Great location literally in the city center. Very clean bed. Common area is huge (with coffee machine) so it’s easy to meet people. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were a bit stinky and too small.

Great hotel, great choice for breakfast, refined and healthy. The rooms are also beautiful, with large stone buildings, typical of the Jerusalem style. The facilities are very new, 10 minutes walk from the Old City and 10 minutes from the Mamilla Shopping Center. It is especially convenient and worth living.

The hotel is still good to find, but the picture of the scheduled family suite shows two rooms (Figure 5). After entering, it is a room with two beds (Figure 4). Because the Sabbath arrived, there was no one at the door of the hotel (Figure 3). Figure 12 is the hotel lobby and corridor. Usually very busy at night, walking to the old city is very close, about 10 minutes.

There are many varieties of breakfast, small snacks and red wine are provided free of charge in the room, there is a free bar on the second floor, the room is quite large, the surrounding environment has restaurants and shopping malls, and the room is relatively clean.
Ramada Jerusalem Hotel

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

The hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.

A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)

The facade is small and the traffic is very convenient. There is a light rail station nearby, and there is a delicious shop for Arabic snacks. Just a few steps away, there is a small elevator in the lively Ben Yefa Avenue Hotel. The room is small and clean. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and some dishes, knives and forks. Luggage storage is very convenient, the front desk staff are very kind

This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.
