"The price is very reasonable for what you get. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, it's in the Medina but easy to find and close to the main road. It's within walking distance to Casa Port Station, La Sqala, Rick's Café, and Mohammed V Square, and not far from Hassan II Mosque and the Corniche.
There is no air conditioning, but I visited in winter so it was not a problem. I was provided with a simple heater, and there was hot water available.
Some rooms have balconies. The female staff member was very friendly, she even offered me the option of having a room with a better view (though it was on a higher floor) or staying on a lower level since there's no lift, only stairs. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace that guests can access to enjoy the view.
Overall, it's a good choice if you're looking for an affordable and well-located stay in Casablanca."

"My stay at Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a Accor luxury hotel.
Service was unprofessional from check-in, breakfast quality and hygiene were poor, and even simple orders took far too long.
Most seriously, personal belongings were taken from my room, and the hotel failed to conduct any proper investigation or provide follow-up despite multiple complaints.
Overall, poor management and serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel."

We did see small ants on the table near the kettle. The bathroom is convenient and clean. For the price, it's acceptable. It's a convenient 15-minute walk to the train station. The breakfasts are decent, and they have desserts, but they are a bit repetitive."

**Pros:** Delicious breakfasts, a beautiful lobby, a comfortable bed, and a sufficiently cozy and spacious room, even if it felt a little dated and dusty. The room also had an iron, kettle, and safe. There's a good supermarket, currency exchange offices, and a tram stop nearby.
**Cons:** There's a major construction site directly across the street – they're dismantling a stadium, and work starts at 7:30 AM. I asked reception to refill my shower gel, but it was never done. The dust isn't wiped down, and they sometimes forget to restock the water. The bathroom is very dark, even with the window open. There's no proper desk for working on a computer, just a nightstand next to the bed."

The room layout was a bit unique; the toilet and shower were separate, with the sink situated between the bed and the shower. The pool isn't heated, so it's not open outside of summer."

Guest UserVery close to the airport. The room had a comfortable bed, but the pillows were huge and uncomfortable. There was a kettle, tea, and instant coffee in the room. The staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in took a bit long, about 20 minutes. We went for a swim in the pool; everyone saw us heading there and just smiled, not saying anything. But once we were in the water, they told us we couldn't swim. Maybe there were chemicals? We didn't understand. We went straight back to our room to shower. The water was hot with good pressure, and the bathtub was comfortable. The view was nice. There's a shuttle every half hour. The restaurant had regular prices, and the dish was beautifully presented, though the taste was debatable.

Guest UserThis was a welcome Oasis which we booked for a night due to a sufficiently long layover to justify. This case it was around 15 hours and it would be overnight so it was decided to book this hotel in order to be a bit more comfortable and refreshed for the next day's leg. For those who are sensitive, there does appear to be evidence to suggest scented product use throughout the establishment... But it's not too overpowering such as on the Royal Air Morocco's aircraft.... Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The rooms are neat and tidy and well laid out with sufficient room to move about in. It's a surprisingly quiet area given its proximity to the airport. And it has a free shuttle which is currently running every 30 minutes on the hour. Give yourself a little bit of extra time to find where the shuttle is though as it may not be particularly apparent. The breakfast spread is very delicious and the fact that they had the famous Moroccan mint tea and bottomless cups really made my day! My only regret in staying here is that it was a bit of an excursion to go into the city to do some proper sightseeing and take in all the wonders of Casablanca.... Even if I've only seen the movie once ;) ... But this isn't on the hotel.... And hopefully I look forward to visiting again and spending a bit more time to explore this interesting region. A thoroughly endearing part of this hotel were some cats patrolling the premises.

AK.A1iThe stay at the apartment was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, being so close to the shopping areas, cafés, and everything you could need. Despite being so conveniently located, the area was quiet and peaceful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lovely, and I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again.

Robin xuanOur stay was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Old Medina and Mohammed V Square, making it easy to get around on foot. There are also plenty of transport options and shops nearby. The front desk staff includes Mandarin-speaking personnel, which made communication smooth, and currency exchange was conveniently available, making it especially friendly for Chinese tourists.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese dishes and local specialties, catering well to Chinese tastes. Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at Polar Bear Hotel in Casablanca.
The owner is incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. She cooked delicious homemade food and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. She even kindly offered airport transfers and was always available to help whenever needed.
Unfortunately, I was scammed by a local taxi driver who falsely claimed he was sent by the hotel. As a solo traveler, this was quite stressful. However, the owner was genuinely concerned about my situation and did everything she could to assist and support me. Her care and kindness made a huge difference.
When you travel alone, meeting people who genuinely look after you is priceless. The hospitality here felt more like staying with family than at a hotel.
Thank you for your kindness and for making my stay in Casablanca such a positive experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and caring host.
