"Stayed 3D2N and booked 2 rooms. Really happy with our stay! Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and check in was smooth. Parking is available right in front (around 10 lots), which is very convenient. Location is good too about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street. Room was clean and comfortable, and definitely worth the price. Quiet at night as well. Would come back again!"

"I booked a room with a balcony, which faced an inner courtyard. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, but it wasn't as spacious as it appeared in the pictures. Everything else was fine, but the main issue was the air conditioning noise at night – it was so loud I couldn't sleep. The hotel opened in 2024, so I assume it's a renovation, but the AC was louder than a washing machine. If I turned it off, the room got hot, and if I left it on, I couldn't sleep. Plus, the rooms seem to be divided by thin partitions. The people upstairs, whether they weren't wearing slippers or were just heavy-footed, made a terrible racket. I only booked for one night and barely slept at all. However, the location is excellent; it's very convenient for taking boats and visiting attractions."

TTiya AlfredHad a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Despite having the toilet leaking on the 1st day evening, they sent 3 maintenance guys to check and rectify the problem. Loved the shower, strategic location near to many eateries, walkable attractions abt 15min, have a small pool quiet and cosy, overall good time. Definitely will come back again. Easy to check in with touch screen card access guidelines and check out. They have hair dryer, iron board, electrical kettle, tea coffee sugar, workable TV, mini fridge. Pool is at L23 open 7am-8pm, there is a vending machine to purchase swimming attire of all sizes. L3 there are ballrooms, small gym and a restaurant. The view is amazing. Thank you so much.

TtheJMsOur kids enjoyed the stay very much. Although it’s located on the outskirts of Melaka, that’s actually part of its charm. It’s a nice place to slow down, unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The resort grounds are spacious and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and family-friendly.
The resort also surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary welcome treat which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
Areas for improvement:
The main disappointment was the pool maintenance. The water could have been cleaner and there was a noticeable pee odour around the pool area. The bottom of the pool also appeared greenish and felt slightly slimey which made it yucky. Better upkeep and more frequent cleaning would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
Overall:
A good option for families looking for a quiet getaway near Melaka but the pool maintenance is something the resort should address.

AAnonymous UserMy stay at this hotel was fairly decent for a short trip. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the free outdoor parking provided for guests. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bedsheet did not seem properly changed, and there was a brownish stain in the middle of the bed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
There was also an incident during the night when the safety box suddenly started beeping unexpectedly. Thankfully, after calling the front desk, the staff responded very quickly and came to solve the problem professionally, which I appreciated.

Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the taste was below our expectations. Unfortunately, it was not really to our liking. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast options in the future.

It's also super close to San Shu Gong Red House, about a 10-minute walk. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Plus, the restaurant right next door downstairs is delicious!

For room service, i ordered nasi goreng kampung Morten. it was delicious, except for the sambal belacan which could be improved.
Cons: Room slippers are only provided for suite rooms. It would be great if they could provide slippers for all room types, as it’s uncomfortable to walk barefoot on the room carpet
