It was a good hotel. It's worth every penny. Rifat is a very helpful staff and very decent. Though front desk staff need some training. Some of them were on mobile and some of them didn't have correct information. But overall, it's a good hotel with a great pyramid view (only if the room is pyramid view category)

We stayed here for 1 month in August, and now we returned again. Indiana Hotel is a great option for affordable accomodation in Cairo. Located in Dokki, a pleasant area with lots of shops, cafes, pharmacies nearby, and the river nile 2 min walk away with beautiful restaurants. The best thing about the hotel is the spacious, big rooms, comfy beds. Large fridge, TV, lots of seating area in the room, Also they include breakfast which makes it better value, you can expect things like Egyptian bread, fresh salad, falafel, and free coffee or tea. The staff are all friendly, accommodating. If you are looking for basic, clean accomodation it's perfect. located in a nice area of Dokki. Recommend cafe Antakh 2min walk away.

Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe. Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best. Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that. Beside this. 5/5 Don't expect hotel services as this is only a Guesthouse. For a Guesthouse standard I can say this is good..

The clerk service is particularly good! ! ! The little buddies are very enthusiastic and the waiter at the door is also very reliable! You can see the pyramid on the balcony upstairs. The pizza price in the store is also very normal, and it was sent to the room. The elder of the guard is also very good! Always help us, always smile and serve us guide! The garden is also very good! The hotel has been taken over by Hilton. The location and scenery are very good, and the facilities are acceptable. The top floor 44 is the revolving hall, which requires a reservation for dinner, overlooking Cairo. There is a place for sailing on the river not far from the hotel. We recommend sailing. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. The hotel's rooftop swimming pool is only open until sunset at 7 o'clock (this is the case for hotels in Egypt), so you have to go in advance if you want to. The service was average, and it took a long time to deliver luggage to the room (the overall service industry in Egypt is very fast). There is a Nubian restaurant next to it, right by the river. The view is nice, but the food is served too slowly.

WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming. The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice. Towels are provided at the pool. Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool. It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day. They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday. Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for. The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean. Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel. I can’t wait to go back in January.

Stayed 3 nights and the rooms were comfortable and the service was exceptional. I usually don't write reviews, but this property deserves it. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating to ensure their guests were comfortable. Omar A\Azem deserves extra recognition. He works in the main restaurant and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were well served every day. We left our cell phone at the table after a meal and he was so courteous to run after us as we were entering the elevator to return it. Thank you Omar for your exceptional service. The Sheraton Cairo is successful because of employees like you.

We just spent three nights in the pyramid view family suite, and an additional pyramid view room (with balcony) for our family of 7. The hotel was clean, comfortable, but most importantly, hospitable. The service and level of care shown to our family during our stay was phenomenal. I would specifically like to thank Taha at the reception desk for having boxed breakfasts ready for us this morning for our early check out. That was exceptionally kind of him to do for us without even asking for it! During our stay, we utilized the following services: Laundry, Hotel Restaurant (multiple times 😊), and even room service when we were exhausted from a long day of exploring! I am so grateful for the experience we had at Nozol with the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

The hotel is next to the new Grand Egypt Museum, where you can enjoy the view of both the museum and the pyramids nearby. Breakfast on the rooftop enjoying the view is spectacular, food variety is great too. I want to thank the staffs from the inn, which are really helpful and will even assist us on contacting our driver. Will recommend to tourist if you want a comfy and neat place near the pyramids.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, great view of the pyramids. Make sure to get a day tour from the reception, it was 110 USD per person but definitely worth it. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

The location is excellent. It is directly opposite the ticket office at the East Gate. The private balcony can see all nine pyramids. The top floor has an unobstructed view (but because it is close to the scenic area, there is a lot of camel and horse feces. You can smell it when you go out. Fortunately, there is no smell on the balcony) The room is clean but lacks disposable items The hotel provides paid meals and hookahs, etc. It is not bad It is very suitable for lying down in the afternoon to watch the sunset of the pyramids. The reason to stay is the view. But we booked a standard room without view as would have it during breakfast. Arrived and did not have our room so put is in a room with view Nd then moved us to standard room. The reason to book anywhere for two nights is to relax. I said no to upgrade that's how I found out they did not have my room. I wanted to Unpack a little and have stuff out. Not have to pack up before being picked up on tour. Sales pitch expected as poor area. Breakfast was way too much, very tasty Roof views are great and across the road from entry gate to pyramid. Area is very poor, motel sent a footman with me to teller and back so would be safe.this was great help to me but gives you an indication of the area. You have to stay this close of U want to look out and see the pyramid so close. Overalls I don't think a bad stay, bed sheets clean, staff nice although push for review, but after seeing the area these people need tourist work to survive.

Don't be fooled by the rundown lobby and tiny elevators. The room was very clean, and we, a couple with two children, had a comfortable stay. All service staff are very welcoming. Similar to domestic serviced apartments, the price is affordable. There is a supermarket downstairs at the intersection and it is very convenient to get some food. You can see the pyramid from the rooftop. It gets a bit cold at night during the Chinese New Year, so be sure to bring a windbreaker or slightly thicker clothes. But it's very hot during the day. Hygiene: very clean Facilities: Room facilities are average but very clean. The lobby and elevators are so old that they look like scenes from a ghost movie. Environment: When you actually enter the hotel, the view from the rooftop is very good, but there will be a power outage. Service: Every waiter is warm and friendly.

Stayed for one night from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023. It took about 40 to 50 minutes by Uber from Cairo International Airport and cost about 200 EGP. It faces the main street, and if you look up a little you will see the hotel sign written in Japanese and English. When you open the entrance, you'll find a temple-like hallway that leads to the elevator, and I'm sure you'll notice a sign that says ``Welcome to Hassan'' in Japanese, which makes me feel at ease with the Japanese language overseas. When you arrive at the reception on the 3rd floor by elevator, you will find a newly renovated and modern interior. (When I stayed there, it had only been open for about six months.) The owner, Mohammed Hassan, is very fluent in Japanese and has worked as a tourist guide for Japanese people since 2005. Then, we checked in immediately and were given a tour of the room and an explanation of each area. The lobby, toilets, bathtub, rooftop, and rooms were all kept clean, and security measures were in place. We could see the impressive pyramids from our room, and it was a wonderful room. Also, since it was made to specifications for Japanese people, consideration was given to various aspects such as soundproofing, a large bathtub, and a spare tank for hot water shortages. You can see an even more impressive view of the pyramids from the rooftop, and the number of rooms is thought to be for several to dozens of groups, so you can enjoy the view to your heart's content without being disturbed. Breakfast was simple with bread, *grilled food, cheese, and ham, but I thought it was a good choice not to eat raw vegetables in Egypt, as they can cause stomach upset. On the day of check-in, I had developed diarrhea and chills, probably due to the raw vegetables I had eaten at the hotel in Luxor the day before, so I consulted the owner, who recommended me some medicine, and he arranged for me to heal by the next morning. I was able to. As mentioned above, I had an upset stomach, so being able to warm up in the bathtub was the best part. The owner is still working as a tourist guide, so we asked him to guide us the next day to the Giza Pyramids and the main tourist spots in Cairo, making for a very comprehensive tour. It's a nice place especially if you want to be close to the pyramids, antiques and it's a touristic place to enjoy in Egypt, I recommend it .for foreigners it's a suitable price for economic trips and interesting to ride a horse and Camel in the desert

Such a beautiful hotel with incredibly kind staff who are more than willing to accommodate and provide whatever is needed. The hotel is very safe with high level security, and a great location with short driving distance to the Nile. The interior of the hotel was gorgeous, and felt very luxurious; we also very much enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. The rooms are spacious and clean, our room had a gorgeous view of the Nile. The breakfast was hands down the best breakfast I ate in Egypt, they had a large spread with the perfect selection. The staff brought us water bottles daily and allowed us to store our luggage in a safe room while we traveled to Luxor and Hurghada. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and team, you could not go wrong booking with them!

Hotel well located, courtyard staff, top dining room, quite varied breakfast but cleaning of the rooms and especially the bathrooms is to improve

Hotel is relatively clean and new. Bed and towels are normal. Location convenient: on the first floor a good Yemeni restaurant, next to a good cafe, subway is close. The main attractions of Cairo are equally far from the hotel. From the air conditioning system, it is awful to carry cigarette smoke if there is a possibility - do not turn on the air conditioner. Without ”bribes” they give rooms with windows on the highway. Require replacement!

This hotel was one of the accommodations where we stayed during our organized tour. We had 3 rooms 401, 404 and 405. The rooms and bathroom are spacious. The beds are fine, the neighborhood is quiet compared to the rest in Cairo. The rooms are very noisy, but we were outside the high season so there was relatively little noise. ATM is around the corner. The breakfast was reasonable. We are used to getting coffee and tea ourselves, but the staff will do that for you. Important: at least it is clean. So if you are looking for a hotel in this area, I would safely recommend this one. You will receive a WiFi code at the counter, which is valid for one day and then you have to get a new code at the counter.

Want a big bed room is gone. . But the room was clean and the front desk was good. It is very convenient to go to the Nile for 10 minutes. You can see the city on the terrace. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The location is good.
