The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping maintained the room well throughout the stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Breakfast offered a reasonable variety of local and international dishes. The food quality was generally good, although there was room for improvement in terms of selection and consistency during peak hours. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were well maintained and suitable for relaxation after a busy day. Parking was also convenient for guests. Overall, Renai Hotel Kota Bharu provides good value for money with comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and a strategic location. I would consider staying here again when visiting Kota Bharu. Pros: Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, good facilities. Cons: Breakfast selection could be improved.

The front office service was truly excellent and understanding. Thank you to the uncle at the front desk who was so helpful – sorry I forgot to ask his name! The room was super comfortable for families, solo travelers, or friends. It's really great value for money 🥹🩷🩷, and very clean. Should definitely be 5 stars! Thanks for the service 🫶🏻🥹.

I recently stayed at Perdana Kota Bharu and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions in Kota Bharu. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness centre were well maintained and added value to the stay. However, I found the food quality to be average and not as good as expected for a hotel of this standard. While there was a reasonable variety of dishes available, the taste and overall dining experience could be improved. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to travellers looking for comfortable accommodation in Kota Bharu.

We stayed for just one night. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, although the room felt a bit dated. The pool is quite spacious and offers a good sense of privacy, our 6-year-old son especially enjoyed it. Wish the hotel could provide more activities like paintball & ATV ride. I would rate it 4 stars for a resort-style experience.

An amazing experience when I was in Kelantan I stayed at Renai Hotel comfortable and clean there is nothing missing starting from the spacious bed the bathroom is spacious and clean what I noticed there is also an additional fan all this time I didn't think of the details as it's how clean I rarely have time in the hotel but in this hotel I'm really comfortable my husband had time to watch funny movies full pokonya I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Kelantan confused looking for a hotel here I think the place is good the breakfast is delicious welcomed with a friendly smile of the staff there are also traditional cakes of Kelantan there even I really want to say thank you to those who takes care of the food that is different from SYABIL he provided Laksam for me and my husband once again thank you if you go to Kelantan again 😊 Terima Kasih sekali lagi untuk Adik Syabil kamu Baik bangetttttttttt

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

recommended to stay a for business trip...the room are clean, friendly parking, staff are all good...the area is also close to the city...easy to find food

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Riverview Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The location is also very convenient for getting around Kota Bharu. However, the amenities could be improved slightly, as basic items like a toothbrush were not provided. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

Everything was great and superb, except the washing machine wasn't working. Anyway, it's a good location and recommended for those who want to stay in Kota Bharu.

Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've done a lot of solo traveling around Malaysia, and out of all the places I've stayed, Hotel Andiana has been the most comfortable and satisfying. The price for one night is incredibly affordable, the staff's service is excellent, the room amenities are complete, and the room even smells lovely! 😍 The only minor downside is that dining options are a bit far.
