I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm.
The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller.
Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages.
Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service)
I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas.
I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary."

"Large hotel, efficiently organized. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great location between the historic spa town and the modern pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, the exterior is a socialist architectural dereliction. The rooms are sober but well-kept, with no unnecessary frills. Great spa (2 hours per day included, and unlimited use for a small fee). Easy to reach by car, affordable parking in the hotel's own parking garage. Delicious and varied breakfast. The rooms with balconies have a great view of the city; it's definitely worth it! Friendly, unfussy, and prompt service. I'd love to come back!"

"The services are good, the breackfast was excelent (very good home made cherries pie).
The only downside are the pictures from trip.com and other booking sites: they are misleading. The hotel does not have a swimming pool. It is only near a public one."

"Overall, the hotel was excellent in every aspect, the room, cleanliness, service, and location were all outstanding.
However, our experience at the restaurant during our first visit was disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hostess insisted on seating us at the very last table, claiming that all other tables were reserved and already chosen by other guests. After we declined that table, she eventually agreed to seat us at a somewhat better one.
What was surprising is that after we finished our dinner, the restaurant remained largely empty, which made the initial justification confusing and left us feeling uncomfortable. The interaction came across as unwelcoming and, unfortunately, felt discriminatory.
Aside from this incident, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent."

"I have not really anything big to expose. The hotel is freshly renovated as it looks. The rooms look really clean, the bathroom is extremely clean. Maybe the balcony, which was a little dirty, but you can live with it. The staff also speaks German and determines English. I liked the stay very much."

"The hotel is very well located, and the staff are extremely polite and accommodating! The spa is also excellent. It features two saunas, a steam bath, a large pool, and plenty of relaxation loungers. It's wonderfully quiet in the spa, allowing for true relaxation. Do note that the spa costs an additional €12 per day for afternoon/evening use, and about €9 per day for 7 AM - 12 PM. The breakfast is also very good, and they have everything you could want."

"The location of the hotel I visited in Marianske Lazne two years ago is average. This time I chose it again. The location is very good. From the station to the door you can take bus number 5. You can tell the driver the name of the hotel. About 6 or 7 stops. There are some good restaurants near the hotel, compared to two years ago, some hotels have started killing customers. There are not many fried fish at a hotel called Cesky Divor, there are not many excursions to the mainland, and it is not indicated in the main tour route map, so I recommend it to everyone."

The hotel is in a prime location, and it is very convenient to go to the scenic spots on foot. The hotel's decoration style is elegant and stylish. The hotel's room facilities are complete and very suitable for vacation. The hotel provides free refreshments when checking in, which is very considerate. The hotel's buffet breakfast is superb, with a lot of quality, and it will be adjusted every day to give guests who stay consecutively a sense of freshness. In general, it is a great resort hotel and is worth recommending!

The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with the old Roman Baths being a real highlight and a very special feature of the hotel. The only downside was that we found the water in the pools quite cold. It would have been much more relaxing if the water temperature had been a little warmer.
Our room was very nice, comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection. One aspect we found a little disappointing was the seating arrangement. Guests were assigned a table rather than being able to choose where to sit. When we asked whether we could sit at a quieter table towards the side instead of right in the middle of the room, this unfortunately led to quite a discussion before we were eventually allowed to move. A little more flexibility in this regard would make the breakfast experience more pleasant.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the hotel. The beautiful historic setting, the Roman Baths and our quiet and comfortable room were particular highlights. With a few small improvements, especially regarding the water temperature and flexibility at breakfast, the experience could be even better.

The hotel is centrally located, a bit up to the hill. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Staff members, especially the young lady at reception, are friendly, polite and professional.
The reception front desk closes at 6 pm. If you checking in later, you have to contact the property well in advance.
Unfortunately,I didn't, and had to make around 40 calls on 3 different numbers provided.
They answered only after 50 minutes of waiting. This was really annoying, just because I was tired after the trip, hungry and desperately needed to use the toilet.( Sorry for the details).
After my calls answered, I got the access code and my keys. Easy.
The hotel is situated in the quiet area, unfortunately, some customers at the hotel made a big noise in the middle of the night:at 3 pm, loudly kicking in the neighbours door, trying to get in, for a very long 40 mins... I had to get out and prevent it,if they did not stop, I'll call the police.
I definitely had bad luck with this stay, it's not at all the hotel's fault, just my poor experience:(

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading.
Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay.
In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations.
The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

It was again super, you can park the car on the big parking lot for 50 krones per day or directly at the hotel costs a little more. Car you can stand to the city drive directly a bus costs only 18 krones per person.

The hotel is located on top of hills, which is not so convenient for travelers with luggage. There are 3 buildings within the hotel, 2 of them connected. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are in building 2.
My room is in building 3, seems to be newly renovated. Spacious space for a single room with a view of wood forest and next castle building. The toilet and shower room are separated. Only 1 body-and-hair shampoo is provided. But the soundproofing is not so great, you may hear the talking and laughing from the nest room clearly at night.
The front desk gentleman is so kind and attentive, highly appreciated for his service. The breakfast is average and could be crowded during holidays.
