"Scandic is adjacent to the train station. That saves travel time. Many rooms, good breakfast and supportive staff."

"We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again."

"This is my third stay here. It's located in the central district of Aarhus, and overall, the service and environment are excellent."

"Viborg Hotel is conveniently located in the city vicinity amidst a scenic beautiful lake. It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation. It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting. We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris."

"Facilities: There aren't many facilities, but they're basically adequate. Cleanliness: Decent, quite clean. Environment: The location is quite remote, which makes getting around inconvenient, and there aren't many dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast is very average; it's best to bring your own food. Service: Okay."

"I stayed four nights in this hotel on the executive 11th floor in a business class room The good thing is beds are comfortable there is a nice desk with more than enough space to put your laptop on and to work whilst travelling located near the city centre with plenty of good restaurants nearby hotel is quiet people in the reception are very friendly the bad news is that the rooms are super boring there is no colour the bathroom is really outdated one that you will find in a home for the elderly with a toilet with urine stains it was not worth its money I paid €1350.00 for four nights and it was definitely not worth it had to stay there because of a Congress at the nearby conference centre other than that if I knew this before I think I would have chosen another hotel"

"Complete facilities, convenient parking, good breakfast! Warm service, comfortable room, five minutes walk to the town center, surrounding gas stations and supermarkets are all available"

"Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til."

"This smart hotel is so pleasantly surprised! Self-service machine check-in is super convenient, room lighting, air conditioning, curtains are fully intelligent. The TV picture quality is clear, and the movie is super enjoyable before going to bed. The robot delivers goods in time, the service is efficient and interesting. The sense of technology and comfort are both, and the experience is full!"

"We had booked 1 room, where it said it was not approved, completely OK, We tried again and it went through and we got an email about it so everything was just fine, we were happy because we had been there before. We showed up on the day, were a little early for it, but if we paid 100kr, we could get in at 3 pm, but we sat down and drank a cup of coffee and waited so the time would suit, our family came later. They ask if we want the key, since two rooms have been booked, we say no thank you because we don't want their room. Now our children come and get their key, where they say there is a book another room, we say no and show our first room, had not gone through and they could see that. But... now they had to call and investigate what had happened, my brother-in-law was very helpful and talked and told, but it took approx. 1 1/2 hours  And investigate it, well he got 1 drink ticket as a thank you for the help. We were going to eat, there were 4 of us. We ordered and it said blue potatoes, where I said we didn't just want chips, no it was a kind of blue potato, but it was chips so we went up to the chef and asked for real potatoes and we got that, everything Ok. Our children ordered a steak and there was some greens that they chose from and asked for extra potatoes instead, they got two very small rösti, they got it twice more, that was so nice. When we had to pay there were extra potatoes on the bill 130 kr. We had never tried that anywhere, but Ok we paid. What should have been a good weekend just turned into a very bad experience, we have never experienced anything like it 😡 B h Lissi Lind (A very dissatisfied customer)"
