I really don't like the staff who handle reservations at this hotel. I know I made my booking online, and I reserved three rooms. I tried to request that all three rooms be on the same floor by contacting the reservation staff via Telegram, but she didn't place us on the same floor and was quite rude. I mentioned that I needed one extra bed, which she provided, but regarding my request for all the rooms to be on the same floor, she put one of our rooms on a different floor. 😡 When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that they had three rooms on the same floor, contrary to what the reservation handler had told us.

I traveled with my family and decided to stay at Munich hotel last minute. I booked two rooms and requested to have the rooms close to each other. The staff was promptly helped to arrange the rooms as requested. Once asked for baby coat for my two months old daughter, the staff was quickly provided to us with no delay. Extra bed was added with additional cost and breakfast included once paid for extra bed. The room is clean and situated in good location. Highly recommended.

I spent few nights with this hotel, and i love the way it's. Nice and peaceful place to stay and this big space as well as the pool on the second floors was nice view for sunset view. I would recommend to anyone would love to spend their time for holiday in SHV.

Very nice front desk staff. Thanks to Jiwoo. Very clean and very good facilities. Location decentralized close to Independent Beach. The hotel is run by Chinese and the food and breakfast are also aimed at Asian guests.

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately it takes the hotel with the cleanliness not very precise. In the bathroom behind the door was a approximately 8 mm large blood spot with a hairdryer, in the shower there is fungus. The bed linen was in good condition. There is no real restaurant. But there are snacks to eat at the pool bar on the roof. Unfortunately, there is also something unappetited. The tables are not clean and completely crazy. I asked when I ordered that the table was cleaned. But the food came to the unspoken, dirty table. Just when I found he couldn't put this food on the table, someone came with a (also crazy) lap. The table was still sticky afterwards. And interesting: according to food card, the food cost $6.50, then I had $8 on the bill. Breakfast buffet is rather overviewable, but still ok, also with hygiene, as you see it. The employees, even those at the reception, hardly speak English. Sihanouk is generally not worth seeing. It is a very, very dirty city, full of ruins. The hygienic conditions are miserable. In a street it sounded right because a half-western rat was on the street. Even if the hotel was still good, you can't get before the door.

Almost awesome. We stayed 5 days and had a few small issues but nothing unresolved. The small things were missing. Like umbrellas and useful concierge service. Half the place was closed and it had seen better days but the pool was fun and it wasn’t too far from interesting things. As a family it was ok.

Located just outside the center. But the apartments are very spacious and were clean. We wanted to check out an hour later and that was no problem for the staff. Definitely recommended

Only stayed one night as we were just passing through. Front desk staff, room and breakfast were good. Location close to bus station but wasn’t great for walking and looking for a place to eat. Didn’t bother checking out the old beach area as we’ve heard how it’s been ruined. Sure has been a lot of building since we were here in 2017.

This is an excellent hotel for young families. The breakfast range was comprehensive catering for both Asian & European clients even if some of the items were not of the highest quality, it would suit most families. The hotel pools on the sea front were stunning as was the beech by the sea front restaurant. Ideal for the very young and the proficient swimmer. Clean and in good order with toilet facilities are on hand. The hotel rooms were in very good condition. The sea view restaurant cooks all the meal individually and therefor you need to order in advance if you have very young children as you will wait for at least 30 minutes before your food arrives. Some of the dishes were fabulous however you could order the same dish a day later and find it disappointing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. A very sad fact is that the hotel staff who we saw worked very hard and were friendly at all times are housed in shocking low standard accommodation blocks on site.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was noice from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional receptionist. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained and comfortable after a long day. I would also like to give a special thanks to all security guards. Overall, I had a nice experience and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

Quite new place with clean and peaceful environment. Staff were friendly and supportive. Downsize is that it’s quite far from city central so you can’t even book Grab to go into the city from the location. Also some services closed too soon, like massage/spa closed at 7pm which is too early.

You can see the sea when you open the door of the room, which makes you feel very good. Washing machine and kitchen are very convenient. You can find very fresh seafood restaurants within a short walk. There is a cafe a few minutes walk away. The hotel has its own swimming pool. The staff are friendly and can communicate in both Chinese and English.

The environment is great. It is right by the sea. The house faces the sea and is surrounded by various flowers and trees. The room we stayed in just had a view of Prince Island. The sunset in the evening was so beautiful that I just admired it and forgot to take pictures. You have to see it with your own eyes to experience it. I also went to see fireflies at night. I was lucky enough to see a lot of them. The scenic area is very large. I will stay a few more days next time. I heard that the scenery at Linga Peak is more beautiful. I will go and see it next time.

The overall is very good. As one island and one hotel, it should be said that it is very cost-effective. The island is very beautiful. You can see the sunrise and sunset. You can watch the sunrise near the swimming pool and watch the sunset at the dock. The most beautiful thing is the hotel trail. Along the west, along the reef, walking every day is so beautiful! Very thoughtful! The best part is when the weather is good, the sea on the beach is very clean, you can snorkel and there are a lot of small fish! It's wonderful, although the sea and beaches are not as good as Madai, it is not lost in the overall play! There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite and delicious. It is not good. There are lush plants, a lot of animals, and too many mosquitoes. In addition, the new hotel room still has a little taste, and the hotel BBQ is too bad and expensive. I love the rice fields and mountains view in Prenob, it has an amazing view, very peaceful and lovely, rice terrace blocks are shaped in flat, there are many spots to take good photos. Everything is designed authentic to attract tourist interests. I actually love hearing the songs of different birds around the river. I like the wooden boat for sunset even it was little bit hot and dry season I could get the chance using it🫶At the beginning I was afraid of the sun burning but it was ok and safe no doubt. Staffs are very friendly, prices are very fair. Definitely recommended

Прекрасный, уютный, новый отель. Прекрасный, отзывчивый и улыбчивый персонал, все вопросы решались моментально. Отель Yoho находится за городом Сиануквиль (минут 30 на байке, 20 на автомобиле), рядом кроме полей с растительностью нет ничего, по пути попадаются единицы вилл. Но если вы арендуете байк или автомобиль, то лучше отеля за такую стоимость в городе и за городом вы вряд ли найдете. Мы проживали на вилле без бассейна, но с большой каменной ванной на нашей зелёной территории, которая была полностью скрыта от других постояльцев отеля. Номер очень большой и идеально чистый, мебель новая и современная. Уборка проходила ежедневно. Завтрак был всегда очень вкусный и разнообразный и его можно было выбрать по меню с вечера, завтрак приносили прямо в номер к заранее оговоренному времени. Море от отеля находится примерно в 3-х километрах, на байке до него ехать 5-7 минут, вроде бы на пляж ещё можно добраться на автомобиле отеля. Пляж и море чистые, песок мелкий, иногда были небольшие волны.. около кустов местами валялся пластиковый мусор, но общую картину он не портил. Пляж безлюдный, иногда проходили рыбаки. Если вы интроверт и вам не нужны тусовки, то этот отель вам подойдет 100%. В отеле мы находились только утром и вечером, каждый день куда-нибудь да выезжали. Один раз уехали на 5 дней, чтобы посмотреть столицу Камбоджи Пномпень, прекрасный соседний город Сием Рип и храмы Ангкор. Когда надумаем вернуться, снова забронируем отель Yoho. Спасибо вам за заботу и прекрасное отношение к постояльцам! Мы жили в этом отеле и ощущали себя как дома. Камбоджа осталась в наших сердцах навсегда!!!

The island is particularly beautiful, with few people, good air, lots of wild animals, and more service staff than tourists. The breakfast was great, almost no one had lunch, and the dinner was a little expensive, about 200 or so per person. This place is definitely the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday!

Everything is ok, except the floor cleaning and there are many spiders in the room.

Very pleasantly surprised, the towels are also styling, and there are fresh petals decoration. The restaurant dishes are really in line with my Chinese stomach. The beach is delicate, the sea is clear, and there are slides. It is very friendly to the baby mother. It is more recommended than Prince Island!
