Although the hotel is a bit old, all the facilities and equipment are well maintained. The only thing is that the power sockets and door and window locks are a bit old. The service is perfect. No matter where you are, the service staff can accurately call your name. You don't need to sign any bills for all consumption, and it will be automatically charged to the room account. And the service staff will always know when you are not in the room, and will take the opportunity to clean the room. They clean 10 times a day. It is a paradise for detail control. I will definitely bring my family back.

Maybe the best one hotel in the town, great swimming pool and breakfast was good. Rooms close to the generator are noisy.

If you are looking for size, this hotel is perfect. Very spacious, with balcony overlooking mountain. However if you are looking for a modern kind of accommodation, you need to look elsewhere. Important: Overhead shower in the bathtub, no shower curtain, nor safety handheld bar. not suitable for elderly parents. Room amenities and faciilties: tired. Need major upgrade.

Good place to staycation. Big room and very clean. The staff were perfect. See you again for sure.

The location is very close to the department store, but when I entered the room, I saw women's hair on the pillow. The WiFi signal in my room was very good, but the signal in my friend's room was very poor and there was often no signal . My room shower gel and shampoo are normal, but my friend's room shower gel and shampoo are diluted with water

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition. But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just ”CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY”, in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all. Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended...

Staff super ramah. Sangat menyenangkan stay disini. Cocok buat kumpul bareng anak Dan Keluarga. SwPool is really good. Cuman ada sedikit kendala kemaren dpt kamar yg lampu led diatase bed mati. Trus remote tv jg kehabisan batere. but overall menyenangkan stay disini.

I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. Always comfortable and a good stay. We were given a room with window to the east, sunrise with the Lawu Mountains was awesome and the morning sun streaming in. So good.

Stay was comfortable.good view from the room however had requested for queen bed instead of two single beds which they refused to give.breakfast quality very low
