Overall of this hotel is nice and quiet big.compare to other hotel. I love their bed so comfortable. I love their breakfast too. Free parking space. Love their service too. The only bad thing is that in the gym room some of the equipment is broken and cannot be used. But there is a commercial gym below there and you need to pay.

Parking are convenient with just a few step to Hotel main entrance. Great welcoming from front desk. Thanks to Christin Loh for time showing us the wonderful art on the lobby area. Few picture taken by us and family especially at one of the art with Harimau design wall. Enter the room with neat bed made up and clean environment. Warm and cozy design with black wall but brighten by light in the room. Entire one night stay was not enough will definitely came again for the next visit to Ipoh. Thanks Christin and Team.

We booked 2 rooms. Initially were very happy being given connected rooms. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms were disappointing. In our king bed bathroom, the bidet spray was leaking, basin drainage was slow, water seeps from the glass shower whenever we took showers. For the double single beds bathroom, the stopper for the bathtub was loose & water just couldn’t fill up. The bathroom blind was spoilt & cannot open. We feedback to the staff & request items to be fixed while we were out during the day, but nothing was done. As for the breakfast buffet, generally most of the food were very salty & inconsistent standard for the same type of food each day. Worst experience of all, we were charged the tourism taxes again upon checkout when we already prepaid all charges online!

The room that i booked its quite spaces and really comfortable. The view of the room is also nice. The hotel location is at the centre of Ipoh, where you can walk to Concubine Lane and also to the Padang Ipoh. The interior design of hotel reception and cafe at level 12 is also beautiful.

This is not my first time here..Room is big and clean but the amenities is not complete, have to ask for tooth brush & face towel.. Staff is friendly except the bellboy especially the tall white man, he didnt offer to help guest with luggage and kind of arrogant.. As for room service this hotel is still in covid era i suppose.. the food came in container and i order cantonese noodles it came in a small plastic container like u ordered from grab i just laugh and figure how to eat the noodles with the gravy..

On the positive side, the location is great, and the hotel provides four EV charging bays, which is a fantastic convenience for electric vehicle users. This feature alone is a big plus. However, I found the room situation less satisfying. I booked a Deluxe King Plus room, but it seemed no different in size or amenities from the regular Deluxe King room, which was a bit disappointing. The room had a noticeable odor, and unfortunately, the bedding and towels were not up to standard. The bedsheets looked worn and yellowed, and the towels were also discolored, appearing dark and yellow. This made the overall room feel less clean and comfortable than expected. If the hotel can address the upkeep of its linens and improve the overall cleanliness, it could be a much more enjoyable stay, especially with the EV amenities in place.

We got ourselves a King Room and was greeted by a very nice view of Taiping Lake Garden and the mountainous scenery. Room was big and clean. The hotel was directly connected to a shopping mall. Some slight hiccups:  1) Somehow our room had no floor towel 2) The room door had to be slam shut before the lock can be turned to lock the room successfully Other than that, we would love to stay again!

i would say this hotel has so much potential to become a great hotel, from a mediocre hotel it is now. The location is perfect.. within the vicinity of the famous Taiping Lake Garden but towards Bukit Larut. Though it is bit out of the main road, it is still good reach by vehicles. Or if u stay without vehicle, u still can call for Grab for food. etc. I saw an archery field at the back of the hotel. And i know, nearly there is a waterfall area. In front of this property, there is another equally interesting looking accommodation called Kamal Lodge that i can clearly see from my room Room 204. My room, though a Standard Room, was adequately furnished, though the aircond was OK OK only prolly because they use 1hp aircond, for a relatively big room. The towel though clean, was already old and time to change it. Breakfast was additional RM25 though i didnt take it, but i saw the restaurant was big and welcoming. The lobby i thnk, can be further improved. Prolly, u guys can provide bicycle renting service etc to the guest. Maybe they have, i didnt asked. I just wish the lobby and the lift have more soft touch to make the guest more..welcomed? But the lobby staffs were courteous and friendly and accommodating as i need to borrow their phone charger for a while. some newer hotel stayed already have the USB plug in the room though. anyway, i still want to recommend this place for families..as their pool look interesting for kids..though the water looked bit murky. and the big room of course. But ya i want to come back in the future to check on their progress!

They allocate a place on the floor for us to keep the shoes due to raining season. The room was very clean,big suitable for couples. Here I placed a room picture which attached 1 big cupboard. They provide us iron board,locker,LCD was 2 Sofa, electric kettle and mini fridge. Our breakfast also provided at ground floor cafe,a good meal to enjoy..We had enjoyed the stay at Symphony Suite Hotel. The staff very friendly, and helpful Will repeat again to this hotel Really satisfied 💐 Good job to the team

We decided to stop in Ipoh to rest and explore the city since I had never taken my kids there before. After a bit of searching, I came across Regalodge, which offered a very reasonable price for a room with a bathtub. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ipoh, close to many popular points of interest like Concubine Lane and more. The room was comfortable, and it included breakfast, which was surprisingly good. We also decided to try food from their restaurant, The Limestone, and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, and the prices were unbeatable—where else can you get a tasty nasi goreng for under RM10? One of the standout features of the hotel is the free parking with a security guard present, ensuring peace of mind. They also have a charging station for electric vehicles, which is a great bonus. While the hotel isn't exactly luxurious, given the affordable price, it definitely exceeded expectations. What impressed me most, though, was the room itself. I've stayed at numerous hotels, but this was the first time I encountered a treadmill in the room! It was a nice touch for those who want to stay active while traveling. Overall, Regalodge provided great value for money, and I would definitely return if I need a place to stay in Ipoh again. Highly recommended!

Our 2nd time here after 13 years! Now come back with our kid. We arrived at 2pm and managed to get early check in. The check in and check out process was smooth. Room was comfortable and clean. Will definitely come back again.

My experience about this hotel is that i will never forget the efficient service from all the staff starting from our check-in day.. The room is not so clean and needs to be improved. The thing that can be improved is the TV (upgrade ) and the corridor there needs to be vacuumed for cleaness. The breakfast area was soo good and there was lots of food variety.. We loved it and enjoyed the environment decoration with a classic Malay concept in the 1950~ .. And the last things before i forget to share please try the masala tea in the breakfast area this is for tea lovers..trust me!!! Superbbbbb!!! 👍🏼Overall is good..

1st time to Ipoh and happy that I chose this hotel. It is very convenient to mall, eatery n places of interest. The check in was very smooth and fast.  Am delighted that I was able to checked into my room at around 9am instead of 3pm . Room is clean and spacious with nice view too. The only thing are the toilet door and the main door is too old very hard to close 😅 other than that everything is good😁The b’fast spread is very simple nothing to be picky abt , just nice to fill up your tummy.  Thank you for your hospitality and will sure to recommend to friends.

To all the Swiss Garden Beach Resort's Staff, We would like to thank each and everyone of you for making this family day event even more successful especially Ms.Sunitha. She is a wonderful and friendly person to be liased with. Each and every message she responded in a quickest way made me so convenient to converse with her. Regarding buffet management we are much satisfied with all the preparations made table arrangements as per requested, fresh seafoods, all the chef and staff members in Gayam were wonderful people and had never failed to serve us with their smiling faces especially Mr Amir yusof. Room check in, We felt much appreciated with your warmth welcome approaches made by Ms Sunitha and Mr Vikneswaran. Ms Sunitha had given a chance to us to check in much earlier than your resort's fixed time. Overally we were stunned with all your staff and services. I am really sorry if i left out anyone to be thanked here. I am much grateful with you Ms Sunitha without you i personally think that this event would not be successful.

We stayed here one night with a tour group. Room and bed were clean and cosy. There is a swimming pool and reading room but we had no chance to use them. Breakfast was decent with a noodle counter. Salad was available. Porridge was not hot - it could be due to the electricity of the pot was not switched on.

The building is old; maintained a bit less than adequately. You may have to call reception to get some things fixed (lights, bath, etc.). I upgraded my room from city & sea view to pool & sea view - its worth the RM30. Amenities is great - pool is near to the beach. If you bring your kids, let them play at the beach but no swimming as it is too close to the jetty. You can always swim at the pool. Breakfast is good. Malaysian breakfast mostly and those are cooked to almost perfection. Staff and service is fantastic.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city and quite a numbers of nice restaurants around. The staff was friendly and the room is well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sitiawan.

My husband and I chose to have our honeymoon at Pangkor Laut Resort two days after our wedding, and it was the best trip of our lives so far. We had a good first impression of the resort even before we reached the resort. We had arranged in advance for land transfer from Ipoh airport to Marina Island Pangkor, and we thought to have the driver pick us up at 10am even though our flight landed at 8.30am (just in case we faced delays with our flight or at immigration) but we were surprised when he was already waiting for us when we landed at 8.30am. After a 1.5h road trip from the airport to the office, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and towel, and was then escorted to PLR on a speedboat with one other couple (which made us feel special, haha). Upon arrival at the resort, we were again welcomed with a little refreshment and had a staff attend to us immediately, helping us to plan our itinerary for the rest of the week that we were staying there. As we were still early and the rooms were not ready, we had lunch at the Feast Village and then rested in the library, which was very cosy with a good selection of books (only downside was there were so many house lizards, though I am not sure if anything could be done to prevent them from coming). Our room at the Garden Villa was wide and spacious, and we received a congratulatory drink from the resort to celebrate our wedding as well. (It was a nice gesture, but nothing could compare to the attentiveness of the different staff we met over the week, who, upon noticing the henna stains on our hands, congratulated us warmly in person). We also loved that the Garden Villa was so near to the Feast Village and Uncle Lim's Kitchen, which we kept going back to for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as the food options across the two kitchens were varied and more importantly, delicious. The service at the kitchens were also amazing - Chef Liza was so friendly and approachable that she made us feel at home, and Masum and Nadim went out of their way to make each dining experience feel special for us (such as seating us at places where we would have unobstructed views of the beach, and offering to take photos of us without us even thinking of it). Other experiences we had at the resort were going for the jungle walk, swimming at Emerald Bay and having lunch at Chapman's Bar, and yoga. However, our favourite activity on the resort was going for the spa experience. It was so refreshing and phenomenal, and truly, no other spa can beat PLR's spa. We were pampered from head to toe, and the different bath experiences set the spa apart from other spas out there. The staff were also so knowledgeable and generous with sharing what they know, that both my husband and I learnt so much about the natural ingredients used in our sessions. Definitely made the experience more meaningful and personal for us, and after a hectic wedding weekend, the spa made us feel well rested and rejuvenated. We also got a free room upgrad

My family and I went for a staycation to Teluk Batik. It’s quite near to the beach. There are a lot of parking but make sure you download “Park@Perak” apps to avoid from “kena saman” 😅. Overall the room is quite spacious but unfortunately my room got no mirror in it. Just one mirror in the toilet. The room is also convenient for my family to stay. Overall 3.5/5

The location wise is very strategic, near food place. The staff is very friendly and the accommodations is value for the price paid. Very comfortable to rest with family and the space is spacious too. The design of the room and landscape of the hotel is simple but yet elegant! A pleasant stay!

In Seri Manjung, this is one of the best value hotel. Package comes with breakfast for for for family room and breakfast for two for Executive Suite. Buffet spread is ok with lesser options if comparing tot he other higher class hotel. Hotel provides ample parking spaces. Aircond is the split version and the sizing is adequate for the room. Shower water pressure is good and the hot water is sufficient. Hotel provides with toothbrush and amenities smell good. What else? Lastly, freezer default mode is Switch Off. You need to turn on by yourself. No iron and iron board provided in the room.
