb sign on my door. When I came back, the minute I put down my shopping, someone tried to open my door. Looked through my peep hole and saw a middle aged woman. The key obviously did not work. She left after a while but came back with a bell boy who rang in my doorbell. I opened the door and bellboy apologised and asked if I was staying here. I said I have checked in at 3pm. Bellboy pointed at two luggages and said he sent them to the wrong room? Wait what? Whose are these? The woman said they were hers. Bell boy said he delivered them to the wrong room.
Next, front desk called me and asked for my name. Not to apologise but ask for my identity. She confirmed that there’s been a mistake in assigning rooms. I asked her what do I need to do. She said nothing. No apologies. I asked her why the bellboy entered my room even though the Do Not Disturb sign was there. No answer.
My advise to those who choose to stay here - double lock your doors and keep your valuables with you. They did not respect my DND sign and entered my room."

"The hotel is located in the old town. Ipoh parade is just opposite the hotel. To old town, just walking distance, it is very convinient for all tourists n business traveller as well as family. "We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable.
From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip.
All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable.
We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding.
A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!).
The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night
It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special.
Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.
Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future."

"We booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious! Having that extra room to move around is a lifesaver when traveling with children. Another major highlight for us was the indoor swimming pool. My daughter absolutely loved it! It’s a great setup because you don't have to worry about the midday sun or sudden rain ruining pool time.
Before booking, I searched everywhere online but could barely find any information or photos regarding the breakfast. The only review I managed to track down mentioned that the selection was ”limited.”
Now that I've stayed here, I wanted to share these photos so future guests know exactly what to expect. Yes, the selection is on the smaller side, but the quality is great. Even with fewer options, every single food item provided happened to be a personal favorite of mine! So while it might not be a massive buffet spread, it definitely hit the spot for us."

"The reception service was 10/10! Very responsive on WhatsApp. Also, it’s my first time receiving glasses as a souvenir from hotels 😆 love it. The area is very calming, ideal for a quick getaway. I loved the pool—had a great evening swim, the length and depth was just right for a non-professional swimmer like myself 😬 only downside of the location is that there’s no restaurant within walking distance (which I understand) and unfortunately because of how deep you have to go, my “Abang Grab” was terrified because he thought he had to go inside a jungle 😭 im guessing it’s because the location is relatively new and the housing area nearby is still under construction. I recommend the management to have the area leading to the entrance be cleared a bit because it can get confusing. Other than that, great view & service, the room was 10/10 worth the price n very spacious."

The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual.
My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries.
Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved.
In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day.
I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!"

We stayed at this hotel in Pangkor, and overall, our experience was positive.
- 📍 **Location:** It's super close to the beach and the main street with cafes and shops – you really couldn't ask for a better spot.
- 🏠 **Accommodation Style:** The hotel is made up of small bungalows, each with its own entrance. Most have a little terrace with a table. It's all very simple, but clean and pleasant.
- 🛏️ **Amenities:** The bedding was clean, there was always hot water, and the air conditioners were powerful. The towels, however, are quite worn out and could use replacing.
- 🏊 **Pool:** There is a pool, but it looked a bit gloomy, so we didn't use it.
- 👥 **Staff:** The owners are polite and friendly. No deposit is required. There's a front desk, but it's not open 24/7, which is something to keep in mind if you're checking in late.

AAnnieztThis hotel is right in the heart of the old town, with the Ipoh Old Town Central Green directly below. We even stumbled upon an U21 football league on Sunday. There's also an Indian Muslim mosque just a few hundred meters away, and Concubine Lane is very conveniently located. The only downside was that the hotel's bath towels didn't seem particularly clean – they were a bit dingy. I used one after my shower and developed a ring of red rashes on my neck, so I immediately stopped using them. Luckily, I had brought my own disposable towels.

Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The swimming pools, beach, and family-friendly facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of delicious food. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable getaway!

IilkashongThe location very good. You can walk to many famous restaurants in Ipoh old town. All not more than ten minute, very convenient.
House is very big and bed is comfortable. But the smell from the sewer is very strong and extremely unpleasant. It helped when you close the toilet’s door.
Not much soundproof,you can hear other guests walking and chatting at the corridor. It can be quite noisy in the morning and night when people passing by.
The design of the car park is a nightmare. It’s octagon shaped - really challenging when you drive the car up to level 7 in one go.
The management team quite approachable. They will collect RM300 for damage deposit through credit card. And will return in 1-2 days after your check out. ( I haven’t checked if I received the return).

GGuest UserThe moment I opened the door, there was a terrible smell of sweat, which was unacceptable. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they could have the cleaning staff check it, and if the smell really couldn't be fixed, I could switch rooms. However, I couldn't wait, so I went and bought two bottles of air freshener to solve the problem. Thankfully, after spraying almost a whole bottle, the issue was finally resolved, so I didn't change rooms.
The room and bathroom are really small. For two people, it felt quite cramped. The water pressure from the sink faucet was very low, which was a bit inconvenient. Luckily, the shower head had good water pressure, allowing for a pleasant shower 🤣. The hairdryer needs improvement; it overheated in less than 5 minutes and needed to rest before I could continue using it 😭. There were no chairs, which was a bit of a hassle.
However, they do provide a safe, an iron, and an ironing board for pressing clothes. The air conditioning was slow to cool down, but it eventually got cold; it just needed time to 'warm up' (meaning, to start working effectively). Also, there were quite a few mirrors in the room: one on each side of the bed, a large one above, and a half-length mirror right by the entrance, so you can check yourself out wherever you go 😁.
