We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

Even through the hotel is a 3 star hotel, but the premium room is better than 4 star ones. The room is fully equipped, fridge, washing machine, kitchen. Two things surprised me are drip coffee machine with FOC coffee capsules and dryer machine, not commonly seen in hotel room. The front desk lady can communicate well in English. The carpark is automatic type, one staff assists on parking.

Everything was lovely. The grand bath was an eye opener and I love it. The breakfast spread was good too! We had ramen at one of the restaurants in the hotel at around 830pm after watching the demon show. We stayed there for 2 nights and did not utilise the grand bath on the 2nd night. I was charged the osen for 2 nights. My friend was not charged for the 2 nights as he did not utilize the onsen. The staff should have asked me before requesting payment of the 2 nights. - Carrine

Check in is easy and fuss free done by machine . Room is huge and clean . Hotel at a great location just opposite Sapporo station. There is an underground link from Sapporo station to the hotel with a lot shopping at the underground walkway. There is also bus that can travel directly from the hotel to New Chitose airport . Super convenient if you have a lot of luggages and with young kids. No need to drag your luggage to Sapporo station to squeeze the train with the crowd . Just board the bus and pay upon arrival at airport , fuss free and easy ! The hotel allow you to store your luggage if you are travelling out for 1-2 days to other places .Highly recommend.

5 mins walk from JR station, it's very convenient for travellers who want to take JR during the trip. Rooms sparkling clean, consider spacious for 2 adults 1 kid. Nearby with many convenient stores & delicious soup curry with walking distance. We mainly take taxi to Susukino area due to winter weather.

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room for three nights and were very happy with the location, the amenities, and also the size of the room. The hotel is located very near to malls (Parco, Mitsukoshi & Marui Imai etc) and is also walking distance to Tanukikoji, Sapporo TV Tower & Odori Park. There is a washer & dryer machine within the room for you to use. Parking lots are limited (they have ground parking and machine parking), but once you have checked in, a parking lot will be allocated for you for the rest of the stay. This arrangement really helped when you need to drive out for day trips 👍

Excellent location, very close to the airport bus station and the Nakajima Koen station's escalator. It is also very close to the lower part of the Susukino district and there are a bunch of restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast was okay, we have had better breakfast before but to be honest the breakfast is actually very good for this price point. Delicious ice cream is available during breakfast and it's from the Niseko Takahashi Farm. There is a coffee corner at the lobby and serves drinks from 3-10pm iirc.

Very impressive and memorable experience at the hotel. Both sides have wonderful views, and the facilities are newly furnished. Special thanks to Mr Sato for his wonderful and welcoming services to solve some little issues. A plus is the morning buffet. Only 2000 yen per person and you can get unlimited roe and other fresh seafood (much cheaper than the morning market nearby).

I used JR INN for the first time. JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo has used it. I stayed at a railway hotel for railway fans, but I was impressed this time. From the single room I stayed in, you can see all the vehicles coming in from the top of Hakodate Station platform. If you thought you could see Twilight Express and Hokuto Star in the time of running on the bed, Cassiopeia came in. In addition, the timetable is posted on the top floor bath, and the train is seen while bathing. There are many books related to the railway in the rest place, and you can know the history of the railway in Hokkaido. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a head mark such as Hokuto star, and the track is drawn on the floor, and it is a hotel that is not able to be caught in the railway mania from the moment when it enters. It is conveniently located in front of the station or in the station, and from the opposite room, Hakodate mountain can be seen, and I thought it was a good hotel other than railway fans.

This hotel located 7 minutes walk from Hakodate Station. In winter, I don’t really recommend this hotel if you are coming from the station and walk to hotel with big luggages as the snow will be everywhere and it will be so hard to carry around the big luggages in the snow. However, I didn’t regret for choosing this hotel because the staff was so lovely, and the room is very comfortable with microwave and washing machines provided so I didn’t have to go outside the room for using microwave and washing machines. This hotel also have onsen at the upper floor, but I didn’t get a chance to using it. Heater also works well in the room. And for the room cleaning, they will only clean your room if you stay more than 2 nights. Lawson is nearby, only need 3 minutes walk. And if you like seafood, Hakodate Morning Market is very near from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Hakodate station and the bus terminal. From there you pretty much have all the transportations you need to go to every single corner within the city. Location is unbeatable, breakfast is decent with mini seafood don. Onsen is also available for guest and free of charge. Overall a pleasant stay. P.s. airport coach time table attached for reference. Very close to the airport and it takes only 20 mins departing from the train station.

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

The hotel location is opp the station and is mins away to the supermarket for all u need. The room at 11 floor was great for 3 pax. Breakfast was simple with drinks station. U can relax in morning for a simple breakfast before exploring the small quiet town.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and offered a stunning sea view. Guests have free access to the hot spring facility, which was a delightful experience. I used it for the first time. A luxury hotel, breakfast is a special mention! We chose Japanese food in Azeria for the first night １ and Matsumae for the second night. At the buffet, there was a heap of salmon roe that I had never seen before, and I was able to make a super gorgeous seafood bowl, which was really amazing. ２ Matsumae on the night was also a very nice set, and I chose the salmon roe set, but this is also super satisfying. My friend was Hitsumabushi set, which looked very delicious! The room was large and well maintained, and it was good because it had a long-established style plus modern functionality.

This hotel is a relatively newer hotel . There is a huge free open carpark behind the hotel. Check in was fast . Welcome drinks were served. The twin rooms are very comfortable with good temperature control and firm beds. Wifi was fast. There was a bathtub and a area to sit down and shower just like in the onsen area. Two bottles of water were provided. Dinner was good with snow crabs , sashimi like tuna , octopus , ikura etc . There was also a ramen section where you cook your own ramen . For desert , there was an assortment of cakes and ice cream . Onsens were new and relatively empty. The bathing area was adequately lit . The only drawback was that only one type of shampoo and conditioner was available . There was a long indoor onsen . Outdoor onsens had a long sort of infinity pool , another pool and two barrel tubs . The onsens were clean and new and quiet. There was also a resting area that looked out over the city at night . What would make the experience better would be perhaps popsicles could be offered for all to enjoy after the onsen. Breakfast was good . Overall a very comfortable and reasonably priced stay near an Aeon mall and fantastic soba restaurant

It's just a new and clean hotel that is much more calm than a normal business hotel. Some pack prices with breakfast are very reasonable depending on the site. The location is very quiet because it is located in line with the former Bank of Japan building, not along the canal. It is close to the mall shopping street, so it is close to the sushi shop, the cake house in Hanazono town and the shinkuraya. There is also Lawson next door. The parking lot can be deposited from 13:00 before check-in, so it is ideal for sightseeing such as the canal, the must-see Otaru Art Village, and the Otaru City Literature Museum. As soon as you leave the canal, you will see a local-priced shop that is not a tourist price, and I think the location is wonderful. In addition, the view from the hotel room overlooking the harbor was wonderful. We were in a smaller condition, extra bed, in a not large room, but we were very comfortable. I think it's also because the door is thick or I can't hear the sound of other rooms at all. However, the bath in the room is small. Instead, the large communal bath on the top floor is not a hot spring, but the view is good and clean. It is also a good impression that the lockers that can be used were restricted so that they would not be crowded, probably because of corona measures. Breakfast buffet does not include fish * or crabs that tourists to Hokkaido are looking for. Still, it is delicious with local vegetables and Alice Farm jams. The menu is more Western than Japanese, but there are many warm foods and it warms up even in snowy Otaru. Thickly sliced bacon and steamed vegetables were very delicious. Also, the staff was young and I liked it very much even though it was crispy. The front desk staff guided me in the snow when I entered the parking lot. It was also active at the breakfast venue, so it seems that it will help where human hands are needed. It is also advanced as a business hotel that can calm down with a lot of new indirect lighting. We recommend that the husband of the corner-style liquor store, which is located at the edge of the arcade after dinner, is the most friendly and friendly if you drink a glass of sake. Always appreciate the conviniences this hotel provides.Directly oppodite Otaru Train station.Hotel sta£s are professionally courteous and very friendly to guests needs. The location to Good eateries and local mall places and also Taxi, Chuo Buses to tourists spot are all walking distances by 200 metres from the hotel. So fo check it out when you plan your trip to Otaru.

Stayed for 2d1n as a couple. We had a comfortable stay in the room, which was spacious and even had a small sofa. The location is excellent, a short walk from Otaruchikko station. It is also directly connected to the large Aeon mall which we visited quite a lot. It connects directly to Wingbay as well, which was convenient for shopping, etc. It is about a 30 minute walk to the more touristy part of Otaru, which was fine with us since the prices in the surrounding area were also lower.

Location was a bit of a walk from the station but near the tourist spots. I love that it's near the canal and a convenience store. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. We like the pajamas. Breakfast was awesome!

I almost always take care of Mr. Ocent when I go to Otaru. I usually book a twin room, but this time I used travel support, so I rushed to make it a deluxe twin. It was nice and awesome, but it's a little disappointing that a new hotel was built nearby and the view on the sea side was blocked. The staff at the front desk and lounge were also very polite. The cleaning staff passing each other through the corridor 々 and greetings are very pleasant (the same every time I stay) It is convenient to go anywhere for meals and sightseeing. You can go through the arcade to Otaru Station, so it's very helpful when the weather is bad. The food in the hotel is very delicious and it's a really recommended hotel.

Mother and owner father are both very active in the daily management Lobby evening cocktail hour is pleasant and relaxing. Sink into the warm ambiance of the lobby coffee beer area with eye catching decor n warm service. Cookies nuts beer coffee n wine are served here. Breakfast n dinner are a delight n foodie experience especially in room and whether in the different dinning areas western or Japanese. Such a delightful experience to have both like we did. Food n beverage is excellent and we totally enjoyed our 2nd and 3rd nights dinner in room. Onto the onsen now. There are 2 public onsen areas and I tried both. I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

This is a hotel I stayed for a family trip. The location is good, it's clean, and the staffs are nice and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the low ceilings and narrow bathroom in the room. The furniture lacks cohesion and appears mismatched. It seems like a room renovation is needed.

When I checked in, I happened to meet a high school baseball team staying at the hotel. It was very interesting. It is a hotel that should be very popular among locals. It also provides conference rooms, a restaurant that can be reserved, and multi-person rooms, which is very suitable for large groups. Travel in groups. It's a pity that it's a bit too hot to live in summer. It's very suitable for ski tourists.

Fantastic location overlooking the canals in Otaru. Best thing about the hotel was having a separate bathroom and a separate toilet… Especially useful when travelling with families! Gorgeous stained glass window and you can see the amazing sunset from the top floor as well  Reception was large and the front desk folk were very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend this hotel  

お部屋は大変綺麗でした。ツアーでしたので選べませんでしたが、新しい建物のほうで全てが新築で綺麗でした。でも歴史的建造物をリノベしたレストランがある方のお部屋も気になりましたが。窓の外の景観が全くなく、ダメ元でフロントに掛け合いましたがツアー客は変更できません、と言われ。。omo那覇さんはツアー客でもチェンジしてくれましたけどね。綺麗なお部屋なんですが、使い勝手が今ひとつでした。冷蔵庫が遠い。テーブルの近くにあって欲しかったです。あと、トイレ、洗面台、シャワー室は広々しているのですがあの広さがあればバスタブを作れたのではないでしょうか。omoシリーズは若い人向けだからバスタブは必要ない、とかでしょうか。お隣の歴史的建造物と中で繋がり、レストランへも行けます。そのレストランですが、予約制でディナーがあり朝食もそちらで食べます。朝食は豪華でした。かなり工夫されていてバラエティに富み美味しかったです。でも、トマムのニニヌプリの方が美味しかったですね。冷たいお惣菜がどれも今ひとつでした。それと高級感出し過ぎ。。ちょっと疲れます。ツアーに組み込まれていたので幾らだかわかりませんが、そんなに高価な朝食なのでしょうか？トマムと比べてomoシリーズには中国人がほとんどいないので少しホッとしますが。目の前にコンビニあり、小樽中心地にあり観光にも便利です。朝食はなくてもいいので、お安く泊まれたらまた行きたいですね。
