"The hotel was great, but it would have been nice if one of the 2 pools was indoors.
Service staff was very friendly and competent.
The food was also very tasty.
The room was very clean, but there was no power outlet in the bathroom and no wardrobe.
Other than that, the location of the hotel is very quiet and nice to relax."

"Wir waren in der ersten Augustwoche 2025 im Hotel Mediteran in einem Classic Zimmer auf der Parkseite. Das Zimmer war sauber! Das Bad ist zwar etwas klein, aber für Kulturbeutel und so ist genug Platz. Bei Anreise mit dem PKW steht ausreichend bewachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Kosten 1,50 Euro pro Tag.
Das Essen ist echt super lecker und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Beim Buffet findet bestimmt jeder was, das ihm schmeckt. Und das Beste: Die Getränke beim Essen sind frei! Es gibt sogar Bier und Wein (den habe ich aber nicht probiert). Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Der Pool sah sauber aus, aber wir sind lieber ins Meer gegangen. Am Pool gibt es Hängematten und Schirme mit Liegen, die man nutzen kann. Abends gibt es Kinderanimation vor der Terrasse. Danach kann man in schöner Atmosphäre Cocktails und andere Getränke genießen und der Musik der Livebands lauschen.
Vom Hotel aus ist man in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Porec. Man kann aber auch mit einem kleinen Zug fahren, der an der Strandpromenade entlangfährt. Der günstigste Weg ist ab oder bis zur Brulo Station, da kostet das Ticket nur 1,50 Euro pro Person und Fahrt. Ein kleiner Fußmarsch von der Brulo Station und man ist im Hotel. Der Zug hält sogar direkt vor dem Hotel Mediteran, aber da kostet das Ticket schon 4 Euro.
Vom Hotel aus ist man in wenigen Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden. Wir haben den Strand Plava Laguna Beach Galjot am liebsten genutzt, weil man dort im Schatten der Bäume liegen kann. Außerdem kostet die Liege hier nur 4,50 Euro pro Tag. Vom Hotel aus beträgt die Gehzeit etw 20 Minuten."

"It is a beautiful location overlooking the sea.
The rooms and bathroom are spacious with a sitting area. Beds are good.
It was very clean and quiet.
No noise and loud music or rowdy crowd. Delicious.
If you like a DJ you can walk to one of the other hotels. These are on the same site.
We had breakfast and dinner.
That was a lot of choice and really tasty.

"The location is very good. This group of hotels are all Maistra Collection hotels. It is very convenient to the ancient city of Luo** and can be reached on foot. Among this group of hotels, Eden Hotel is a hotel with a more obvious business nature, not a special resort style; but its advantages are also obvious, that is, the cost performance is very high. Our overall experience is that the hotel is very good, the infrastructure, service, and cleanliness are all satisfactory. The breakfast is a little weak, after all, it feels like a business hotel, but the cost performance is too good, it is worth a 5-star recommendation."

The hotel is close to the cross-border bus station. It is convenient to take the bus in the morning. It only takes about ten minutes to walk. The room equipment is average, two single beds, the space is not too big, and only one stick of water is provided for two people for three nights! Breakfast is in the restaurant downstairs, the environment is very good, there are many types of food, the most pleasant surprise is that there is a fried dumpling column, breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 am, if you want to take an early bus (such as 6:45 in the morning), you can only abandon breakfast!

Great reception in the peninsula in front of Rovigno, connected to the city by a boat taxi (5€ per track) or a tourist train up to about 8 a.m. (maybe in summer even later). The accommodations are mini apartments in green, with bedroom, mini kitchen (complete of all necessary) and private balcony/terrace (see photos).
Majestic, rich and varied breakfast, both sweet and salad.
The hotel offers everything, pool, beach volley spaces, tennis camps, bars, restaurants, a supermarket and reserved parkings
Notes negative, the structure is really large and this means that at the reception, despite the many staff, check-in can be quite slow if you arrive at a high-flow time. Many people also mean: walks in the breakfast room (however very well managed) and possible noisy neighbors (with dogs as noisy), but this is independent of the hotel management.

PARKThe staff is really friendly. There is no air conditioning, and the accommodation conditions in Korea in the 1970s were indeed apartment-level, really old and poor. The room is too small and uncomfortable without air conditioning.
The key is not a card key, so it is not convenient to carry in large bundles. Since it is a large metal ball, it is inconvenient to carry.
Never use the summer from June to September. The toilet is too narrow and the facilities are outdated. The door is an old tree,
Only spring and autumn do not matter. There is a taxi there, so it is very convenient to go to the old town.
But the staff is very friendly. And the breakfast is really good. The breakfast is really good.
WiFi is only available in the lobby. I can't do it in my room, but I can do it on the terrace of my hotel. The hotel is 20m from the lobby.
Parking is more relaxing.
Never use it in summer,
If the room is eye-catching in other seasons, please think about it, it will never shine.
However, the hotel breakfast is really good. really……

The location is very good. The seaview is very beautiful. Mr. Andreaw is very helpful and nice, he introduced a very good restaurant for our dinner and the food iwas great. He drove the golf car to take us to the carpark and help us bring our luggage. All the staff in this hotel were helpful and friendly. The staff in the restaurant, were very polite and professional and the chef cook excellent breadkfast to us. Only one thing is if follow the google will direct you to the wrong way cannot find the hotel. Better contact the hotel lead you to find them before you arrive. As the car is not park in the hotel . Rovinj is a very beautiful place! I will stay in this hotel again.

Ours was a hidden gem of a room, very colourful and full of pizzazz , inside a renovated 3 bedroom apartment, within Motovun's historical, medieval urban core, where fantastic, uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside open and take your eye on mile-long journeys at every turn. The restaurant across the street belongs to the same proprietor and we can not recommend it strongly enough. The room itself has air-conditioning, a fridge, a hair dryer and all the mod cons , but the funky layout exudes that charm of centuries past. This is a very bright, happy room right as you enter the Motovun town centre, replete with all manner of artsy little details - cute as a button.

Guest UserConvenient location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Pula. The reception / bar area was well set out and always had helpful,friendly staff on duty between 7am and -10pm. Breakfast was good quality with a variety of options to choose from. We stayed in a standard superior double room which has everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was clean with nice decor. We liked the electric shutters and door lock as well. Check out was at 10am and they allowed us to keep our baggage in their storage room and return to it later. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

A nice apartment in the center of Pula. We received detailed check-in instruction via email. It was clear, and despite requiring us to enter several codes, we completed the task easily. The building is old and a bit gloomy. There was a heavy, damp smell in the hallway. We found several dirty towels behind the bathroom door, likely left over from previous guests. However, we found clean, fresh towels also, and this wasn't a problem. We liked the apartment. All the electrical and plumbing worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the soundproofing was good.

A hotel with a super good location and full sea view. The rooms are large and clean, with plenty of hot water. The hotel has its own beach and seaside green space. The price of the hotel restaurant is moderate. You can watch the sunset while eating Mediterranean-style meals, and the tips of red wine will make you fall asleep.

This is my favorite hotel on this trip. The scenery is unbeatable. I can stay a few more days. I want to come again. There are many trees and the sea view is beautiful. The breakfast is very good and rich. It is a resort hotel and you can drive here.
