Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

I had a very Good experience at this Hotel and the ambience was truly awesome and the staff especially Mr. Bibhash is so good and his unconditional hospitality to make my stay memorable. Food was awesome, specially chicken biriyani was yum. Thank you Bibhash. Thank you Vivanta, Guwahati

I have had this amazing opportunity to stay at Raj Meridian located at chowkidhingee area, Dibrugarh for last 10 days as I was there to attend a wedding of my cousin. The thing that attracted me the most was that despite being a brand new hotel it has a experienced and a great management team and staff who knows their job and were warm & welcoming Reception, Lobby and Rooms were the areas accessible to us and I must say I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness and hygiene maintained.Also their room offers the great aerial view of Dibrugarh town overlooking surrounding hills and Brahmaputra river at some distance(pic attached) All the Hotel staff were extremely courteous and always ready to serve at any given time and at times went out of their way to assist us , I am extremely thankful to all of them for our comfortable stay. Also Manager Mr Naseem was very helpful and supportive through our stay . Their Breakfast was also very delicious especially the Tea and Omelette sandwich stood out for me.Have heard great reviews of their restaurant ‘Level III 'ON' Ambrosia’ but unfortunately due to social commitments could not visit there but it is a must try , please don’t give it a miss. I must congratulate the entire team at Raj Meridian for their new venture and of course there will always be a room for improvement but I am highly satisfied with their hospitality and eagerness to serve and would definitely recommend to the fellow travellers to stay at this warm and wonderful place . This place should be the first choice for all the visitors coming to Dibrugarh for their trips.

Ginger guwahati is my go to hotel whenever I visit guwahati. The staff are very courteous and mindful. Property is clean and well maintained and spacious. Food menu is also now offering good choices compared to my last visit.

Situated in a broken pathway ***** Paltan Bazar; access is tricky. The outer appearance of the hotel does not inspire confidence. The reception / lobby area is tiny and dingy. But all this is made up by the room I opted for: Deluxe category. The room was huge by any standards, spic and span, equipped with L-shaped sofa, study table and the usual bed, TV, fridge etc. It also had a balcony which is rare these days. The staff looked deprived, but were friendly and cooperative. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. The breakfast is limited and homely. Tariff, very reasonable. Recommended for middle budget travelers.

First of all, this Hotel situated on the 6th floor of a building. So, only Lift is the only way to proceed fist, if lift will not work, that will be embarrassing problem. 2nd, there was no Restaurant/Kitchen, they provided food from outside. Room quality was not so good, I needed to wait 1 hr for my booked room, though I booked early and also confirm my booking and arrival time through email, whats app and phone call. I reached the hotel after 2 hrs (around 7.30pm.) from my arrival schedule. But they didn't ready the room till then. After all of my effort, I needed to wait in a narrow lobby approx. 1 hr. This was not good for a family traveler. Bed-sheets and towels are not clean, bathroom was very short and water gets stuck in the drain. Not a pleasant stay!! Not recommend to any family traveler.

I spent [3] nights at this hotel and had an outstanding experience. The hotel's modern decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities made for a relaxing stay. Excellent hotel in Paltan Bazar, in the heart of Guwahati city. We got this hotel booking done thru MMT, unsure of the services as there was no review on Trip advisor. However the staying experience was great. It's a new hotel on the main road. Room size was good, very clean bathroom with 24hrs hot water, clean and comfortable bed/pillows/blanket. We got complementary breakfast, simple menu like cornflakes, toast n egg, poori-sabzi and tea/coffee. Staffs were nice and helpful.

My recent stay at was pleasant overall, but there are some aspects that could be improved upon. Firstly, i found the hotel's policy on late check-out to be quite rigid. Despite my request, i was not allowed a late check-out, which made my departure feel rushed and inconvenient. Offering more flexibility in this regard would greatly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, while the front office staff were friendly, i noticed some areas where they could benefit from additional training. There were instances where their responses to inquiries seemed hesitant or lacking in knowledge, which could be improved with more comprehensive training. Furthermore, one inconvenience i encountered was the lack of a plug point adjacent to the bed. In today's technology-driven world, having easy access to a plug point near the bed is essential for charging devices and convenience. Adding plug points in convenient locations within the room would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel did have its positive aspects. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The location of the hotel was also convenient for accessing nearby attractions. In conclusion, while my stay was enjoyable overall, there are areas where improvements could be made. Offering more flexibility with late check-out, providing additional training for front office staff, and ensuring convenient access to plug points within the room would enhance the guest experience significantly.

Guest house is very far from main road and as-lo the road was not good, room is okay not the best bathroom is not good, bathroom smalls, kitchen smalls are coming inside the room but the staff behaved very well they are helpful.

The people at the restaurant needs to be trained. it's a budget hotel. one should not keep high expectations. Especially the reception staff is not very responsive. Location is not great. Food is ok. But we need to ask every time for spoons, water etc. They serve nothing without asking. Today at 7am when we went to restaurant, the waiters were sleeping in the dining room. Further, the cook was singing very loudly. On the top of that, there was a constant noise of moving furniture from one place to another. It did stop after as no of complaints.
