"The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, which is the most important thing! What really deserves praise is their breakfast buffet; definitely book a room with breakfast, it's excellent value for money. They even have congee, which Chinese people love! Plus, the location is absolutely fantastic, with the train and bus stations right in front of you, making it super convenient for an early morning trip to Tokushima! And there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, like ramen shops and izakayas, all worth checking out!"

"The facilities are a bit dated, showing how prosperous Japan once was. "Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby, plus a convenience store right downstairs. The front desk offers free facial masks. The rooftop onsen uses natural hot spring water. My only complaint is that the room is a bit small."

The staff only speaks basic English, so you should prepare a measure to communicate in Japanese.
Early check-in and spacious rooms and bathrooms are hard to find in Japan. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong and the hot water comes out well.
It's equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.
But the mattress on the bed was dead with all the cushions.
If you go to Tokushima, I'll find this place again."

"The hotel facilities are very well maintained compared to the soft meal, and the breakfast and dinner were very satisfying. The public bath facilities were so good and the open-air bath outside was even better. I enjoyed the sauna, but the only flaw is that after checking in, the shuttle bus (for 6 people) is only once a day, so when I enter the Byzantine Hotel from Tokushima Station, the taxi fare is 2150 yen (about 4 kilometers) It came out. This hotel is good for just one day's stay, but if you plan to stay for 2 nights, you will be prepared for a taxi fee (2150 yen) and there will be no problem if you stay. I was very satisfied with the bathtub. I would stay again if I had time."

The hotel is very close to Iya Vine Bridge, so we came straight here after our visit. The staff were friendly and attentive, and explained everything clearly. There's a coffee machine available for guests to use. We ordered dinner separately, and the prices were reasonable; a bottle of plum wine (750ml) was only a little over 2,000 JPY, and it was delicious.

The Eleven Hotel Awa Ikeda Station Branch is very conveniently located, with JR Awa Ikeda Station and the tourist bus stop just downstairs—you could almost touch it. There's a shopping street downstairs, but it's often closed. There's a tourist information center next to the JR station.
I stayed in a standard twin room with an en suite bathroom. It was spacious and well-equipped, with a large Japanese-style bathtub and a sliding door separating the toilet and shower. It was super clean. Pajamas were provided.
The hotel has only a few staff members, but they were polite and friendly. When I checked in that evening, 15 minutes before closing time, the gentleman patiently assisted me. The continental breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and the soup and toast were the most memorable. It was absolutely delicious and not to be missed. There's a locker on the floor, but we didn't seem to use it. If you have a chance, please let me know if you do. Thank you.

Jenny*v*The staff service is proactive and attentive! Although the lobby is small but well green, there are many drinks provided free of charge, the facilities are courteous and attentive, which is heartwarming.
Highly recommended! Will choose to stay again next time I have the chance.
There are low buildings nearby, the hotel is the tallest, so the view outside the window is wide, and you can see the sunset.

A quality business-class hotel located in Tokushima near the Bizen Ropeway and the Bizan Tenjinsha Shinto Shrine, just a short ten minute walk from JR Tokushima Station. During my stay, I enjoyed a lovely view of Mount Bizen and a few blocks of Tokushima, close in to shopping and restaurant districts. The room was quiet and comfortable and as always offered the same alpha-One commitment to quality I have come to expect from stays at other locations. Recommended.
