"The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train station. To the city centre it is about 10 minutes walk. The room was clean and the service at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We can't say anything about breakfast because we have breakfast outside.
I would certainly recommend the hotel and choose it again."

"Quite a nice hotel, looking at the reviews and the location, I spent a night on the road from Prague to Frankfurt, the town is quite big, there are several big shopping malls, mainly sold by local German brands, and the quality is very good. But the surroundings of the hotel are very quiet, the hotel is clean and tidy, the service is good, the meal is very interesting, the restaurant waiter has not met the Chinese, and the conversation is very happy. I won't pass by again in the future, and I might not be able to live anymore, but it is very conceptual and highly recommended."

"The organization of the breakfast buffet takes some getting used to (at 9:30 AM, there were no boiled eggs, and only one 250g stick of butter for the entire buffet, placed on the cheese board). The cutlery containers on the tables should be stocked so that guests don't have to fetch their needed cutlery from an adjacent table, which then leaves others short. Despite these points, the hotel is definitely recommended. We'd happily come back."

The NYX Hotel Erfurt has convinced me around. The location is super – central, well accessible and ideal for exploring the old town and attractions. I particularly liked the modern, creative design with urban flair, which gives the hotel a very own character.
The rooms were clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Confortable beds, a quiet atmosphere and thoughtful details ensure a pleasant stay. The bathroom was also modern and maintained.

"The hotel's location is decent, about a 10-minute bus ride on line 1 to Weimar city center. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, which is quite convenient if you check the bus schedule on Google Maps. However, the hotel service was quite mediocre. I booked the most basic room type for the weekend, located on the second floor. Aside from towels and toiletries, there were no bathrobes. This basic room didn't even have a mini-fridge. I recommend bringing your own bathrobe if you plan to use the pool on the first floor. The hotel facilities are a bit dated; Chinese travelers, who might be used to newer hotels, should manage their expectations in advance. Also, a minor complaint: about half an hour before checkout on the second day (around 11:30 AM), a housekeeping staff member opened the door directly without knocking or any warning. We just stared at each other, and the staff member mumbled ”Entschuldigung” and left. I probably won't be staying at this place again, so I didn't bother mentioning it to the front desk."

I would certainly recommend the hotel and choose it again.

AAnonymous UserA bit old hotel, but the problem is not very big, or a small suite, the key problem is that the bathroom has heating room is open but not, the most amazing is the bed, written is a big bed room, actually two single beds put together, the quilt is also according to the single bed is very small, It was not tightly covered at all, so I woke up in the middle of the night, forced to cover a bath towel, cover the quilt, and cover the small quilt of the next bed. In the end, I still had a cold and fever 😂😂 It was too difficult at such a special moment.

GGuest UserIt exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Staff interaction was always friendly. The room was clean. It was odd that there was no refrigerator in the room. Our large bed was simply two single beds pushed together. There was no attempt to bridge the gap between the beds with some sort of connector. Linens were clean and nice with no strong detergent smell. Will definitely stay here again when I come visit my son at the nearby university.

My husband and I were really satisfied with the service, it was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The location is also a big plus, with several restaurants close by so we didn’t need to worry about being hungry. Absolutely would recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances!
