Hotel Gyokusen

This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

The hotel counter is a Chinese-speaking sister, very kind! The second night of the stay was very late because of the hotel, and there was only an izakaya left in the nearby restaurant! We can't speak Japanese, can't communicate, sister took the initiative to take us in to do translation order, really people feel very touched! But she said she would be home by March next year! The breakfast Aqi is also very kind, always asking if you want to add rice and soup! Although the price is high, the quality is very good!
Rakuten STAY HOUSE x WILL STYLE Matsue

To be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate. There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

I had a very pleasant stay. I was grateful for the polite service, including the way they handled my phone call when I had a problem. The food, hot springs, sauna, massage, and post-bath service were all very good. I will definitely use your services again. Thank you!
Green Rich Hotel Matsue Eki Across
4.2/588 Reviews
The location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. The public bath is a bit small but cosy. It is worth to give a try if you wish to stay in Matsue overnight.

Owner is generous leaving a lot of titbits for guests. But on the last day of stay, it was hot at night and realised no aircon and lights after I came out from morning shower before check out. I had to have my breakfast in dark using toilets light at the side. Ended up left early although my train was at 11+. No place to really shops around so have to wait at station for my train.
Matsue Universal Hotel

The hotel is old! But the location is really good! Only a 2-minute walk from Songjiang Station! The transportation is very convenient! Although this hotel provides free breakfast and dinner, everyone knows it is free! So don't have too high expectations. After all, it's just an ordinary hotel, not a five-star hotel. The food is just so-so. However, those who don't eat hotel breakfast and dinner can also eat out! The hotel didn’t despise us because we are poor, so we can’t despise it because it is old! What do you want for a bicycle for more than 100 yuan? There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms, so you need to use your own mobile data. Or go to the lobby on the 1st floor to surf the Internet. Because the hotel is old, you can't ask too much from it! All in all it's worth the price!
Toyoko Inn Matsue Ekimae
4.3/5127 Reviews
Toyoko is a highly standardized hotel chain. Most of the sites are located within a ten-minute walk near JR stations. When you enter this hotel, the room is very similar to the Toyoko where I stayed in other cities a few days ago. It’s simply: a strange city, a familiar Toyoko! Although there are no items like bathrobes and luggage racks in the room, But there is free breakfast. Usually, an ordinary hotel breakfast in Japan costs about 70 yuan, so it is very reliable to bring breakfast.
Green Rich Hotel Matsue Ekimae

Recently for an international conference, I chose the GREEN RICH Hotel in front of Songjiang Station. This hotel offers a great stay, especially impressive with their artificial hot springs - the two-share soup. Comfortable and well equipped rooms are ideal places to relax after a long trip. The service staff are warm and friendly and always ready to help. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent and the transportation is convenient for me to attend meetings and explore the surrounding area. Overall, the Green RICH offers a high quality stay and I highly recommend it to travelers looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation options.

2 km from the station. There is a shuttle bus. There is a bus at the door. There is a hot spring street with hotels. There are no restaurants. The hotel is very beautiful. There is an open-air mixed bath. It is considered large in Japan. The food is OK. The dishes are exquisite. After all, the price of the food is not high. It is very good.
