This is a very contradictory B&B hotel that I don't know if it is worth recommending. Its shortcomings and advantages are very prominent. It is suitable for Internet celebrities to make photos (the following photos are all original photos without retouching), but it is not suitable for anyone who has certain requirements for ”accommodation” itself. If you can find any cheap + clean + similar scenery alternative hotel, it is recommended to change it, but if it is just for taking pictures and scenery, it may be ranked at the top in Nubian Village. First of all, you have to be able to tolerate: 1. The hotel price is not cost-effective in the peak season, and the B&B offers the price of a five-star hotel. 2. Poor room facilities, rough-style furniture and narrow rooms, worrying bed sheets, bathroom shower water overflowing and drainage is useless, no slippers, toothbrushes, hair dryers (phone front desk can provide). 3. The breakfast is self-service and extremely simple and unpalatable, unlike some people who commented on the set and inexplicably praised it. 4. Tolerate or pay more to continue to tolerate the complaints of the chartered driver to drive into Nubian Village, and then contact the hotel by yourself in the middle of the night to change to a three-wheeled motorcycle in the deserted and dark mountains for 15 minutes to doubt life and reach the mountaintop hotel. 5. Other prices are very unreasonable. We originally wanted to book dinner for the New Year's Eve party, but it cost 100 US dollars per person... What did we get here? 1. The balcony of the room can see the unbeatable sunrise on the west bank of the Nile. We witnessed the first light of 2025 here at 6 am. 2. The various poses in the cultural buildings of the Nubian Village are very photogenic. 3. The desert next to the hotel is very photogenic. 4. A very special cultural experience of a group of tourists jumping up and down the mountain in a row of three-wheeled vehicles. 5. The hotel service staff is relatively friendly. Finally, it is explained that Egypt is not a country where tipping is allowed. Carrying luggage is a basic service of any hotel in their country. No one asked for tips during the entire stay.

The price of a four-star hotel is not cheap in Aswan, but the location is OK. The Nile River is less than 1 km away, so it is convenient for eating and traveling. It is less than 500 meters away from the Old Falls Hotel. It is just a two-step walk away. It is convenient to visit. The outdoor scenery is OK. But it is definitely not as good as the Old Falls. The Nubian Museum is right outside the door, and there are many Nubian women selling small items at stalls next to it, with very favorable prices. Be careful of the coachman, who will steal things by taking advantage of the children! The breakfast variety is obviously worse than that of the Cairo Hotel, but it is still acceptable!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! First of all it is like a staying with your family far from home, in a very tourist welcoming area in general but also the hotel. All Nubian people are welcoming and honest; especially if you are coming from somewhere other than Egypt you will feel refreshed getting rid of bargaining. Hotel arranged an Abu Simbel transportation (which was 3 hours away)with lunch box for us early in the morning at 04:00 am we came back around 1 pm and take a tour to Philae Temple then came back to hotel (which was our cozy home) and Ahmed took us to village as a local, guided as and provided fair prices, we experienced their culture seeing the magnificently painted surroundings also jumping in local houses with tortoise and crocodiles, and they have provided us transportation to Aswan Train Station. I even felt sad because of leaving a place with full of brothers. Thanks to Ahmed (both), Ms Mai, Mohammed and Islam. It was an amazing experience, you shall not say i’ve visited Egypt before seeing Nubian Village.

What you see is what you get, very cute place. The whole village is super cute in dopamine style! Breakfast is delicious, you can eat on the balcony and the scenery is particularly good, directly see the Nile! The sister of the homestay also took me to touch the little crocodile for free! Super experience! This small village is especially suitable for hanging out and relaxing for a leisurely day!

This is the most beautiful hotel in Aswan, although it is quite old. The new building has a large toilet and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Nile River. The old building has a more historical feel. It depends on personal preference. The French restaurant in the hotel has a dress code prepared in advance. We didn't eat there because we didn't have formal clothes, but we can have breakfast in this restaurant

The room I booked has a view of the Nile River. The location is also better. The room is big enough. The shower head leaks a little. Everything else is fine. However, I recommend you to book on-site at the hotel front desk. The price will be much cheaper than booking online. Based on my order For example, it will be 1/3 cheaper.
Pyramisa Island Hotel Aswan

You need to take a boat to the island, and the boat is very fast, usually every ten minutes, and you will pass by the beautiful scenery that Agatha saw, so it is very worthwhile. The Nile view room is also great for watching the sunrise. The hotel is also very clean, and the facilities are not as bad as they say. It feels like a 5-star hotel in China, and the outside is very beautiful. Breakfast is a lot of desserts, eat some vegetable salad to supplement vitamins. The only thing is that the sleeping pills I put on the bedside were taken away by the cleaner.

There aren't many hotels in this remote place like Aswan, so don't ask too much. Those who have been to Egypt know the situation of hotels, so there's no need to say more. This hotel doesn't provide water, so you may need to prepare it in advance. The balcony can see the Nile River, with a road in the middle. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I asked about taking the bus to Abu Simbel. I didn't have time to eat breakfast because I had to catch the bus. In fact, judging from the results, it was edible. It was very fast to take a taxi from the hotel to the bus station, and the bus was also slow and started half an hour late. Going there early was mainly to buy tickets in advance to avoid the tickets being sold out due to the large crowds, although it was unlikely.

It’s one of if not the best hotel in Aswan, situated in an exclusive island with an amazing view of the Nile and Nubian village. The staff was super comforting and lovely. There’s a shuttle boat that runs 24 hours to the main center of Aswan. I had an incredible time here. <3
