Very cozy and comfortable room. Clean swimming pool and nice architecture design around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Many street food and small cafes around the hotel. Beautiful open view on the sea from the window. Definitely will stay here once again.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

I had just one night at this hotel therefore I can't say too much. My room had nice panoramic view, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The door to the balcony was hard to open, some light bulbs needed to be replaced. There is an elevator but it was broken the day I was leaving. There was also pool where you can chill out. But would be nice to have a working cafe to have some snacks and drinks. The owners we're not very friendly, (but their English was not very good as well, so maybe we just couldn't understand each other clearly.) Somehow they managed to organise my transfer.

I think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.

The manager of the hotel was really friendly and chatted with me when I arrived. The other staff members I spoke to in the bar were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and the restaurants nearby. The rooms have large glass doors so you can see the sea from your room easily. The hotel bar has a lot of drinks and a full menu of food and snacks. The room was clean and big - there is a kettle to make tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kep. It was a great short stay in Kep Beach!

We loved our stay in the1 bedroom bungalow a lot. The decorations are very detailed. The owners will do anything to confort and help you. They are very kind. I loved having the washing machine in the room as we travel for long time. One negative point for us we used the sleeping bed in the living room but was not comfortable enough for us. I would book the bungalow with the extra bed(room) if I would come again.

Attractive bungalows set on a hill overlooking the sea and behind is the national park. Only minutes away from the famous crab market and restaurants. This is a a very relaxing place to stay unfortunately they have destroyed the mangrove forest and brought in dirt to reclaim land if they continue this practise they will destroy what is best about this part of Cambodia.

The facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is a bit simple, but the outdoor swimming pool on the beach is very good. There are many night markets and white sands around the beach. The durians and crabs at the night market are very delicious. The three of us spent more than ten dollars to eat, and the barbecue can also bring Come back to the hotel pool to eat, listening to music and blowing the sea breeze is pretty good

The only fault of our 5 days was this public holiday in Cambodia where we went from our peace to a delay until midnight. The second point is the arrival at breakfast the next day and nothing and really the staff was not ready for that. I loved the buffet compared to the a la carte choice and without the great handyman I certainly would not have posted such a good review. After asking, they placed us on a table that he cleaned and made sure that we had everything we wanted for breakfast and even more with a plate of croissants and raisin breads. Thank you again for your attention because the girl at the breakfast reception was limited to telling us that's how it is and that's it. A lack of education probably and compared to her colleague that I saw works hard it was not her day or a cruel lack of knowledge of customer service.. I loved this hotel which offers real service, clean, calm, a decent breakfast and thank you for my croissants. The manager is adorable and masters his subject, he comes to ensure your satisfaction and will do what he can to make your stay even more pleasant. The room is identical to the photo and very comfortable. Small downside for the two girls at the very friendly reception but frankly not at the level each question was a need for research so I think that an internship at the hotel management school would really do them good for the rest of their lives . I have to thank the other man whose name I don't have who is an amazing handyman because he doesn't stop and really I couldn't thank him properly. The young person who takes care of breakfast and cleaning outside the weekend is adorable. I wish her success, she is so friendly and with the fantastic Khmer smile that we all love. The swimming pool is gigantic and clean which is very pleasant. I hope to come back for a few days next year because I really had a very pleasant night which turned into 5 almost perfect nights (I will come back to this in my opinion on the evening from Friday to Saturday). The 270 degree view from the 5th floor is so beautiful, I advise you to take relaxation classes or something else. Last point, only the restaurant menu put me off because it was too high, but that's just my opinion and is equivalent to many other hotels. Thank you for these 5 days
