"Make a mistake did not noticed my booking is without a bath room in the room, have to settle shower shared bath at the onsen.
Did not expect half board dinner serve Japanese set and not a buffet dinner, Thanks to the chef make changes for the dinner for my daughter which she don’t take fish meal. Thumbs up to the restaurant staff ."

"It was really neat and comfy. And there is also a convenience store a 3-minute walk away. I didn't expect they provide me meal coupons. Because I saw a reply to the question about providing breakfast saying that it is not provided. But they do!! You can exchange your meal coupons for frozen lunch boxes, for example, curry, udon, rice and stir-fried vegetables. And of course there is microwave in the room. It was good enough to stay again."

"On the way home with two adults and two elementary school students, I stayed in two rooms divided into mothers and children and fathers. It was clean and the TV was big and the children had a good time. The surrounding parking lot was cheap and convenient, although the restaurant area around the station was close and convenient. Find something you forgot before you notice it

"Despite its compact size, it has everything you need and is incredibly convenient. The interior is spotlessly clean, making every stay a pleasant experience. The container-like construction is unique and exciting, but the soundproofing and insulation are excellent, ensuring comfort. There's a convenience store within easy walking distance, so you won't have any trouble finding food or daily necessities. The location is also great, allowing you to leave your luggage and head out immediately. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers."

Breakfast was good but boring with little variety but it was part of the price of the room. The location was great as it was right next to the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby with great food. Room was comfortable and quite quiet.

While in the rooms they are very clean, but you must be careful bringing any food or drinks in the rooms or the ants will invade the room. Tattoos being accepted for the large bath would be appreciated as well, they are currently very strict on any tattoos that are easily visible.

The atmosphere of the small hotel with a sense of age and the Changmen of the small city of Yamaguchi Prefecture is very suitable. The room and foreign style are just right for the family of three. Come here to fish and return late at night. If you sleep for one night, the overall is greater than expected. I wish the price of the third day is cheaper than the Japanese online booking. A dinner money. Just ate the nearby izakaya, the surrounding food and beverage shops were full of fireworks, the street was no one in the store but the people were moving, the breakfast the next day was simple and exquisite, and the cafe decoration was back to the Showa era. (o^^o)

The location was great, and I was able to walk to the Ruri Five-Story Pagoda.
The staff were very helpful, even at night, and I was provided with a work kimono (work clothes), two towels, slippers, and other amenities, and I could even choose my own pillow, so I was very satisfied!

The room is small, only big enough to open a 24-inch suitcase.
The bed is on the hard side and the pillows are soft and collapsed. There are spare pillows available in the lobby (hard or soft), but there is a smell of cigarette smoke on the pillows near the smoking room.
The room is very clean and tidy. Guests who continue to stay can use the magnet provided on the door to inform them whether it will be tidied the next day. If not, new towels and garbage bags will be hung on the door handle.
The breakfast tastes okay, but the items are less compared to ordinary restaurants. It's okay to eat full, but you may want to consider eating wisely.
The overall stay is quite comfortable!

The hot spring has multiple special pools, but the hot spring water is not hot enough. It would be better if there is a vending machine selling frozen milk outside the hot spring door.
